Outstanding service! Joe replaced all of the electric strip heaters in my condo, and installed programmable thermostats. I was impressed by his extensive knowledge on so much more than just electric when working around my place. He was patient and took the time to explain everything in detail so I could understand the issues he was resolving....he even cleaned up his work space! I would recommend Versatile 110%!

Under Joe Desoles direction, Versatile brought our 125 year-old Victorian home up to date with the electrical needs of a 21st Century family, making safety a priority while leaving room for further growth in energy needs.He replaced many lengths of old wiring and dozens of old outlets; installed new outlets, switches, and lamps wherever we needed; made his own very useful suggestions; and kept both the cost and timeframe within expectations.Going beyond our initial requirement of electrical upgrades, for a very nominal charge, Joe restored full heating to areas of the building which had not been heated for many years.Joe very clearly brings a sense of professional craftsmanship and pride to his work, and goes out of his way to cultivate a long term relationship with his homeowning clients.I will use Versatile again in future home improvement projects as well as give my highest recommendation, without reservation, to anyone in need of its services.
