    Great experience with MN Plumbing and Home Services with my new dishwasher install. The two installation techs (Taylor and Aaron) called early within the install window with the estimated time of arrival. When they arrived, they were very courteous and were very carful not to damage anything when removing the old dishwasher and installing the new dishwasher. The installation was very quick and efficient, total process took about 30 minutes.

    I purchased a new garbage disposal at Home Depot in Plymouth without knowing who would install it. A couple of days later I received a friendly text from Manda of MN Plumbing & Home Services. We quickly arranged a good time for the install and she let me know that their tech Bob would be doing the work. Bob called me on the scheduled day and let me know when he would arrive. He wore a mask while in my home and cleaned up after himself. Work was done very quickly and Bob made friendly conversation throughout. The new disposal works great. Shout out to your knowledge of crochet stitches, Bob!The price I was charged for the install was reasonable and I was informed about it up front by Home Depot. I would definitely use this company again and can recommend Bob specifically.

    Install of dishwasher purchased at Best Buy. Great experience overall. Techs arrived during appointment window, called a half hour prior as promised. Did a great job on the install, were very careful to protect the floor, and they even replaced the old waterline with a better one, no charge for the extra length they had to attach to the waterline, the one in the install kit wasnt long enough. Very particular to get the unit aligned just perfectly. Gave us a demonstration of the racks (they are very adjustable), and walked us thru all the different cycles. Install was included which is rare for a dishwasher, normally costs $169. Was nice not having to do this myself. Great job, guys!!

    Mike and Devon did a washer and gas dryer installation this morning at my home. They were super!!! Very professional, explained everything they were doing and made sure I was informed on how to use my new appliances. Just an overall a great experience dealing with the both of them.

    You need to improve your scheduling and cooperation with Best Buy. We were scheduled morning time( which was perfect for us )with the store but had installation after 3pm which was not convenient.Another surprise- when we purchased our dishwasher we were told to pay for additional part. But your plumber said he didnt need this part (we returned it back to store) but instead we had to pay additional 100$ for another part otherwise you were going to leave without installation. We were a little bit shocked because nobody even mentioned about

    The service provided by the two techs from MN Plumbing was outstanding. We had a broken dishwasher removed, and a new one installed. In addition to doing both of those tasks, they looked at a problem we were having with a recent new refrigerator install by a different company. They corrected that as well. All during the process, they kept me informed, answered my questions, and did the work without a hitch. I cant say enough good about the two guys MN Plumbing sent out on this job. I highly recommend them, and intend to use them again myself.

    We purchased our dishwasher from Best Buy and installation was included. Best Buy had MN Plumbing and Appliance do the installation.Jameriah is the technician who was sent to do the installation of the dishwasher. It was nice to work with technician who didn’t have “tunnel vision”. He pointed out some plumbing issues under our sink, had an electrician bring the dishwasher outlet up to code (it was attached to floor behind dishwasher).While installing the dishwasher he noticed a very faint gas smell that seemed to be coming from our stove. We called Excel and someone immediately came out to our house and there indeed was a leak. Basically, one of the connectors ( i believe a nut) that attaches to the burner on our stove top had become a little loose. A little problem that could have very easily become a big problem if it were not for Jameriah.This is my first time writing a review. I just had to share this amazing experience with everyone. It was so nice to work with someone who truly cares about his job and the customer’s home, not just there “punching the clock “.V.Crawford

    Well, I bought a dishwasher from best buy, they came to deliver once and I was told I need all new plumbing and they never installed and left..I previously had a dishwasher installed Six months prior and was never told that I needed anything. I was not home but my daughter was, she did not know what to do..Round two, they came again to install, they told my daughter some crazy things again about my plumbing and that they had to install a new valve that would cost 200 bucks.I was not home but they called me, he would not install untill I paid the money for the valve. When I got home and looked at the old valve, it was still operational and did not need to be replaced. By the way I did have a plumber previously look at my plumbing. This place is a rip off, I would never buy an appliance through best buy in fear of these people installing..In reading review I now know I was lead down the wrong path and they were trying to get money out of me for unnecessary repairs. Beware if u buy from best buy and get this company, you may be made to believe you need extra..I am disgusted in this!

    I cant say enough about how good these guys are. They installed a water heater for several hundred dollars cheaper than their competition. They were prompt, fast, and did an excellent job. The original price quote was exactly what I paid despite the fact that they had to reconfigure my gas line. If you need a water heater installed, call them today. I HIGHLY recommend them!

    Bought a new Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy and these guys are contracted to install and remove the old unit.We didn’t expect additional costs of $150 to install a shut off value and air hammer under the sink.The installers said they would need to collect that money first before they could hook up our new dishwasher so we agreed because we already paid for the installation cost of $170 through Best Buy and needed a dishwasher ASAP.They arrived on time, slightly earlier than expected which was great. Overall the service was great, we just didn’t expect the additional cost which would be surprising for anyone. They said this is considered updating our home since the original home builders put in a one time “use” product.Dishwasher works and was installed. Our old unit was removed as paid for. We are happy.

    Purchased dishwasher from Best Buy - it was installed within the arrival window and necessary upgrades were made to my plumbing to bring it to code (adding a hammer valve). Installation was quick and appeared to go well. The crew cleaned up well and I am very pleased.My only complaint is actually with my city - that requires a permit for installing a dishwasher, which seems absurd.

    MN Plumbing and Appliance Installation has done 2 install and haul aways for me from Best Buy in the last month - a dishwasher and a gas dryer. Both times Eric and Nate were the technicians.Their service is extremely professional and the technicians are very friendly - they called the day before to give me a time window, 30 minutes before they arrived the day of the appointment, and were respectful of my space (they offered to remove their shoes, etc..). They also didnt mind my silly questions when I didnt understand something they were telling me.For the gas dryer, the technicians had to update the gas so it was up to code, but they gave me an estimate of the cost and explained what they needed to do so that I understood.Installation with MN Plumbing was super easy both times they came out to my house, so I would not hesitate calling them for any future plumbing needs.

    Generally very good --- almost excellent. He was helpful, gave tips in using the machines and in how best to make a system on which the washer and dryer could sit perfectly. He could have detangled the washer hoses a bit better, though we will redo --- not a big deal. Minneapolis code required that he replace the vent to bring it up to code. The code requires a flap on the outside, which we had, but it wasnt working properly (doesnt close very well). However, although the vent was there, it probably should have been replaced. It was not, but it may have to be replaced.
