He talked me through a simple step by step to put my softener in bypass. When I couldnt fix it he offered to stop by and do it on his way home for free. Great people!

Would do anything if B&G Plumbing wasn’t so far from Hailey, Idaho. Anytime I’ve needed a plumber the B&G plumbers very close to the Pocatello house have done an incredible job fixing plumbing problems interior & exterior. Unfortunately it took wishing to find a trusted plumber in the Sun Valley area to realize how much I’ve appreciated B&G and wanting to inform others in Poky to utilize B&G. From the beinning to the end you will be treated welll, and you will appreciate plumbing done correctly.

I was extremely happy with my experience with this company. I called because I needed the water shut-off valve for my sprinkler system replaced. Even though I was able to schedule the service very quickly and the plumber showed up at the beginning of the time frame given. He was courteous and professional. For the quality of work, the price I was quoted was reasonable and the amount I ended up being billed was under that quoted amount. Plan to use B & G for any plumbing service I need in the future.

I have used B & G Plumbings services twice now - once in the dim past when they replaced my water main, and recently when they replaced both toilets in a home that I am selling. All the people I dealt with were courteous and helpful. Once we decided the scope of the work they were able to schedule me in pretty quickly. On the day of the service they gave me a call when they were on the way over so I was able to do other things than just sit and wait for them to arrive. Once this did arrive, Josh quickly went to work and in a short amount of time had two toilets replaced. I was very pleased by the service and the bill I received.
