Sam was very polite, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was surprised. to read the negative comments about him. I Love my Choice Home Warranty and just renewed it for an additional 4 years because of their superior sub-contractors they use to fix appliances, etc. Sam was very personable and we had no issues with him of his company. I am bedridden due to STROKES. He was very nice to me and my care giver.

Called HomeChoiceWarranty for not having power in 5 of the outlets. Power One Electrics was assigned to the job. Right on time. Very knowledgeable and he shared his knowledge with lots of tips for a better maintenance and distribution of power consumption, learned a lot and truly appreciate that. I could absorb more if talking was a little bit slower. Clean and fast installation of the new device and all well now. Many thanks
