I called Hope when I discovered that our water heater was badly leaking all over the basement floor. They were able to schedule for the next day. Josh came out first thing in the morning and determined that we did in fact need a new tank. He went back to the shop, returned and had it installed quickly. No more cold showers. :)

I woke up Sunday morning with no heat and of course it was about 18 degrees outside - I Called Hope Plumbing and they sent a guy out in under two hours! He had my heat back on within 20 minutes!! We have used Hope plumbing a few times now both in our own home and at my mother’s home. We have always had a great experience with their technicians. They are on time, knowledgeable, and explain everything in detail so we understand exactly what is being done and what I am paying for. I always recommend them to anyone who is looking for plumbing services. They are affordable and products have been reliable with no issues since installation (water heaters and toilets replaced). The technicians also went above and beyond to make sure my mother’s hot water heater was piped correctly as it was not by the previous plumber we used years ago.
