Not sure why they got a 1 star from me. Im sorry guys. I remember these guys came in the middle of the night to fix a shower faucet that wouldnt shut off. It broke and was stuck on. I couldnt fix it with a wrench temporarily. It was an awful situation and it wasnt a cheap fix but their tech did a fantastic fast job and saved us a massive water bill! May be needing yall again soon! In really sorry for the accidental bad review and not fixing it sooner. Ive never written less than a 3 star review and that was for a place that truly deserved an awful review after many bad interactions.Thank you guys and God Bless!

We were definitely in a pickle when our basement drain got clogged. I had tried every at home remedy to get it drained. Finally started calling around to get someone out here to help. Well after the 4 business turned us down, 24/7 plumbing and Drain cleaning came to our rescue. Lee got the job done quickly and efficiently. He had a great attitude and even gave us a great deal. If we ever need their services again, Lee will be our first choice. Thank you guys so much!!!

I highly recommend 24/7. We had a plumbing emergency this weekend and could not get anyone local to come out before Monday (which would’ve been too late for us). A few friends of ours recommended 24/7. They got us right on the schedule, came out both Saturday night and Sunday, and stayed until being ensured everything worked properly. I called 24/7 at 7 pm. They quoted a price to come clear to Soda Springs that was very fair. They finished the job they were doing and came to fix our sewer drain at 10 pm. I dont know what we would have done without Lee and Billy and the professional job they did. I will definitely use them in the future!

We had to have our water lines replaced in our home due to corrosion. When we called the company they were very polite and sent out a repairman, Lee, very quickly. He was able to diagnose that our water supply issue was due to pipe corrosion and was able to get us scheduled quickly. While Lee was working in our home, he was very friendly and professional. He made it a point to talk us through each step he was taking and made sure we understood what he was doing. With this being a larger job, he made sure to run water to specific areas of our home first, since we have young children in the home. Lee was able to make a very stressful time a little more bearable by making us laugh and ensuring the job would be done right. Lee felt more like a close friend or a family member working on our home than just another plumber. While Lee was working, there were several other repairmen who came to assist Lee (didnt catch their names) and they were all as pleasant and friendly as Lee was. I have already recommended to several friends and family to use 24/7 for their plumbing needs, but I will also be continuing to use them in the future! Lee was a shining example of what it means to take care of the customer!

These guys are amazing! Had scheduled an appointment for 3pm on Thursday. At 1:30pm they called and Ray said he was ahead of schedule for the day and asked if he could come earlier. That was perfect for us and he ended up coming at 2pm. He did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem with the toilets and sink, he was quick in getting the job done, he were very friendly and explained everything that needed to be done, and finally, the cost was very reasonable!!! Will definitely use these guys whenever we have plumbing issues!!! Thank you very much!!!

These guys are awesome! I used the request option on their website and they called me within 20 minutes to schedule a fix. The plumber was quick, professional, and super friendly. Katherine, the person who called to schedule, is really nice and was helpful in answering my questions. The pricing for the service is fair, and well worth it for how easy they are to work with. I recommend them 100% and will be doing all plumbing-related repairs through them in the future!

Lee did a great job for us. He said that he may not have fixed the drain even though we ran all the faucets for a long time with no problem. He said if it backs up again in the next couple days call him back. Sure enough that night it backed up again. He came out again and fixed it. No problems since. He really knows what hes doing. A waterline broke in the middle of the night and they were there in less than 15 minutes to fix it. The gentleman knew immediately what the problem was and where it was located and had this area of the line cut off and fixed in no time. The next morning he returned to check and make sure it was still ok and everything was in working order. This is not the first time we have used this company we also had a water heater replaced earlier in the year. The same guy replaced the water heater as well. This company is Johnny on the spot when you need them even on holidays and the repair men are extremely knowledgeable and skilled in there profession. I will only use this company they are quick with the repair and have excellent quality work. I feel very comfortable putting my trust in them.

These guys were awesome! We were having a major draining/flooding problem in our basement and had tried to snake it ourselves for 3-4 hours. He got here quickly late at night and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. He then even went the extra mile to fix a smaller problem that we had which helped us sooo much! And we didn’t even ask him to do it. He was very friendly too and even sanitized the bathroom afterwards. We will definitely use them again if we ever need help.

I called 24/7 to unclog a travel size tooth brush from the toilet. The plumber arrived quickly and was very professional. Unfortunately, my older model toilet ended up getting broken during the normal extraction process. The plumber handled the situation very well and had a brand new toilet ready to go in no time for the minimum service charge. I definitely recommend their services.

I never write reviews but these guys are almost too good to be true. Ive called them twice for jobs that Im too inexperienced to handle.A few months ago they came and replaced an outside (freeze-proof) faucet. Today Jesse came and fixed my upstairs shower that wasnt getting enough hot water. It was a job that I never could have done and they are professional and completely reasonable on the price. I just forgot his name (sorry) but he is the company basically, and he was great. He fixed a slow drain issue in my bathroom by cutting down a tube that ran from my pee trap tubing to the main line. He put some new (and correct size) of tubing/pvc on the old line (that was completely filled with smelly black sludge which is why it was draining slowly). He augured it from different locations (vent and from under the sink) to clear passage ways. The water in the sink flows down the drain and through the tubing and pipe with no problem now. And he only charged me for the service call and like $15 for the new pee-trap parts, so it wasnt outlandish pricing. He did a good job.Hes the best experience Ive had so far with plumbers.

Brain was the technician and he was a great tech very fast, friendly and an awesome clean up after the service definitely will call and ask for brain if I have any plumbing issues againUpdate- I paid the tech brain cash and he left, 3 weeks later we received an invoice saying that we never paid not only that but after Brain had asked me to write this review he proceeded to tell me that he may be loosing his job, after asking why he told me that he had burnt down a trailer before he came to ours.... I wasnt sure if it was an odd joke or real but I shrugged it off then after seeing the invoice and thinking of what brain had said, I decided to call the office to figure this out, the lady on the phone was extremely polite and seemed to have an idea of the situation I was talking about, overall honestly still think the company is a good service, to spite brain being a bad employee, just because the fact that every other plumber wanted $200 to defrost our pipes and 24/7 did it fast for under $100, I hope that the issue with the invoice is resolved but will update if anything comes up
