I had a new dishwasher installed by a different plumber and everything was great for a week. Then, even when not running, the dishwasher started beeping and displayed an error code. The code meant water leak. There’s a drip tray with a sensor under the dishwasher and when it collected any water I had to 1) turn power off to the dishwasher (unplug at back of under my sink) and 2) disconnect the sensor and 3) pull out the drip tray to empty it, 4) undo all previous steps. This got old immediately. I had to get on my belly on my kitchen floor to reach the tray. The space is so tiny. I tried to return the dishwasher; Costco would not take it back (am still shocked about that). They tried to arrange service but Whirlpool had no one that would serve Kitsap County. I called the original company who did the install and the person reached under the dishwasher with skinny channel locks and gave the connection a hard twist to tighten it. That did no good and I stopped trusting that company. I suffered for months trying to figure out what to do.Then my neighbor recommended Trueman because they upgraded his outdoor faucets so beautifully. I spoke with Marcy and then Chris came out and immediately said he would replace the hose. Pure plumbing genius. How could he do that in such a restricted space? He did it! The leak is fixed. I am a fan of Trueman. Ten stars.

Wanted to change out some old water valves before our new dishwasher install. Got a couple qoutes, pretty high. Trueman came in at the lowest. Devin was on time and explained what he was doing. It took an hour and even put in new hoses. He also checked our water pressure before he left. Will definitely keep them as our go to and will refer friends and family. This was an overall good experience.

Devin and his crew replaced two hose bibs including one that required some upgrading and was difficult to reach. Performed high-quality work at a fair price. They quoted me only slightly above the price of a general handyman which felt incredibly fair given their high degree of specialization and expertise.I really appreciated that they came out on their own time and dollar to make sure the quote was right and that the details were ironed out in advance.I would 100% work with these guys again.

I have been an active architect in the Northwest for over 30 years and have dealt with many different plumbing contractors. Tr reman Plumbing is by far the best outfit that I have deal with. They are everything that you want to find with a sub-contractor - professional, honest, impeccable work and cap it all off with a greta sense of humor. Trueman Plumbing is a 5 star outfit!

They sent someone out the day I called to replace the wax seal around the toilet that was leaking--professional and honest, a Kitsap County family business. Would definitely use them again and will recommend to friends.
