I have been having a on going issue with my main line backing up. Kevin and Brandon and crew showed up and took the time to diagnosis the problem so it could be fixed right the first time. I had to have my sewer line relined witch is not an easy job but less expensive than a dig. Quinn, Nick, Terrek and others did a wonderful job and kept me informed and even showed me a before and after pictures of my line. I feel like they took the time to do it right. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend roto rooter of pocatello

I want to give a BIG shout out to the folks at the Pocatello Roto Rooter on Kraft rd. Starting with the two very helpful and courteous office managers Pam and Patty to the workers Joe/Ed, Jarom, Easton and Terrock who came out to diagnose, excavate and do all of the necessary repairs. Let me take a second to talk about the service and integrity of two outstanding employees at Roto Rooter named, Tanner and Jerone...We had the worst ice/snow storm I have seen in Pocatello in nearly two decades. The city snow plow had attempted to plow and sand but slid down the hill that I live on, nearly sideways, and hadnt returned for days. So, our road ends up being more than Unacceptable for anyone to negociate, and of course that is when you have plumbing problems. After calling ROTO ROOTER for assistance, Tanner and Jerone tried to negociate the completely iced up road in their service truck, but suffered the same fate as the city snowplow. I watched their attempt to drive up the hill, and I became very disheartened. I feared that I would have to deal with these disabilitating plumbing problems/issues for even longer. I look out the window, and through the a`new blizzard that was beginning, I see Tanner and Jerone, fighting the ice of the road, and snow pelting them in the face, with their tools, and pipe camera (in a large heavy case) walking up the hill to my house, completely unphased. They diagnosed my plumbing problems very quickly, set up the next phase of fixing these issues, then packed up all their tools, and headed out to fight my icy road and sideways snow, to get to the next job. It was all a positive, fairly inexpensive, experience. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROTO ROOTER for your plumbing needs, and suggest you request TANNER and JERONE. They are personable, knowedgeable, fast, and obviously not scared to dare the elements to get you taken care of. A big THANK YOU to these two, and thank you Roto Rooter. It means more than you know.

This is an amazing company! Braden and Patty stopped by the night before Thanksgiving to help me with a water leak. They went above and beyond! They were able to stop the leak, and I do not know what I would have done without them! I will always be using Roto Rooter for any needs. I may have.

Highly recommend for drain and plumbing needs! My washer has been leaking and the drain has been backing up more and more. When another local company wouldn’t return multiple calls, Roto Rooter came over on a very busy weekend and replaced some pipe and cleaned out the drain. VERY reasonably priced for all the work he had to do, and he even helped clean up where he was working. Thank you for being so prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!

Tanner and Easton came out and had my sewer line clear within a half hour, They did an excellent Job, I had rots clogging my line and they chopped em up and offered camera service at a reasonable price, Thanks Guys. I will be using Roto Rooter from now on.

I cant thank them enough. They are very professional and helpful. We did have to have them come back the next day but to no fault of their own. We live in a 100 year old home and didnt realize that some plumbing is a different size. So they had to clean out a second spot and let us know that in the future to have them do both just to be safe. They also let us know about an additional service that will help keep the roots out of our drain. I will be calling them again and do recommend them. They also had no problem coming out to Aberdeen.

I had a sewer backup that went into my living room. I needed water remediation cleanup including walls and flooring removed and Roto Rooters water remediation team handled the job for me. Justin was the best!! He walked me through the process of clean up due to the sewage. He answered all my questions and made sure I knew what was going on. He made a bad situation better and I really appreciate it. Thanks so much Justin!!In fact, the entire crew that helped from Roto Rooter was great!!

After waiting 3 hours for another plumbing company, we called Roto Rooter. Even though it was a weekend and the sound of kids in the background, they had a couple of guys here in an hour. They were fast and courteous and contrary to other reviews on here, they left our home and you wouldnt even know they had been here. (Sorry for interrupting your weekend guys) Thanks for the fast service. 5 Stars

Theyre prices are fair, their office staff was very friendly and punctual, and the call out supervisor was very friendly, and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! They were kind, patient, and persistent in getting my car keys that had been flushed and ended up 4 feet into the pipes at a gas station (stinking automatic flushers). I would totally use them again if I lived in the area (I was 7+ hours away from home).

Visiting my mom the day we were leaving the pipes in her house backed up. We called 3 different places and no one would come on a Sunday. Roto Rooter was at the house about 30 minutes after we called them. Quinn and Mo were very nice and efficient. They figured out problems and charged us a very reasonable amount. We will be using them again.
