Was most professional. They had a carpet cleaning machine that made its own heat and a vacuum that removed the waiste from building into waiste tank. So was no messes. Tagged hoods and provided a check off list that i needed for inspections. They even wiped the back splashes down. Usually a mess everywhere. -
