Nick came by and fixed a leak after a bad storm on my 25 year old roof. They were quick to come out and get the repair done so i didnt have to worry. I ended up having them replace the whole roof about 9 months later. Great quality work, yard was spotless after work was done. Nothing was damaged. He showed me where the roof had rotted and replaced the plywood to make sure i would never have an issue again. Cant recommend them enough

Hired Stasinos Building to replace (rebuild....) a fairly large porch roof on my home. Roof was old rolled roof surface that had failed badly. Plywood & joists were badly rotted and access to the work area was pretty tough.Nick arrived on time for the estimate, was very thorough in reviewing the job and provided estimate quickly after meeting with me. Cost was very reasonable, reviews for the Company are very good and Nick struck me as a trustworthy man.Nick and company arrived as scheduled and for next 3 days worked their tails off on the roof. The whole time they were at my home, the crew was always respectful, kept their equipment out of the way and left the site clean each day. Got many positive comments from neighbors about these guys.As for quality....The roof is perfect. Workmanship is beautiful, rook looks great and the estimate proved true to the penny.I would hire Stasinos Builders again in a heartbeat.

I had 5 estimates to replace my roof. Nick was the first contractor to call me back and set up an appointment. He was also the only contractor that showed up on time. He brought a brochure of the products and left it with us to study. When we signed up for them to replace the roof he gave us a date in May. He later called and stated he could come earlier due to a cancellation. They showed up on time, stripped and replace roof, and did a thorough cleanup after. Very friendly and professional crew. After buying a home (which we had inspected) we noticed spots on our ceiling after a rain storm. We had another rooter attempt to fix it....more leaking. We called Nick to look at it, he called us back that day and came out to look at the next day. After he got up on the roof and found problems around the chimney. He thoroughly explained how he could fix it. Due to the unknown age of the roof we also asked for the an estimate for a new roof also. We decided to replace the roof .Nick was definitely a no pressure guy , explained carefully all options and and we had a good sense that we could trust him. Within a week he was able to get a crew there. His crew worked tirelessly to fix our chimney issues and install a beautiful new roof. They cleaned up and left the yard spotless. Nick came the next day to make sure we were happy with the job. We highly recommend Stasinos Building and would use them again!

Nick came out promptly during a busy season to repair my leaking roof. He was professional and explained the necessary repairs thoroughly. He gave me a very fair price and the job was done very quickly. He replaced two vents and reinforced a pipe along with replacing a section of shingles. While he was up there he replaced any rotted sections that needed to be fixed. They did great quality work. I am so happy to not have to worry every time it rains! Thank you!

We reached out to Stasinos Building & Remodeling for emergency roof repair following the storm that did a lot of damage to the area in late October. We were closing on the home that day and with more rainy weather on the way, we knew we needed a quick fix! Thankfully, Nick was nearby and was able to repair our roof same day. We had initially planned to replace the roof next year, but Nick gave us a fair quote and we were happy to move forward right away. We are glad to have the peace of mind of a nice new roof to help us through the winter, and that the work is backed with warranties for the coming years.

This is the second time that weve worked with Nick and team. The first time was a few years ago when they installed a new roof on our carriage house. The professionalism, quality and craftsmanship brought us back for a second time. Nick is great at communicating: came over for the inspection, brought me out and went through what he was going to do, sent a speedy estimate which after paying the first 1/2 a work date quickly followed. They showed up on time. His guys are extremely knowledgable and polite. They did the work, it turned out beautiful and you would of never known that they were there. Everything was picked up and everything was put back to where it was before if they moved anything. We would hire Nick and crew again in a second.

Shortly after the roof was completed we had a terrible storm with very high wind gusts. This caused a bit of damage to our beautiful new roof. Nicks crew did a great job, did the entire house in 1.5 days. Arrived on time, cleaned up after the first day. Cleaned up nicely when they finished on the 2nd day. Nick has a trailer to remove everything which is nice, no waiting around for driver to pick up dumpster. Very affordable price and 20 year craftsmanship warranty! Thanks Nick!

In Aug/2021 I hired Stasinos Building to replace my 35+ year old roof & asphalt shingles.Nick Stasinos met with me and looked roof over. Described how job would be done and gave me brochure & samples of GAF shingles to select from. No pressure.Nick Emailed me a contract with price and terms which were very reasonable & close to average cost for roofs in my area on Angies List. (and considerably less than several other quotes I had obtained).Contract was very specific & itemized & also took care of getting town permits.Stasinos crew arrived on date scheduled at 7:30am & was completely done (including ALL clean up) by 5:30pm.1 Day! Very professional job. Roof looks GREAT .I would definitely use Stasinos Building again and highly recommend them.
