We couldnt be any happier with the ASC remodel of the screen porch on our mobile home. We are receiving so many compliments from our neighbors on how great it looks. With new tinted plexiglass windows and puppy proof screens, a new screen door, a new ceiling, and new trim, its a whole new room, adding comfort and value to our winter home. We feel very fortunate to have had Donny, Mike, and Dusty as our professional work team. They took time to explain what they were doing and why, making suggestions that made sense. We felt included in the process. We also appreciated that the installers were efficient and tidy.

We had ASC install hurricane shutters on our home just in time for when Hurricane Debbie came by (2024). Debbie was not a direct hit for us, but close enough that we had tropical storm force wind and rain in our yard. We went ahead and closed the shutters in the hours before the storm became strong here. It certainly was great that in less than 15 or 20 minutes our windows were protected and we felt safe and secure inside as tree debris was flying around outside. Thank you James and ASC for providing your excellent services.

Would give this team 6 stars if I could. Donnie and Mike were just terrific! They worked hard and did an excellent job, making sure that everything was done to perfection. The new windows and soffit are transformational for our lanai! Just beautiful! THANK YOU! We would highly recommend them and hope to use them again, as we replace other windows in our home! And, as a little bonus, they were so good with little cavalier, Angus. He thanks you too.

Had a few small drips in my back room, called. Came out that week because of the weather. Steve and Jack knew exactly where the leaks were coming from. Sealed the spots and advised it by any chance the leaks come back to mark the spots and call right away and they will come back out. Very happy.Also adding for my Mom Joan S. (Blue Jay Estates). Had work done to repair leaks on roof. So far everything is good. I appreciate the employees that you have. Steve and Jack did a nice job. Thank you. Very happy.

The whole experience from ASC was great from start to finish. Justin helped get the ball rolling on my project after an informative overview of what they can deliver. From there, Bianca provided support and guidance on the project to keep me abreast of progress and any outstanding needs. Jim and Steve the contractors who did the installation were great to work with. They explained things well to ensure I had a good grasp on what was being delivered. They were savvy enough to identify structural adjustments to the design to improve the structure. They also were great at keeping me posted through the installation process. Very professional company and I am looking forward to testing the longevity of their product.

I had sought bids for several projects in December 2022 before the holidays. I was finding it challenging to find contractors to come out just to provide a quote during this time of year. Justin came out a few days before Christmas and within a day had presented a quote that was competitive in price with the few other quotes I had been able to obtain during this time period.. Justin was professional during the quote process compared to other contractors I sought quotes from who proposed doing work without proper permits and/or used unscrupulous sales tactics. I used ASC for a door and siding replacement and they had the best prices compared to the other quotes I was able to obtain. The porch had a 19foot continous beam that had wood damage and some old metal columns with some rust. Any type of repair would require the porch to be supported on jacks. I was having trouble finding a GC to take on that project. When ASC came out to give me a quote for the door and siding they unexpectedly proposed a solution to my porch issue that exceeded my expectations at a reasonable price.. The proposal was to remove the damaged beams and install new beams and new column posts. to hurricane/building code. I was hesitant to go with this company at first because they tell you upfront it is a 14-16 week wait for work to be done. The wait was well worth it based on the price charged and quality of workmanship. The crew did fantastic work and did the work quickly and efficiently considering the amount of work that needed to be done over several days. Donnie and Steve installed the door and siding and then as they were finishing that project up the permit was approved for the porch and they moved onto the porch project and Mike came into help with that. The last day of the porch construction they showed up at 8am and left by noon. The office staff including Bianca is very responsive and they quickly file any permits that are needed for work to be done.

When there were issues that came up after the initial work, ASC responded as requested and made sure those issues were addressed.

I am a perfectionist...and this is one of the few companies that can match my demands. They arent discount contractors but it has been my experience that they provide a superior product at a fair price. They have done many jobs on two different rentals. Replacement windows, sun room siding, re-engineering carport beams and supports..list goes on. Dealt with them all. Sean is my favorite. Previous installer turned estimator. Can do anything with aluminum or vinyl...but most important provides the best options and can suggest products at fair prices that match needs. Last part...they stand behind their work. Had one large window installed less than perfectly. They were great about reinstalling it...perfectly. I wish all contractors could be as responsive and professional.

They replaced and installed all the windows in our home. James Chitwood gave us the estimate, which was very reasonable. He was also one of the gentlemen that came to install all the windows. These guys not only did a fabulous job of installing the windows, but also cleaned up after themselves better than I could have! I will always recommend this company!

I recently had my manufactured home re-sided by ASC. They did an excellent job and delivered quality and professional installation.We ran into a situation with the existing barrier wall, but ASC (Sean and Bob) were quick to talk to me and advise the best way to correct it. Im not sure someone else would have done the same thing.The installers were hard working and demonstrated their knowledge of how to do things RIGHT! No request, no matter how small, was denied -- they did it all.I strongly recommend ASC!

We recently hired ASC. We added a Lanai, all new siding, added shutters, replaced outside doors, added a new door, steps, railings, and a new roof. Had our driveway/carport widened. Wish we could give them more than Five Stars. They took care of everything, permits, authorizations and more. Not only did they make sure the work was done right, they showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up the job site every day. The daily Construction Workers are the best. They go as far to take a device that picks up metal, they put everything into neat piles, and sweep the area to make sure no debris is left behind, daily. They were kind, understanding, and very accommodating every time we made a change. What if we became a motto from us they heard often and best of all, they were honest, if our new idea wouldnt look right or work right, they told us, even though they could have sold another product. From the Salesperson, Office Staff, Construction Workers, and the Owner, who came out periodically to make sure everything was running smoothly, this is more than a Five Star Company.We had other estimates. ASC, Inc. was the least expensive with the best products, workmanship, and service. Not only would we recommend them, we proudly tell everyone. They changed the look and feel of our home to exactly what we wanted and one we will be proud of for years to come.Thank you everyone at ASC!

My Carport was destroyed by Hurricane Ian back in September 2022. ASC Rep.came out and gave me an estimate to replace my carport and I decided to go with this company. I am glad I did. The crew that came out did a wonderful job and I am so satisfied with the results and their work. I still need some other work done on my mobile home and will call them again to do the next project.
