    I had Dale Fain from Joe Cool AC and Plumbing come to give me an assessment on our water softening system. He was prompt, very professional and informative. He took his time to inspect the unit as well as other items around the home (water heater, reverse osmosis system) to give me an informed and broader assessment.He gave me several options to consider, which is exactly what I was looking for.     Dale is great! He is super knowledgeable and talked us through all the options for our softener system. We ditched the salt softener to a whole house filtration system. It’s great! For a couple bucks more…. No more salt! Better for us and our pipes and plumbing!

    An excellent experience working with everybody from back office in making an appointment, to the technician who came out, Jared, to speaking to Ross on the phone of minor detail stuff before the work was completed. I will absolutely use these guys again in the future. The detail and explaining to customer what it is and doing and why they are doing it is outstanding! I stood side by side the technician, Jared, for the entire duration of visit as he educated me on things he was diagnosing and exactly what it is he was doing and why. Thank you so much!

    David the technician was very knowledgeable and honest. We knew the A/C would need replacing ( haven’t been in the house long) but he explained how old it was and what was wrong, after seeing repair cost he sent Joey out with options. Joey did not try to push anything on us, and even explained in detail what needed to be done to correctly (flippers did horrible job) get the job done right. Both guys were kind and took a lot of time with us. In the end we chose this company to do the overall A/C work! Thank you

    Joe cool is amazing. the company that installed our AC said they ordered a blower motor and got ignorant everytime we called. its been 2 weeks and have not heard from them. we know they are all busy but customer service sucks. we called joe cool and 3 days later had our part. joe cool is the bomb. will always suggest them. we have had a lot of work done with them. highly recommend

    We had an issue with our water heater and Brandon came out ON A SATURDAY and discovered we needed a new one. We had been considering a re-pipe for the entire house for awhile and it seemed like a good time to move forward with ALL of the work, not just the water heater.The work was scheduled and completed within a few days.     Javier S was my technician, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He was honest and did not try to sell me any “extras”.update… 2 months later my compressor dies, the entire staff beginning with the after hours person, Jacob were awesome! They gave me options and unfortunately due to the age of my unit it had to be replaced. They had it ordered and installed within 24 hours!! They did not try to sell me a super expensive unit and I find all of their techs experienced, professional and super friendly! The office staff is as equally awesome! I would highly recommend using Joe Cool air for you A/C needs. They also do plumbing and if I am in need of a plumber I will be calling JOE COOL!! Thank you all for everything!!

    Jack arrived within hours of my call for a hot water heater repair. He pointed out several options if I chose. Problem was the pilot light which he relit. Their customer service is excellent. I like that they call you and text you when the service techs are on the way and include a picture of the person that will be knocking on your door. They clean up after fixing or installation of items. Within a few days of the work being done, they sent a Thank-You note and gift which I have never received from any other company. That was a great surprise, and it shows they value your business. Call Joe Cool - you will not regret it!

Theyve always responded quickly and efficiently. This last time, I ended up needing my entire house re-piped and a drain line replaced. Shoutout to Carl, Spencer, Dakota and David.     I had the pleasure to meet Jarret Ditursi today and I’m making sure to mention his name, so this company appreciate this employee. Joe Cool was our 3rd option, after spending a week looking for a cooling company. We were hesitant as we had a previous experience with another company. After explaining Jarret what we went through and what the other companies told us was the issue, he basically confirmed that information and educate us about other things. He left until he made sure our a/c was running and cooling; during the entire interaction he showed respect and understanding. Joe Cool Air management company, you do make sure that you keep this employee happy, this is one of those that will drive you revenue constantly. Overall, I consider the price was fair doing a comparinsong with the other companies.

    Daniel W. is by far the best technician (of any trade) that Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. The company itself has been great to work with. Their affordable maintenance program really sold me considering I was looking for a contractor to help with maintenance at my moms house since I live in a different state. To my surprise, the 1 day that I was in town to meet with the plumber who was scheduled, I lucked out and happened to meet the most professional and genuine person in the trade in my previous decade of experience of home repairs in Daniel W. I explained what the overall goal for the job and he took it and ran with it after I flew back home to Texas. It was a delight to see how he cared for my mothers home as if it was his. To be 1,000 miles away and to not carry one concern the entire job cannot be understated. This was a major discovery job due to a lot of deferred maintenance, and Daniel found everything that needed to be corrected to get everything in working order for my mom. Im so incredibly grateful for this above-and-beyond level of customer service, attention to detail, and overall care & concern. Thank you Daniel W.!

    We called Joe Cool for a second quote for work that needed to be done at my elderly parents home. Jamie was able to come out the same afternoon and gave us a much better price than the other company was going to charge with no pressure of trying to get us to immediately book like the other company was doing.     The entire process from beginning to end was excellent! The sales rep was not pushy and worked endlessly to put together a quote that was an incredibly fair price. They replaced the entire A/C system, handler, condenser and tore down and re-built the condenser platform... which was rotting. Alex and John were fantastic to work with, highly professional and super careful in not tearing up the house. The communication from everyone was over the top! The re-build of the platform was perfect and took my drainage issues into account. I highly, highly recommend these installers and the entire company!! This comes from someone who seldom writes reviews... when I do, usually they are negative. Not here, do yourself a favor, when the need arises for HVAC issues, call Joe Cool first!

    Our A/C unit stopped cooling. I called the company who installed our unit two years ago and they told me they couldnt come out for 4 days.     So the majority of the reviews Ive read on here are for AC service, but lets not forget that Joe Cool also does great things when you cannot flush your toilet and you garage floods from the backed up washer and dryer. Yes, that happened to me, and after looking up Joe Cool and seeing these reviews, I make the call.First off, Devon was amazing for being empathetic and getting someone out right away. She even called later when they we running slightly behind and that the tech was on the way. They already for someone out to me in under and hour on same day, so this was just amazing customer service.Next our plumber was Alan, another great experience. First off, he listened to what I had to say, taking what I figured out into account. Asked some questions and then started right at the work. His with was fast, efficient, and in the end, great as he fixed the problem. Im very thankful for that.They are a slight bit on the pricey side, but the level of customer service, it was worth it. They didnt try to up charge or anything. Im completely happy with the service overall.

    I had just bought this home and had to get a new A/C system installed. Joe Cool was fantastic and worked with me every step of the way.     My A/C had been acting up for several weeks until it finally stopped working this past Sunday evening. It would cycle on and off at random, and eventually reach the temperature it was set for. After it wouldnt come on at all, I replaced the thermostat thinking it was bad. Still acted the same way, so I installed the old one back and called Joe Cool hoping to get some answers being they advertise 24/7 support, and the house was heating up quickly. They took my call, and I quickly received a call back from Shane. I gave him the details, and he didnt hesitate in heading to my house. To sum it up, I had a blown fuse it the handler along with my drain pipe being half clogged. He did an excellent job with the repair, and also made sure my current thermostat was set correctly.     I highly recommend Joe Cool!! My a/c went out on a Sunday afternoon. I called Joe Cool based on the recommendations of my neighbors.     Our AC system has been giving us trouble and it finally bit the dust. Bill came out to give us options on replacement, and even though inflation is a killer right now, he had multiple options that helped us make a decision we felt good about given 2022 pricing and lead times. We had a new system up and running a few days later. Aleksander and his team did a great job with the install. We had one slight issue but Matthew in the office had someone out the next day to take a look. Javier came out, fixed the minor issue and we havent had any issues since. Overall a great experience, the follow up and professionalism really impressed me. My expectations have really been lowered since the pandemic and Joe Cool really did leave us happy every step of the way, which is rare these days.

    It was time for my yearly maintenance and I had called Joe cool to come out. James M was the technician who the company had sent. From the time he introduced him self on arrival he was very professional and polite I spoke with James for a few moments to inform him of my questions about my System. While James and I were standing in the garage he began to work on my inside unit once he took the doors off we noticed the system to not looking very good shape he answered all of my questions about what why where and how this could happen he explained the age of the system and answered everything to my liking. After that James began to work on the outside I had a feeling something was going on before they arrived then sure enough there was, James found a major leak in my condenser. He explained what it would take to fix it and I was not willing to spend that much money on a system and as old as mine so we set it up for someone to come and talk to me and everything went very smoothly I decided to replace my system and everything went fabulous thank you Joe cool for treating me so kindly and thank you James for truly being able to put my trust in you and the company.     I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I called Joe Cool after a service call from a different AC company left me with more problems than I started with that caused toxic amounts of refrigerant to leak into my home. Chase from Joe Cool arrived within an hour of my call and looked over my whole system. He was very thorough. He explained all of the issues and provided photos of what he found and offered different options for my system replacement. He even called his service manager to find out different ways to help me save on the cost since I was already out quite a bit of money from my previous service call with the other company. Everyone showed up early the next morning to get started on the install and the service manager Pat even showed up to introduce himself and make sure everything was being handled in the best way possible. Every technician/installer that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and each of them took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel comfortable with my decision to use them for my AC replacement. Nathan from Joe Cool also showed up to check out my tankless water heater that stopped working after my service call with the previous AC company. He gave me options to save on the installation of the new water heater. I couldnt be happier with the level of customer service and quality work from Joe Cool Home Services!

    I am very impressed with Joe Cool and the quality of their service technicians.Our AC went down an hour and a half before a planned get together with close friends. We called Joe cool and I was surprised and pleased to see that they could dispatch a person immediately. It is nice to have a service team that is large enough to meet the demands of their clients.Their service tech was neat, clean (professional looking) and new what he was doing. He assessed our problem and it turned out to be a clogged overflow pipe that was backed up and shut off the overflow valve.I did not have their periodic maintenance program, but I do now. When it is this hot my AC is a must. Thanks Joe Cool. You saved our dinner plans.

    We just replaced an old AC unit & furnace with an updated unit with Joe Cool. From the very beginning, they were the most professional company to come to our home for an estimate. The owner & a service tech came out, spent almost 2hrs with my husband and I, educating us on our current unit, our options, pricing and answered all of our questions. They were on time and very courteous, they didnt try to sell us on a unit too big for our home, or anything we didnt need/want.On the day of installation, 2 installers showed up, on time and friendly. The pair worked together very efficiently and got both the new AC handler and furnace installed in a few hours, even with it down pouring. They left our garage just how they found it.The inspector did find a few issues that needed attention, but they came back out, no questions asked and handled the issues in a timely manner. The final inspection had no issues at all.We chose Joe Cool to replace our unit mostly because of the first impression they gave us. They were not the cheapest quote we received, but I could tell by the professionalism, that this was a company that would provide us great service in the future.I would have given 5 stars if we didnt have to go through 2 inspections and if their price was a little better. How, you definitely get what you pay for, and I am confident paying for their service will be worth it in the end.

    A part of my mothers 50-year-old sewer line collapsed causing backups in the house when shower, toilets, or washer was used. She contracted Joe Cool to replace the collapsed drainage pipe and all the drainage pipes under her home. The job was started by Karl and helper (Trenton?) on a Monday. On day 2, we decided to replace the 2 toilets and the water lines in and around the house. All the pipes were at least 40 years old.Karl and Trenton were professional and cleaned up each day. We received a text each day letting us know they were on their way. And they arrived about 30 minutes later.Now her water pressure is much improved! The plumbing is working great. It was a huge job.My mom will continue to do business with Joe Cool.An additional comment- the job required cutting down two punk trees and digging up the roots which delayed the job by a day. I gave the name of the tree guys we use and Norman from Joe Cool, contracted them to cut the trees. Joe Cool picked up the cost of the tree service, BUT they did not treat our tree guys professionally. My tree guys will not take a job from Joe Cool again.

    I was getting a new kitchen counter and needed my water, sink, faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal disconnected and reconnected. This is two visits with a couple of days in between visits.     We replaced our aging but functioning 4 Ton AC unit. We received 5 bids for the job. Joe Cool was the best price and was able to start the job immediately. I observed every aspect of the installation and couldnt be happier with the quality of the work. Today, Buddy A and Cameron F, replaced all the ductwork on 1/2 of our house. They were professional, friendly, answered all our questions and performed high quality work which I personally looked at. This is a company that I trust and I am a picky customer.An update from 2022. We returned from a long trip and found that our AC unit had failed. A communication board had gone bad and was supposedly on a 30 day back order. Joe cool immediately brought 3 portable AC units to our home, so we could keep humidity down. They also managed to get the board in 7 days instead of 30 days, and had us up and running again in a week. This is great customer service. I would caution about getting one of the very complex high SEER units, ours has had a couple of failures, and there is no easy fix. The company, Joe Cool is great!!!!!

    We paid over $1,200 on issues within our home only to be told we had to pay more money to resolve the issues. Joe Cool purchased Case Plumbing who initially installed our water heater in 2020 before my wife, and I purchased the home. The second plumber came out to our home and said that a filter would resolve the issue, and since Joe Cool purchased Case Plumbing, they should be able to work with us and get it covered under the warranty. The plumber came back and said they would not cover it, and we actually needed a water softener. I have spoken to my neighbors, and no one else has this issue or has a water softener. To install one is going to cost thousands of dollars. Our second issue is that our kitchen drain keeps backing up. They ran a snake down it twice (the first visit & third visit), then used a pressurized technique to push anything that may be stuck. Neither worked, and we were told we had to rip off the floor (worse case) to repipe or create new piping outside to clean the piping from the outside. In any case, just locating the pipe costs almost 1k. This does not include any crazy add-ons they will include if we go with any of these options.The only thing they helped us with was a clogged shower drain and a leaked faucet.In short, they did not resolve the two main issues and just told us it was going to cost more. They purchased a company that installed our water heater but will not take responsibility for the water heater itself or the warranty since they claim its the water quality, but my neighbors dont have the same issue (again they dont have water softener) then we have this continued kitchen sink issue. I would not recommend them. They will quickly take your money and just add additional cost to the job.Update to Review: David Guse (Plumbing Manager) reached out to me due to the above complaint. He contacted me and stopped by my home to discuss the issues in depth. He provided solutions to the issues above, and within a couple of days, he had an experienced plumber come out to resolve my water heater issue and clear my kitchen drain properly. The plumbers that came to my home were extremely professional, answered my questions, and provided additional tips to keep in mind.I truly appreciate the staff at Joe Cool taking my review seriously. They resolved my issue and really worked with me, which is great to know. They truly care about their customers and, most importantly, want to ensure the requested service is done to the satisfaction of their customers. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

    Davie came out on Friday to do my annual maintenance. He was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. When he was showing me the issues with my system and his recommendations, I felt like he genuinely cared about what was going to be best for my system in the long run. He tried to get someone out there that same evening, but we couldn’t make it happen.Today, Trenton came out and replaced my air handler and compressor. He estimated he’d be there all day, and told me as much before he started any work. He completed the work about 2 hours early and the new system looks great! He got everything hooked back up, tested, and adjusted for my house.I definitely recommend having Joe Cool Plumbing and AC come out and at least give you an estimate. They weren’t the cheapest, but I definitely got what I paid for.

It took awhile to get the pump to get primed but we were able to test all the sprinkler sets to prove that the entire irrigation system was working. After our last maintenance visit about 6-8 months ago, I knew our AC was on its last legs, and this trip confirmed that. Logan explained what was going on with our AC & showed me the spots that had issues. He then had a Comfort Specialist out here to meet with me shortly after he completed his tasks. He introduced me and left for his next job. Matt then reviewed it all & explained our options (in detail) for buying a new system. Were in process on that now. Weve appreciated their help & professionalism.

    A++++. Fantastic service. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and ethical. Originally came out to replace a garbage disposal but was able to resolve the issue by simply clearing some water out of a line. A lot of other companies would have gone through with the full replacement in order to bill for parts and labor but Joe Cool did the simple fix and saved us a bunch of money. After fixing the garbage disposal, they went on to resolve a multitude of other issues including our water softener, sinks, toilets, and showers, all at no extra cost. I would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing and air condition needs. *EDIT 2/2020: Aaron from Joe Cool came out to service a variety of plumbing issues and was again incredibly helpful and professional.     My hot water heater recently gave out and the service provider that my home warranty company sent out was trying to pull one over on me the moment I said I wanted to upgrade from a 40 gallon electric to a 50 gallon electric hybrid water heater. I called Joe Cool Home Services and was advised that their plumber would try to give me a call in between his appointments. In less than an hour I received a call from their plumber Daniel who was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to listen to exactly what I needed done and even provided some feedback/suggestions, while being respectful of the research I had done. He then provided me with a quote range, which I believe to be fair, and let me know that although he had a full schedule this week he would do his best to accommodate me if I decide to move forward with him. After speaking with Daniel I cancelled another appointment I had for a quote because based on my conversation with him, I knew he will be fair with me and not try to take advantage once I get the green light from my home warranty company. If the customer service is any indication of the quality of work that they perform, I know I will be in good hands.

    This is one of the few times I can say that it was a pleasure to have a service call. My technician was Shane and he could not have been nicer, more pleasant, or more efficient. He explained everything in a simple way to understand and made you feel very comfortable about what he was doing.     We had a clogged drain that had been a huge issue for us. We called in the morning by mid-afternoon they had a technician out. Nathan L. did an amazing job. He not only explained our options but he answered all our questions. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable.     Daniel deserves a freaking raise! He fixed our water heater at our business perfectly! We got a hefty 105 gallon tank installed and it looks beautiful.He is awesome and immaculate with his work, taking his time for the initial estimate and cost, then coming another day just to make sure the measurements are perfect!     I called Joe Cool for 2 reasons - Loved the name and they were local here in Pinellas Park. Shane came out to talk to me and from the first moment I knew I could trust him. No car sales gimmicks or shady double talk. He even came back to go over everything again in more detail with my spouse. The work was scheduled for 2 days later. The crew of 3 guys showed up right on time with Chris as the Supervisor. From start to finish these guys were professional, pleasant and so respectful. They worked in very very hot and humid conditions and were cordial throughout the day. I was so happy with the end result of the install, clean up and overall aesthetics. But more importantly the AC itself. I now have a very cool and less humid home for the first time in 15 years. I highly recommend Joe Cool for ALL your AC needs.     This company was the first company in a very long time that actually put the customer first. They were excellent on the phone and Communications to help a person in need. The service tech Shane that came to the house called several times before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. Then when he got to the house he was very professional and fun to work with.     Corey was the technician from Joe Cool Home Services who came to check on my broken AC. He was very thorough with the check and found the problem pretty quickly. Despite it being almost 11pm at night, he was very patient and transparent, taking time to explain to me (a new homeowner) what had happened to the AC unit.After Corey explained the options to me, I decided to get a new AC unit installed. He came by the next day as promised to lend me a portable AC to use for the time being till my installation appointment which was 4 days later (AC stopped working during Memorial Day weekend...).Casey and Trent, who came to install the unit, were very punctual! They both were very friendly and made sure they understood what I was looking for. I explained that I eventually wanted to turn my garage into another room and I had asked if it was possible to install the handler higher up and out of sight. During the install, I was working nights so they made sure to communicate with me about delays and how much longer it would take and that they would do their best to get it done as fast as they can. It took a day and a half for the entire install but it was worth it! Casey and Trent did an AWESOME job! They had to do new vent/duct work and the final product was very clean and well done! They explained the changes they made and why they made them, and they made sure to clean up afterwards (which I absolutely appreciated). Corey, Casey, and Trent were very professional and patient with me throughout the process, and I’m extremely grateful for their hard work. Thanks for fixing my AC guys! ☺️P.S Thanks for the cookies! Using this for my lunchbox currently, it’s the perfect size! Lol 😉
