    Premier Generators of Texas is a great company to work with. Our salesman, Coleman, was great. The install crew did a great job as well. They kept me apprised of what was going on throughout the install. After the install was complete they walked us through everything and explained how things worked and answered our questions. They cleaned up 100% of their work areas. We would definitely recommended to our friends and family to use them as well.

    I was very impressed with Premiers courteous & conscientious staff.Premier only uses in-house personnel for their installations.There are no unknown plumbing or electrical subcontractors to deal with.The staff kept me up-to-date with phone calls, text messages, & emails so I was never wondering about the status of my installation.They were always available to answer my many questions.The installation commenced immediately after they received the city permits and was completed in a timely manner.The staff took pride in their work to produce a thoroughly planned quality installation.They went the extra mile a few instances & provided more than what was promised in their proposal.A friend recommended Premier to me & I in turn recommend Premier to anyone looking to purchase a generator.

    This was the finest experience Ive had in DFW with a company and work crew. Each of the crew worked both independently and as a team to install the generator. Nothing bothered them and the installation was so very professional. Each of the crew had personality and were easy to speak and interact with. I think if they branched out to roofing, electrical and plumbing, theyd dominate the market!

    Premier Generators of Texas deserves a 5 star rating in communication initial contact, process of determining if property could meet requirements with Carter Vance, preparation of site by Pablo and his amazing workers, Mike Murphys miracle at getting a disconnect, Phil meeting Town of Fairview inspector and those amazing cheerful workers who put the yard back to normal. The communications as to what was going to occur in the preparation and installation was very impressive. All members of this organization communicated a time and date, showed up on schedule and did an excellent job while being very courteous and respectful. Thank you Premier Generators of Texas!!

    I contacted them and spoke with Drew on June 22nd, and he was very informative as to the generators, finances, the time line, and the crew.. my onsite quote was done by Clay, and again was very supportive and informative on everything I needed to know.My system was installed on August 21st and the crew showed up on time, extremely professional, courteous, and very very experienced on the generac system. I also liked how they all seemed to work like a well oiled machine. Coleman, Edward, Gabriel, and Daniel all did a phenomenal job.I am writing this review on the 25th of august and will say this.. I have ran my generac a total of 3 times in 30 minute increments, and I have all the faith in the world that come this winter or next brown out we will be protected by this investment. I would like to also point out that generac truly does sell itself, the crew behind it was literally the icing on the cake.

    Installed a Generac system July 2024. Contacted Premier Generators because a friend had a good experience a year before.The entire sales process was professional and courteous.The company took care of the electrical and plumbing permits.One reason I chose them was that all of the trades involved work for the company and only install generators.Seven guys showed up one morning and eight hours later the installation was complete. They were friendly, efficient as a team and patiently answered my questions.After the inspections were complete the crew returned and backfilled the trenches. You could not tell that they had ever been there. I am now signed up for service.A happy customer.

    It was time to replace an aging generator and I came across Premier Generators of Texas. Incredibly, I believe it was about two weeks from paperwork to install. Thankfully they were able to reuse my existing transfer switch configuration. Later I would like to have them replace with a set from Generac at some point. I got several reminders of the installation. At one point I was texted that the install team was on the way along with the photo of the project manager, Pablo. The on-site team was very professional, friendly and ready to answer any questions. Their attention to detail during installation exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone needing a reliable standby generator platform. Would do business again. A+.

    We had our Generac installed 5 years ago. We switched to Premier Generators of Texas to repair & service our Generac. We had a problem with our Generac & the previous company that serviced our Generac said our issue was electrical on our part & not caused by the Generac. We got an electrician to troubleshoot the issue & he said it was in the transfer switch to the Generac. I called the service company back & insisted they come out. They said it would be October before they could come out. That is when we found Premier Generators of Texas. They were professional & knowledgeable. They came out in 4 days to troubleshoot our problem. Dominique was able to find the issue with our transfer switch & get it repaired. They also serviced our Generac while they were here. After dealing with the previous companys lack of proper service, we were relieved to find Premier Generator of Texas. We will be using them moving forward.

    This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. From beginning to end they were always professional, knowledgeable, great communicators, and kept their promises regarding time line and scheduling. Simply great all around. I got a 24kW installed for the price I was quoted for a 22kW from another company. Clay Wisenhunt was a pleasure to deal with-even drove to my work to get the process started. He was always available for questions or updates. Pablo Puente, Gabriel and the whole install team were 100% professional. They were on time to get started and done on time. Explained everything. Cleaned up everything. Got the generator connected to the WiFi. Set up the weekly diagnostic run test time and day. They didnt miss any detail. The workmanship is amazing (as you can see from the photos). Highly recommend these folks and this company.

    We had a great experience with Premier Generators from the beginning. They came out and gave us a quote and answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable about generators, laws, and the process it would take to get it installed in our city. Michael Murphy kept us informed through the whole process and he and his team were very professional. Daniel and Gabriel installed the unit and did an amazing job, both were very professional and courteous. We have had a power outage for a small time, but with our new Generac, we did not feel the disruption at all. I would highly recommend Premier Generators.

    Premier did an excellent job from the beginning to the end. The sales process with the salesperson, Clay, was very informative and not high pressure. He thoroughly explained what was needed and spent extra time undersranding my goals for a generator.The install team was very professional, Pablo and team, took extra time to make everything look good and buttoned up.     Contacted with a different generator company October of 2021. They promised generator installation by mid December 2021. They agreed to get city permits as part of contract. Mid December they then starting asking for information saying they needed for permits. Provided it and then in January they came back and said they didnā€™t have the trades necessary to get permits and even when they got them it would be months for an install. I fired them and did not recover all the money I gave them upfront. Expensive lesson.I then talked to Michael at Premier Generator. He immediately came out and looked at both homes ( both my moms and mine). Got a written quote and he explained that the work by other company was wrong (done with out permits despite contact requirement for permits) and would have to be redone. He assured me I would have a totally different experience with Premier. He was totally right! Michael and his team applied for permits immediately when contacts signed. Told me it would take a couple of weeks to get them. Informed me when permits were approved. Immediately trenched for the gas lines at both houses. Avoided all the other utilities as they had them marked. Installed the generators at both homes on same day. The teams were extremely professional and kept the utility outage to minimum about 3 hours for each gas and electric. Totally cleaned up the job site. Within days got both gas and electrical inspection. They filled the trenches and ensured the generators are set to test each week. Contacted with Premier mid February and totally up and running at both houses on March 30. Great experience! Highly recommend for professionalism and attention to details!

    Premier Generators saved our holiday weekend! A strong storm knocked out a transformer behind our house and our generator didnā€™t restart power on the hottest day so far this season.     Purchased and installed a Generac generator from Peremier Generators. From Clay Whisenhunt, who wrote the contract on 3/21/22, to installation today, 6/21/22, with Pablo and his team, the entire experience was awesome!I had called a number of other Generac dealers over the past year and a half and could not get anyone to respond until I stumbled upon Premier Generator when one of their trucks was sitting next to me at the same traffic light in Plano one day four months ago. I wrote down their phone number, called, and the response was immediate. Clay was out and immediatly sized up the situation and helped us purchase the correct generator (and could have been nicer).Today, Pablo and team arrived at 8:45 AM and everyone on the team - Pablo, Gabriel, Jose, Edward, Christopher, and the plumbers knew their assignments and hit the ground running.     Premier Generators of Texas is an apt name for this company because they really are the best at what they do. We experienced professionalism, good communication, and excellent service from start to finish. Even though the city I live in has stringent requirements, Premier Generators deftly handled the entire process of attaining the permits and going through the inspection, etc.I waited until we had our first power outage before writing this review because I wanted to see if the generator I purchased would do its job as it should. I was not disappointed. Our first blackout lasted nearly 2 1/2 hours and the generator came on as expected and then went off when it should have. I was able to continue working from home without undo interruption and the mobile app kept me informed all the while. Later that night the power went off again and we slept in comfort while our generator did its job.My wife said to me later, Thank you honey for taking care of our family by purchasing the generator, I really appreciate it.Enough said.

    Premier furnished and installed a backup natural gas generator with an automatic transfer switch. I have been in electrical construction for all my life and now retired. I am very impressed with Premier Generators. They did everything they said they would do; when they said they would do it; and did all in a very professional way. They did all of this work in one day. All their employees not only worked hard but did it correctly the first time with no wasted time. They cleaned up area and carried all the trash off the property. I have so much admiration for the professionalism of this company I would never consider using anyone else to install a new generator.     Premiere Generators of Texas are World Class!They installed a 24k Generac Generator at my home. I will no longer deal with power outages, frozen pipes and expensive home repairs. From the time I initially spoke with the salesman Michael Murphy to the final day of city inspections I felt very comfortable with all the employees and the work they did. Daniel was the lead tech on install day and was available to me for any questions. They showed up in clean vehicles badged up with company logos, the techs were nicely dresses, well spoken and very polite. It was obvious they had worked as a team. They quickly broke out into teams of 2 and went to work. Some working on the gas connections while others running electrical thru my attic while others were working on the electrical panel/transfer switch.     Mike Murphy has been a great help to me. My 20KW Generac standby generator stopped running with a message of RPM LOSS STOP.Having never seen this message in 10 years of doing my own service and maintenance, I called Premier Generators of Texas, Plano for help.Within an hour, Mike called me to discuss my problem. He very kindly said that the first thing I needed to do was replace the battery. I told him that the battery had been replaced in October, 2019 and I didnt think that was the problem. Mike told me to trust him and pull the battery out of the unit and see about getting it replaced.I did as he instructed and after installing the new battery and performing the required reset maintenance procedure, I am now up and running again.Needless to say, Mike was a great help and went above and beyond anything I ask for or could have ever hoped for.     Excellent Customer Service! In 2023, Premier Generators of Texas installed a Generac Whole Home Standby Generator at our home. Since the installation, the communication from Kelley, Jacob, and the Premier Generators of Texas Team has been exceptional.In December 2024, Jacob came out to conduct the annual service on the generator. I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of time and attention he spent servicing the unit. After Jacob completed the maintenance, he was very patient in explaining the maintenance tasks performed as well as informing me what to expect from future maintenance.On 8 January 2025, the generator was performing its normal self-diagnostic when a fault was detected; however, the unit was still able to return to a ready to run status. Premier Generators of Texas offers a plan that allows the company to monitor our generator. As a result of the fault, I received a text and email from Kelley informing me a technician would be out on 9 January 2025 to inspect the generator. Jacob arrived at the stated time in freezing sleet and snowy weather to inspect the system and to ensure we wouldnt have any issues with the generator.I really appreciate Premier Generators of Texas standing behind their product and providing such great service. If you are considering purchasing a Whole Home Standby Generator for your home, I highly recommend Premier Generators of Texas!
