Fernando and his team are awesome. We needed to make our first floor bathroom wheelchair accessible and a friend recommended Fernando. From our first meeting, we knew we wanted to work with him. Fernando is warm and open and it is obvious that he cares about the people he’s working with. He listened to what we needed and delivered far more than we ever expected. We really enjoyed him being here and getting to know him. He was present throughout the project and communicated with us every step of the way. Every single person on his team was top notch - from his construction crew, to the electrician, plumber, tilers, countertop designer, painters, and cleaners. All so professional and all delivering quality results. I wish I had pictures to post because the transformation is incredible. I highly recommend Fernando and would hire him or any member of his team again. We can’t thank you enough Fernando!

Fernando and crew are excellent. We had our basement flood from a burst water pipe and they transformed the disaster into a great space. Excellent communication and maintained their timeline. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about Vantage Construction! On a scale of 1 – 5, I would give them a 10! Having worked with many contractors over the years, I know first-hand how rare it is to find one that is the ‘complete package’ - honest, fair, informative, maintains a schedule, a pleasure to have around, AND takes pride in their work! Vantage Construction is all that and more. Fernando’s (and his team’s) work is impeccable, as are their work ethics. Fernando always takes the time to explain everything he is doing and keeps you updated as he works. I have hired Vantage Construction on three separate occasions since my son recommended them to me 2 1/2 years ago when I needed new windows. After the windows, they built me a beautiful deck, and most recently, installed a cupola and weathervane for me. My neighbor’s come over and admire their work and ask me for their contact information! I highly recommend Vantage Construction for any project! You will not be disappointed!

Fernando has been our savior for the 3 plus years we rebuilt an oceanside home in Sagamore Beach. He did everything from painting to roofing to rebuilding 3 decks and installing a circular staircase - there wasn’t anything he wouldn’t take on - and the guys he worked with were always friendly and helpful! Fernando & Company are trustworthy and honest - something one hopes for in a contractor but rarely encounters over an extended period - there was never a time that we were concerned. Look no further for an honest, quality conscious contractor!

Fernanado and his team can be called The Dream Team. They took our 1920 beach house and did a total renovation. The craftsmanship, professionalism, work ethic, attention to details, and communication were all over and beyond. We had neighbors asking how we found this company - that shows up, worked and makes progress - incredible progress -every week. Start to finish the timeline was absolutely amazing. Vantage Construction took care of everything - roof, siding, interior design, windows, custom work building bunk beds and shelving, all plumbing and electrical - everything! This team - everyone of them - are Can Do People. There is nothing they face that they can not find a solution to. We are 150% happy and impressed with this company and would highly recommend them for your project.
