    We needed a new Heat pump. Puget Sound Energy sent us their name as a referral, and within 24 hours Eagle reached out and made an appointment for an estimate. Of the five companies we got estimates from, Eagle was the only one which completely studied our multi-zoned system including crawling in attic to analyze damper system. Install was fast and efficient and clean up completed in a day and a half. My only complaint was that the line from condenser to air handler was secured to a rafter, and at full power it made an annoying vibration inside the house. It took a couple calls to convince main office this was a problem. Though, once it was conveyed to installing team they suspected the cause and were out to house a day later to change the mounting and problem fixed. I purchased a Bosch system and currently am experiencing a 20% reduction in electricity use as compared to last two years with my old system. All in all the process was smooth and the system is working quite well.

    Prompt response when I was collecting quotes, and their proposed ducted installation fit my requirements better than options proposed by other companies. Installation was scheduled and performed quickly, and I’ve been using the system for about 30 days now and am very happy with it. Price, service and effectiveness of the system all good - I recommend Eagle Pipe for anyone else looking for HVAC work to be done.

    Tom Lee from Eagle Pipe Heating & Air came out to my house in Port Ludlow for a water heater inspection and maintenance appointment. He was right on time, very courteous, and obviously very knowledgeable. My water heater is an older model that came with the house when I bought it 1 -1/2 years ago, and I had no records of any prior service on it. Tom went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and help ease my anxiety about the life expectancy of the unit. And Crystal at the office was extremely kind and helpful getting me scheduled.

    We first used Eagle Pipe last fall to do annual maintenance of our furnace and heat pump and had a great experience. When we decided to look into putting a heater in our garage we reached out to them again and they provided various options and recommendations and worked with us to get the best cost. The staff is amazing, from the office staff to the comfort care advisor who put together the estimate and the technicians that did the installation, they were courteous and made sure we had all the information we needed and answered all questions. Even the electrical subcontractor they used was amazing. We highly recommend this company and will continue using them.

    We had 2 estimates. The first one said that we need the top of the line for 25,000$. Then Eagle pipe came to listen to what we needed. They were professional and on time. Cleaned up before they left. We ended up only needing a smaller heat pump and one unit in our living room. So far so good! For only $10,000!

    I am very happy with not only all the work done, but the advice and expertise in the conversations leading up to the work on what system to purchase and why.     I make this post intending not to take away from my original post and recommendation. It is just and FYI, and in no way takes away from the great customer service and quality of work I received. It appears according to Cascade Gas, they are not listed as a qualified installation to meet the requirements to receive a rebate. I did not think about the rebate until I looked on the Cascade Gas site. That is when I found out, I do not qualify for the rebate. I am still glad I went with this company because they were the most transparent and helpful of the three others I got bids from. If you are counting on the rebate, look at the list of qualifications on the Cascade Web Site.

    Eagle pipe went above and beyond to make sure my heating system was repaired correctly. Another company had worked on my heating system and changed me for an expensive part that I later found out was still under warranty. When that didnt fix the issue, they basically told me to flip the breakers to reset the system every time it quit and that they wouldnt send anyone out again. I called eagle pipe and they fixed the issue, and all of the work and parts were under warranty! Their technician had to come out several times to fix everything because it wasnt just a single problem but actually a series of compounding errors from some questionable installation from another company. Thank you so much for all the extra effort.

    The Eagle Pipe Heating & Air team was professional, punctual, communicative, and went above and beyond all my expectations. Starting with Shelby our Comfort Advisor, who helped us get the best quote for our unit and also came out to our house multiple times to help walk us through the process. The crew arrive on time and was very professional. They were able to complete our heat pump installation and removal of our old furnace within a day and a half!     While I was unhappy with needing HVAC work for my seven year old home, Eagle made the experience better and delivered solid customer support, communication, hard working people, and resolving the issue.Noteworthy items include receiving a text with the photo of the tech telling me he was about thirty minutes out, patient and thorough troubleshooting, and reasonable pricing. Im pretty sure Eagle could have easily doubled the invoice after what they went through to fix my issue which was a total of four major problems created by one little thermostat.Definitely recommended.

    They put a new gas line in to add gas to our fireplace and kitchen. It’s vented with a nice pilot lighted burner and beautiful logs. They look so real and I love it!     I was completely blown away by these 2 young men. We decided they were the 2 Js since I couldnt keep their names straight. They were extremely polite introducing themselves, being on time and they had a great work ethic. We had to make some changes as to where the heat pump was to go and they were very patient while we got the park owners approval. They were also very careful to protect my furniture and floors. They cleaned up all the packing material so it was spotless. I am mechanically challenged but they were very patient with me learning the remote. You have 2 fine men working for you. Treat them well.Oh....and the mini split is great too.BTW the electrician was awesome too.

    Eagle Heating and Pipe were there when we needed them. Tom was great he was the guy that was there for me and he was compassionate about my problem and tried to do the best he could to get us hot water. We were out of hot water for 20 days. The First plumber I used from another company cost me so much and he lied to me about 🥱how much people charge. I will never use them again. My hot water heater was under warranty they kept sending parts to fix it but it was never fixed. I would wait up to 5 days for parts to arrive from Rheem out of 5 parts 1 was overnighted and I’m still waiting for the last part. Eagle came out helped me with my Hot water heater and squeezed me in when I most needed them. Eagle has given me temporary hot water till we have Hot Water on demand system put in. Eagle will be installing that system. They have worked with me in every aspect and went beyond to help us. Thank you Eagle Heating and Pipe

    Had component failure on a less that two year old Goodman unit. First service call identified a transformer had fried(nothing like waking up a 2AM with burned electrical piece smell wafting throughout the house!). Second visit replaced transformer and control board fried. Up to this point I would have rated the service process a 2 because it seemed I was the one who kept having to call Eagle Pipe to get parts status and get additional appointments scheduled. But this week they did finally reach out to me to explain the situation with the control board and what was causing the delay, and then today, two techs came by from 5-7 pm and got it all working, which, to me redeems them somewhat so I upped the rating to a 4. In general, I like the folks at Eagle Pipe, just wish they were better at customer comms(the automated notifications and tech location texts are great, but having to call for status vice being called for status is tiring). Not too happy with Goodman products, however. Something tells me it isnt going to last 30 years like the Rheem it replaced.

    Michael was on-time, professional, courteous, diligent, and careful working to install a gas log fireplace in my home. He specifically made notes about additional work needed to connect the propane tank when it is in place. He even noted that batteries for the remote were actually not included as per the packaging, but would be when he returned after the tank is positioned. He promised to instruct on the proper operation of the fireplace, the remote, and the nearby gas shut off. I would highly recommend Michael and would definitely be pleased to work with him and Eagle Pipe again should a need arise.

    I needed to have my gas line sealed off before replacing my gas stove with an electric stove. PSE gave me the name of three companies with expertise in gas line work. One company told me they were backed up for months, one took a message but didnt respond until many weeks later, and the third, Eagle Pipe Heating & Air, was outstanding in every way. The phone was answered by a real (and very nice) person, I was able to have a phone conversation with a technician before scheduling the work, and an appointment was scheduled the same week. The two men who did the work were fantastic. When they were on their way, I got a text with Mikes photo accompanied by an arrival time and a map tracking the trucks progress. It was great having this information. When they arrived, they successfully sealed a pipe that was not easily accessible. In addition to being very skilled at their craft, they were pleasant people to have in the house. To top it all off, the price was extremely reasonable. I didnt even ask about cost ahead of time because I was just happy to get it done, but I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost. I have paid more to plumbers who werent even able to fix the problem. I highly recommend this company, and I will definitely use them for any future HVAC and gas service needs.

    I would definitely recommend this company. The technicians arrived before the posted time. They communicated with me throughout the process and were mindful of making sure my pet was safe, closing the door every time they went out. They cleaned up and then showed me how everything worked.     Eagle pipe heating and air is a 5 star company 100%! They are a locally owned and operated family business thats been around for years. Their employees are experienced and know what they are doing. Weve had a new gas furnance installed. They sold us the right one for our home. Unlike other companies that sold us a furnace that could have ran a house 2x the size (sears and their shoddy contractors). They also worked with our existing outdoor heat/ac pump unit and added a coil so we could use it for the AC rather than force us into buying a new AC unit. Once this one goes out we will definitely buy our AC unit from them because they were HONEST AND HELPED US STAY WITHIN OUR BUDGET.We happily had them come out to do a yearly inspection and maintainence for $99 rather than use greenwood heating and cooling who upcharged our 20 year servicing contract to $300/year. Sean who came out was on-time and scheduling narrowed it to a 2 hr window rather than 4 hours (requested by my husband). Thank you for accommodating us. Sean was professional, did a great job and respected our home and animals. We are also going to buy our gas insert fireplaces from them. And they now do plumbing too.     The folks at Eagle Pipe stepped in after another company failed to get back to me with a quote for replacing my old furnace and adding a heat pump (even after several months had passed!). I got an appointment right away to review what needed to be done, and the service was scheduled for three weeks later. Though it was an all-day job, they took care of it with a minimum of disruption, and walked me through at the end to show me what was done, and to give me a brief explanation of the functions of the new thermostat. And the electrician they brought in (Gavins Electric) even took care of a couple of small things for me at no extra charge. So now I have a working high-efficiency furnace and heat pump just in time for the fall/winter weather!

    Fantastic service! Propane company said I had a leak and red-tagged my tank which fueled the fireplace. Called Eagle for help, and Charley was at my house early next morning. Couldn’t have been more thorough, professional, and courteous. He traced and tested the gas lines and connections, then found the source of the leak in the fireplace itself. Repaired and tested for other leaks, all is great now!     We knew there was an issue with my mother in law’s furnace but thought it was mostly due to needing a tuneup. It was discovered that the thermostat was not communicating with the furnace and heat pump and it had been running on emergency mode for months (which explains the higher than usual energy bills). A leak was discovered, and repaired, in the heat pump and the furnace was given a tuneup. Once a new thermostat was installed and the heat pump was back online we noticed an immediate impact on the functioning of the furnace. They took on a complicated job of removing our exist heat pump system and replacing it with a new gas furnace and AC unit. The old unit was located inside the house, and the new unit was relocated in the garage. This took a great deal of expertise and imagination on Mike and his crews part in order to reroute all the ductwork and electrical systems.     I very rarely post reviews but I had such a great experience with Eagle that I felt I should in this case. We had a problem with our heat pump unit at our house in Port Ludlow. We live in another state during the winter and had just arrived to find the unit making strange noises inside and out. After some brief online research I called Eagle and was promptly given an appointment for the following day (a Friday). There was plenty of communication so we knew exactly when Mike would arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty fan motor) and located a replacement. The courier had problems delivering the new fan motor from Tacoma due to traffic tie ups and bridge closing.I was expecting to have to wait until Monday to get the installation.However, I received a message from Eagle saying Mike would be at our house at 7am on Saturday if that would be alright with us. Sure enough, Mike cheerfully showed up the next day (Saturday morning) and installed the new motor in about an hour. The price was very reasonable with no extra charge for the Saturday installation. All phases of the process were excellent. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

    Excellent service by very professional technician who immediately noticed the excessively noisy heat pump and left it purring like a kitten. At the start, he also stated he would be done with the inspection of the furnace in about 45 minutes. He was on his way after doing an excellent job in those 45 minutes. A very satisfied customer.

    My electric furnace only blows cold air, and I suspected that the heat element went out. I called Eagle and they sent the technician out the next day. Our technician was running late, and both the office and he called and texted me to let me know. The service and the communication were very efficient from begin to end.Dominic was prompt, thorough, and courteous explaining in detail the issues.     Puget Sound Energy referred me to 2 companies to safely remove a gas-powered lighting fixture from my living room ceiling. Eagle Pipe had the best price and sent Michael out right away. He analyzed the gas pipes in the unfinished basement to ensure cutting the pipe would be safe. He also offered to remove some dead gas pipes from my basement which will make it easier to remodel in the future. BONUS! I would contact them again in a heartbeat. Really prompt, professional, and helpful.

    We worked with Mike on our home in Seattle and liked working with him. He was efficient, worked within our budget and has a great personality. When it came time to build our home on Whidbey Island, we knew we would have a hard time finding a hvac company that would be willing to even come to the island. Mike does. We just finished all of the rough in and I really cant say enough. His crew was polite, dressed well and just all around nice good guys. Mike again was great to work with. Hes not a contractor that tosses your plans aside and does it his way (yes, we have had that happen). When I said I didnt want to hear the heating system, he recommended a great heating unit/system. He worked with us to make sure all of the piping was were we wanted it. If we said center that on the window, it was centered. Where they cut through the exterior wall for gas piping, it was discussed where we wanted the cut and they stuck to it. They worked cleanly and efficiently and at the end of the job, the broom came out, and everything was swept up. The people at the office end are fabulous as well! Dedicated, very courteous, extremely efficient with scheduling, and very helpful with a guiding hand choosing a fireplace. Someone always picked up a phone. From the beginning to the end, you feel like you are working with a friend. Hands down, I would recommend Eagle Pipe Heating and Air to anyone!

    We discovered during a cold snap that our secondary system to the heat pump was not kicking in. We thought the furnace was broken. Patrick was able to come the next morning and did a complete inspection of our 25 year old heating system. I had expected that components would need to be replaced at that age, but he determined that the system was fine and the issue was caused by incorrect thermostat settings. Great local business!

    Called for a service on our aging heat pump and a/c coils. They were seriously in need of cleaning after years of buildup from PNW weather. Joshua did a great job, really taking his time on the outdoor unit so it looks like new, probably adding several years to its life too. Seriously people, just do it. The other thing I really like about this company is their communication methods. Everything was crisp and fast via my phone, from appt confirmation, to the technicians eta to my house, followed by written report and invoice, with a link to pay online. This is the way to do business.
