    I was EXTREMELY HAPPY with the service I received from Hopke Sewer and Drain!! I called and got same day plumbing inspection, same day repairs-with my trip to get a new toilet- and my DOGS LOVED Greg!!! Greg explained everything and made sure I got exactly what I needed. He was very professional and I will recommend these guys to anyone who asks!!! I was impressed with the pricing as well, not as much as I expected !! I am so thankful to have a dog and human friendly plumber!!!!

    Hopke plumbers came out to our home at night to help with our failed sump pump. Our basement flooded and was a mess. He went to work immediately and stopped the problem, as well and promptly replaced the pump. He was professional, calm, and answered my many questions. I would highly recommend!

    Another amazing experience with Hopke! I own an older home with copper pipes. The first time they came out they fixed my bathtub and sink drains in one bathroom very efficiently. I bought the house from a relative so I’ve been very aware of everything in the home for years and I’ve never seen the sink drain faster! Round two with Hopke was just as pleasant. I called after hours assuming I’d leave a message and get a call back the same day but to my surprise they answered the phone! Since it was a non-emergency (in my opinion) I was scheduled promptly the next day in a time frame that suited me and my work schedule. Brandon came out again and cleared another drain and replaced a leaky part. I’ve been so pleased with my service I’ve saved the number in my phone and will definitely refer anyone to them without hesitation!

    I just wanted to take a minute to post a positive review for Hopke’s plumbing. Of course my sump pump starts acting up on a Saturday with rain in the forecast. I called Sunday morning and received a call back promptly. Chuck came out a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed and showed me the problem (rocks stuck in the pump.) I had requested a new pump anyways since I didn’t know the age of ours. He installed a high quality pump pretty quickly. The price was more than fair especially for it being the weekend. Chuck was friendly and honest. I will be using them as my plumber going forward!

    I had a problem with my garbage disposal. They were able to send somebody out within 2 hours on Thanksgiving Day. The plumber Derek arrived on time and gave me a courtesy phone call to let me know that he was on his way. Derek gave me an estimate before any work what started and gave me different options as far as types of disposals. He was very helpful and informative about the types of things that I should not put down my disposal. Ive had other plumbers out of my house and this is hands-down been my best experience. This plumber was extremely professional and efficient.

    Brandon was really good! I had already had a couple of drain clearing handymen look into it and failed, but Brandon came and fixed it within the hour. He really knows his job and is super nice as well! Am really glad I found Hopke and Chuck!

    Weve used a few other companies for clearing our main drain of tree roots because our system keeps backing up. The last company we used charged us twice as much as Hopke and still said they couldnt get all the roots cleared. Brandon was here for about an hour and was able to get it all cleared for half of what the big name company charged! Thanks guys!

    It’s kind of a unique situation I found myself in with one of my very good customers in need of a plumber at 2am in prior lake and normally I would be right on it but had some medical issues with one of my children and had to find another company very fast to service my customer I fell upon Hopke seer and drain due to there exceptional rating Angie’s list and were able to get the water main repaired in the middle of the night for them . Just wanted to say thank you chuck and Derek I hope we cross paths again!Thanks again, Kevin /owner of my rooter!

    Hopke Sewer is the only team that is able to properly keep our long main sewer line to the street clean. We tried two other drain companies before them, but our sewer kept backing up. Hopke Sewer is great to work with - especially if your house is set far back from the road!

    Floor drain in the basement was backing up. It was late in the day and I have never hired a plumber before so I took a shot in the dark and called these guys (local company with good reviews). Chuck called me back immediately, and his guy Greg was here shortly after. Greg was awesome, cleared the drain, and explained everything. I will definitely be reaching out to them in the future and certainly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work.

    Thank you for the quick service. Our kitchen sink has clogged and we had tried few things to unclog the sink over the last week. Called Chuck and he was at my house within 30 min, and had the sink unclog less than an hour. He also replaced few seals and fittings.

    We were referred to Hopke after being scammed by a bigger name plumbing company. We needed our kitchen sink unclogged and Chuck was very transparent on pricing and services over the phone. Brandon came out and cleared our clog! Unfortunately, he had to return a few days later, but was able to successfully clear our sink drain clog this time. He had to try many things, but didn’t give up until the issue was resolved. Brandon was awesome and we truly enjoyed our experience with Hopke! We will recommend to everyone we know!

    We are new home owners and we needed to fix our tub spout. I did some online looking at plumbers in the area and called Hopke. They fit us into their schedule within 36 hours. Greg worked on our issue and was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He gave us expert advice and answered all of my questions which I very much appreciated!
