Austin & Brian arrived at the scheduled time frame and asked if any issues since the last service. They went right to work and found a part not working properly. After replacing the item they finished the six month service.They cleaned up and left our house looking as it was before the service.Both techs were polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

I called them out because my temp wouldn’t hold. No emergency, but they charged $125 up front to come out. That was fine as I assumed a routine service cleaning would be included with the dispatch. It wasn’t. But if I had ordered an annual plan for $129, they would have come out, serviced the unit, found the low Freon, fixed it, and charged for the additional work to fix the problem. As ordered, I didn’t get a servicing, just the fix. Seems like if I had ordered a routine service, I would have made out better, if that makes sense. Live and learn.

Austin D just completed the routine maintenance of our a/c system. He was AWESOME! Very personable, professional, competent and efficient! He changed all of our filters and even cleaned the covers for us! He also gave us several helpful tips …even showed us an easy way to get the garage ladder up and down by using the pull-down stick! Now Who woulda thunk?!!!

Upon arrival, he checked everything and determined that the thermostat needed to be replaced. He then coached me on setting up the wifi. He was very efficient and professional throughout.

They installed our AC 2 years ago and have done a great job of customer satisfaction. No issues with the AC or the install but we had some defective parts issues with our add on equipment. Jack was quick to get it remedied and had his guys there when he said he would. We even had a 2 year old UV bulb go out and he had his team install a new uv Set up at no charge. Thanks guys. PS. Highly recommend their main tenancy plan. 90 per month to maintain your system and no service charge if they come out for repairs

They do not charge unless you need something they were here three hours servicing the 3 Air conditioners and I paid 54.00 for freon for one of the air conditioners. Would not even think about using another company. They are priced very reasonably. I think it’s 135 or 40 for one air conditioner but again you get two services per year. We have a large home so we are very pleased

They inspected my a/c unit and intake when I purchased my home. Were very honest and reasonable and actually ended up charging me less than their initial quote for some minor repairs to my aging air handler unit (15 years old). Fast forward six months later and I have a leak for an unrelated problem. It was getting warm and my wife is pregnant, which I explained over the phone, and in about 30 minutes I had Chris, who initially inspected my house six months ago, arrive at my front door. I called at 10 pm on Friday night so them getting to me so quickly was well above and beyond what I expected. Really fantastic customer service and not only did he fix my issue but he lugged his shop vac up and down the attic stairs multiple times draining excess water and making sure everything was at it should be. So thank you Chris and your company from me, my wife and our coming soon son/daughter.

Ac went out ahs didnt cover repair of old system compressor went out I called air technician for a second opinion and said I was better off with a new system so I listened to what they recommended and thought about it and decided to go that route and they had to order the units ND could have it up and installed in 5 days I said ok the very next day they brought out a portable just to get us by until the new unit was installed they didnt have to do that but this company went above and beyond for my family I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for opinion or looking to to buy a new unit more then 5 star rating for sure

Air technicians replaced my air conditioner and relocated it to the other side of the house. The technicians were very professional, explained the system to me and answered all my questions. When they were done they cleaned up and asked me it everything was to my approval. November 8th I am updating my review because I am very frustrated with air tech. In July I called the office for a quote on a new system and new venting. I was told because of the weather and heat i if I could wait until October or November for the venting that would be the best option financially. I agreed I certainly did not want those men working in a hot attic. So I have continually called to set up my appointment for the venting and even had Dennis over to see what was needed. I was told he would get back to me well that was a month ago. I called on Monday I was told Dennis was off but he would return my call. Yup its Friday and no call. I am a little concerned if I have aproblem with my system how long and how many phone calls will it take before they come. I never had this issue with Tri Country.
