    We would highly recommend DPI Plumbing! They were fast to respond and sent someone to our home that day. Friendly receptionist. Boston was amazing to work with!     I was very impressed, I have been having issues with my furnace for the past 3 years. I had them come out to service my furnace, and they said there aren’t any issues at this time. We discussed the options of getting a new furnace put in, and I told them about the cold air returns in the attic, they need to be replaced. They were very knowledgeable about products.

    I can’t say enough good things about Jacob, Marcus and Josh! They installed a new furnace for me and they were beyond professional! Any questions I had they did not hesitate to answer and made sure that I was not going to be without heat any longer than I had to! They deserve an above and beyond award!     Called around noon with a shower handle issue. Could not turn the water off. Had to shut off the lines to the shower in my basement. Had to go to work, but okd it for someone to enter and fix it. They had it done that afternoon before my son got there to check on it. They even went down and turned the water back on to the lines. That’s A-1 service!! Thank you DPI!!!

    DPI was excellent. They were able to come out the same day we called to look at our hot water tank. They quickly found out what the problem was and gave us a couple options. Boston and Markus were very knowledgeable and explained the problem in a way that was understandable. It was decided that the tank would be replaced and fortunately they had the one we needed in stock and were able to get it installed the next day! Were very grateful for their speed, care and understanding!! Recommend them 10/10!

One worked on draining water heater and pipes while the other grabbed new water heater and supplies. During the process i mentioned wanting a water softener. They added what they needed right there and scheduled me to be done within the next couple weeks. Highly recommended!

    It was a Saturday and our water heater went out. Well not just out. It was leaking from a lot of place. The heater was very old. Any way we called DPI Joel got 2 guys to our house within a couple hours. They replaced the old one including some pipes I think and within a couple hours they were done. The guys were very respectful and kind. I would tell anyone to go to DPI.

    Dodson Perez service was excellent! I had a severe water pressure issue. They responded quickly, assessed the situation, communicated well with me, made a plan and deployed it. During the process, they replaced only pipe that was needed to restore my water pressure. They could have continued with pipe replacement, as we had discussed, without me being the wiser. However, they stopped and allowed me to assess the water pressure myself before replacing more pipe. I got the results of having good water pressure restored without the additional cost. I really appreciated their honesty and integrity. They also replaced some indoor and outdoor faucets, toilet turn off valves, hot water heater and sump pump. All done quite professionally with a minimum of fuss and mess to me. Their communication with me was very good the entire time. That was very much appreciated! I am fortunate I had their services available to me and for our community.

    Josh came over and installed my new AC System and thermostat within a couple hours. He was really professional and the system looks and feels very top quality. The owner, Joel, called me in the morning to see how the system was and solved a minor question I had. I felt like the overall experience and job was one of the best experiences I received. Out of several estimates for the work, DPI (Dodsons) was the best pricing for the system. I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC/AC/Heating needs. 6 stars.

    I had an extensive home remodel project which including roughing in 2 separate bathroom spaces. The team at Dodson Perez (Matt, Jordan, Boston, and Joel all worked on the project) did fantastic work from beginning to end. My house is 100 years old, but that posed no problem to them as they completed all work in the estimated timeframe. My wife and I were very impressed with the work they did for us, and remain satisfied. As anyone who has tried it knows: home remodels can be stressful, however, we had zero added stress from this company.     Our A/C went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. During this time our 2 year old was sick, Dodson Perez came to our house same day and said we needed a new unit. Luckily, they were able to get what we needed and started installing the very next morning so our little one wouldn’t have to be even more miserable in the heat. By the end of the very next day we were up and running again and able to to care for our little one in comfort!

    I am blown away by the quick and comprehensive service we received from Jordan and another young man whom I, unfortunately, did not get his name. They arrived at the precise time they said they would be here to replace both a hot water heater and a garbage disposal. Jordan offered to wear a mask and provide a negative COVID test when he arrived, which is blessing of humanity with a high-risk parent in the home.Upon realizing they needed a different heater, one young man returned to get the appropriate appliance while the other stayed to replace the disposal, so they were acutely aware of the time they were spending here.After installing the heater, they werent pleased with the waterflow and took the extra time and effort to discover a MASSIVE build-up of rust in the pipes. They spoke to me before taking any action and went as far as getting a quote from Alby (Also EXTREMELY helpful) before continuing. They returned with a quote and explained payment procedures and only after I OKd it did they continue.They completed the job so quickly, I was shocked and so grateful! they even showed us a section of pipe so we could see the build-up of gunk. Yuck! And whenever they came upstairs to check water pressure or to speak to me, they always put on masks.Again, so grateful, so satisfied and so happy that we chose Dodson Perez. And will again! These are good, good people.
