We had troubles with old sump pumps at our new house, and not only did they come out within a couple hours of sending a request in, but Manny & Christian came back the very next day for a full clean-up and new installation and knocked it out start to finish in just a couple hours. Our basement is now dry and safe, we feel great about not only the quality of work done, but the personality, promptness, and professionalism of the team has guaranteed we will be a repeat customer for any of our future needs.

After a thorough online research and four different estimates, I decided to hire The Fair Plumber LLC to install a new water main service line to my house. This is a very complicated task that they performed in a professional and expert manner. Rolando, Johnny and Manny did a great job and did not hesitate to answer any question I had for them. They also cleaned the job site and restored the area with a little to no damage to the lawn. I definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future.

What I thought to be a minor drain clog turned into a major disaster. Our entire sewer line had cracked and collapsed from the back of the house all the way to the sidewalk. NEVER SKIP THE SEWER INSPECTION WHEN BUYING A NEW HOME!I called The Fair Plumber and they sent out Manny first. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout this ordeal. He found the first section of collapsed pipe quickly, and I was quoted a fair price. As they started to repair, they discovered much more of the pipe was broken, and there were sinkholes everywhere. The owner, Ron, came over to inspect it himself. We were already stretched thin financially, but Ron worked with us and gave us a great price for the job.The rest of the crew came out and within two days, over 100’ of pipe was installed and reburied. Our thanks to Ron, Manny, John, Rob, Tyler, Rolando, and Johnny. Honestly, they were all great. These guys know their sh*t and how to lay pipe.I will recommend the Fair Plumber to all my family and friends.

We called multiple plumbing companies for our issues. The Fair Plumber was the only company that came out for a FREE diagnosis and estimate. They had the tools for the job with them when they came for the diagnosis. So we went with them. The guys were knowledgeable, hard working, and they worked quickly. I would say fairly priced, but I really think they were better than fairly priced. My family would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Cris showed the quote before anything was done. Price was fair.Great customer service, great attitude, awesome service. They cleared my sewer within 30 minutes. Unlike the previous contractor that came 3 hours before him - they gave up after 20 feet. Chris didnt give up and just kept rodding until he cleared the line and took out the roots. Thank you Chris. We have had tree root problems over the years, and finally decided to do a front yard cleanout, and were very happy with the job Fair Plumber did. They were on time and very professional. The crew was careful and mindful of the surrounding grass/sidewalk, cleaned up nicely after, and solved our cleanout problem. Also, the price was nice!
