Okay, so like many people out there, I’d been seeing the social media ads for West Shore Home’s “one day” walk in shower install and had reservations about the process and quality of work. So, after several weeks, I scheduled an appointment to “listen” to what the West Shore Home representative had to offer. The thought of no grout lines caught my attention and the fact the install would be completed in one day won me over and I signed the contract the same day. Is it the least expensive route to take? No. But I was committed to remodeling the bath/shower combo I currently had to a walk in shower for my 84 year-old father who lives with me. The day arrived and the West Shore Home truck arrived on time and I was immediately greeted by Griffin C. and John P., who were going to complete this transformation in one day for me. Their attention to detail before, during, and after the install reflected a level of quality I am still in awe of. In fact, it was a very enjoyable process. Griffin (Griff) was extremely knowledgeable and took his time throughout the process to explain what was going to be done while offering suggestions and asking for my input throughout the day. After the install was completed and, yes, it was indeed completed in one day, the shower looks phenomenal! I went with the subway tile look and Griffin took his time to perfectly line up the lines of the tiles and, hopefully you can tell from the photos that the edges are curved to give the look of real tile. The work done by Griffin and John exceeded my expectations. I am considering having my second bathroom shower redone and I want Griffin and John back to do the work! Upon completion, a considerable amount of time was spent cleaning up the area and it was left cleaner than before they arrived. Now that it is all over, the big question “Was it worth the cost?” Absolutely! The quality of the products used and the finish, as well as the attention to detail, in my opinion, made/make it worth every penny.

I just had West Shore install 3 new exterior doors. I am beyond pleased. My installers David L., Jorge D., Johnny D., Ariel, and Joey R. were all fantastic. Very nice guys and they did a great job. It took most of the day, but they got it done and I couldnt be happier. A+ quality hardware and installation. Thank you!

Stephan Whitside was awesome and sold us a piece of art that we call our entry door! David & Alejandro just installed our new entry door!! The attention to detail was perfection! West Shore Home installed 8 new windows in my home. I had 2 different projects (J-477527 & J-487825) being installed in the same day. We did run into a small hiccup where they could not complete the job on the same day. But despite that Anthony F and his crew Joey R, Alejandro A, Ariel A and Nathaniel P did an awesome job and were very professional. I love my new windows and I highly recommend West Shore Home.

In November we had our tub taken out & shower changed into a walk-in . Griffin C. & Tyrone M. were both very professional & respectful young men. Took them 2 days to complete. They cleaned-up all debris before they left both days. My only concern, which has nothing to do with the installing is that the shower floor is always wet. Doesnt seem to dry.

Walter F, Nick C and Greg Q came out and installed a new tub and shower surround. They came out the day after Hurricane Milton. The gas stations were still not getting fuel and roads were closed. They managed to get here and install as planned. They were all professional and did a great job. Thanks!The other bath had a walk in shower installed replacing the tub/shower. Shaun and Greg were also professional and friendly. This bath also looks great. The upgraded shower head was not with our order, Luke came to install it a week and a half later. (Not bad considering the hurricane). The seat was installed too high. We called right after installation with our concern. It took a couple of weeks to determine the best solution. Shawn and Owen came out and redid the entire wall with the seat and reinstalled the seat at the right height. I’m giving West Shore Home a five star review because their customer service is outstanding and their workers are superb. Even with the hurricane and seat adjustment the job only took 3weeks for completion. Thanks West Shore Home!

We had Westshore do a tub to shower replacement a few week ago. What a great job!! It brings so much light into the room. The shower is very spacious.The first crew, Wendell and Richard was on time, fully explained to me what was about to take place. Then they started. We have an older house so there was a few hiccups with the drain. Wendell was on top of it though. A second crew , Jaye and Hunter pulled up to help so it could be finished the same day. They were all a great group of guys, working together as team. We need more of that these days. They all said we know it is your only bathroom so we had to get it done for you the same day.We love it. Thank you Westshore!

Rob c,Mike b,Nick c and Josh l came very promptly on Tuesday am and got immediately to work. They were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They worked all day. They probably would’ve finished that day if they didn’t have to wait on the plumbing inspection. They were doing showers in both our bathrooms. Two of them had to come back on Wednesday to finish up. They were very neat and cleaned up before they left. They took us into the bathrooms to ask about placement for the shelves and grab bars.

Josh and Mike showed up on time. Explained exactly what and how they were going to accomplish the job. They would periodically show us how the job was progressing and asked if we had any questions. When the job was completed they had us inspect the final product. Everything was superbly done. After they finished the job you couldn’t tell that they were there. They left my house cleaner than when they arrived. If I were to build a home, Josh and Mike would be my first choice to build it. I cannot say enough about these two gentlemen. Thank you!

They did an incredible job on my house! I hired them to give me all new windows on the front of the house and a new sliding glass door to the porch. They were friendly, professional, and extremely hardworking! Because of how old my windows were they were a tough and long and project for them, but they kept me updated while keeping their work area clean throughout the process. He verified the work to be done as well as visually verifying all materials used with me. Randomly checking with them to make sure the are hydrated, they took a break to show me what is going on and update on progress. They appreciated the cold water. Their supervisor Bob stopped by to ensure things were going well and to see if I had any questions. Bob is a fellow Navy Vet. Upon completion of the project, Kyle went over everything we needed to know about the new shower. Would recommend West Shore Home and this team.

Our experience with West Shore Home has been very positive. Manny, our Design Consultant, was excellent and made the in- home visit a very productive time. The new shower installation to replace the tub/shower that we had was scheduled within 2 weeks of the consultation. On installation day, Joe and Doug worked diligently all day to get the work done by 5pm. They were very professional, pleasant, efficient and did an overall great job cleaning up when all the work was completed. Kris S. And Manny came on time and ready to go with our bathroom project. Today was a rainy day and we were worried about the dirt in coming in and out of the house but they were very prepared. They had a tent to work outside and they spread a tarp to protect the floor. I saw Manny all day with the broom making sure the dirt and dust were picked up. Kris was very neat and works his trade cleaning all the time. Never saw a mess during the whole time they were at our house. Nobody would have known that all day someone was working inside our house because when they left all was very clean.They were both very courteous and very friendly. Our experience with West Shore was wonderful from the beginning to the end. A consultant ( Tony Andre) was sent out to meet with us within a few days of reaching out to the company. This is even though we are a few miles outside of their service area. Tony was very professional and informative. My husband wasn’t home so he drove all the way back a couple days later to Port Charlotte from St. Petersburg. The did an excellent job explaining to us our options, and helping us make a decision to do an installation. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks to get but to our surprise they were back the following week for the installation.The installation guys were excellent! Caleb and Jae did such a great job. They came in right at 9:00 am and by 2:30 pm they were done. The place was cleaned up, we didn’t have to do anything but enjoy the outcome. Their professionalism and expertise is outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They didn’t stop until they finished at approximately six that evening. They removed my old tile, tub and shower and installed a beautiful shiny new tub and shower with new chrome fixtures. After being promised several things by my saleman, when the installed came they said it can not be done At least an hour on the phone with salesman, managers, etc, most problems were dealt with to my satisfaction. My installers, Walter and Greg were wonderful..very professional. I can not say enough about those guys. I have to say that initially I was very doubtful that I could have a complete, new, quality shower/tub in 2 days but they surprised me by completing it in one day and it is beautiful!! Griffin and Alfredo were punctual, professional, and organized. I felt very comfortable having them in my home while I was at work and they left my home clean, clean, clean which I really appreciate. The only little glitch was that the shower head was defective but they ordered a new one right away and called repeatedly to come and install it. Overall a positive experience and I would recommend this company.

I 100% recommend West Shore Home for your shower or bathtub remodel. The whole process was made easy. Eric F. came out to assess our situation, take measurements and then went over our options. Eric had photos of previous work and actual samples my husband I could touch and feel. Eric explained how amazing virgin acrylic really is and answered all of our questions thoroughly. After the initial visit, I changed my mind about the style and Eric had no problem showing me more examples with different color “grout” lines in a rendering photo so I could really visualize what it would look like. West Shore Home have a lot of modern options to choose from! Install was projected for 6-10 weeks out, but West Shore Home ended up finishing the job much sooner which made us very happy.Griffin C. and Jordan L. were our installers. Talk about AMAZING! Both arrived on time, were extremely professional and kind, and very clean with their tools. They draped my floors and furniture to keep them from getting dirty as much as possible. They were fast, yet patient and efficient making sure my shower and bathtub was perfect. They checked in with me at various points during the project to make sure it was up to my liking, which was appreciated! Serious props because my home was built in the 60s making my shower demo and remodel challenging. A manager stopped by during the install to oversee the project. They also left my bathroom very clean. The only issue I have is miscommunication regarding the type of shower head. When I questioned this I was told there were only two types available - the magnetic hand held and single function shower head. I wish this would have been explained better when I was choosing hardware with my sales person. I will be using West Shore for future projects.

Please review before considering using West Shore Home. Paid for High Security Replacement Door/Hardware; very expensive. Crew removed other Security Hardware including Security Screen Door (photo below) without permission. Damage was immediately noticed and I mentioned it to installers. During the install, I notified installers and took pictures. They apologized but said the outside security door was damaged during removal. You can clearly see that the frame of the security door was bent and the installers clearly didnt attempt to unscrew/properly remove the door. The installer and I agreed to re-use my existing door hardware on the new door due to incompatibility with their lock mechanisms. My existing hardware was superior so no issue- just wasted money purchasing their door hardware. It was apparent to me and installers that there was no way to replace the damaged door. After the install, I called my salesperson to report issues. Crickets. At final install/cosmetic work, I let the tech know and he said he would leave the ticket open so someone would contact me. Crickets. Multiple times after install, I tried notifying West Shore Door staff. Crickets. I did everything I know to be reasonable in requesting someone follow up. After multiple attempts, I reached Philip Santana and he attempted to escalate the issue to his management. Crickets. I continued to follow up with Philip and sent in the quote to replace screen security door. Crickets. They asked I send photos I took at time of install and the damage done. Followed up with Philip and he again tried escalating issues. I waited a couple more weeks before following up again. Crickets. It has been several months of calls with no meaningful response. I consider myself a patient and reasonable person. As a business owner I understand the damage that a bad review can make. I am not taking this action lightly, but with consideration that whomever should read this review would take pause and consider how West Shore has treated me and consider if they would likely treat you the same or worse. I have paid for all work done. I have not asked for more than a phone call and perhaps consideration for repairs for the damages made during install. Crickets.I was contacted by a representative of Westshore home and we reached a reasonable agreement to resolve this issue. I have updated the corresponding review from 1 star to 5 star. Excellent Shower Installation!West Shore Homes made replacing our shower a wonderful experience. The installers (Earl C, Kyle) found there was no wall/ backerboard behind our existing shower, additionally the pipes from the drain under the house were only dry fit, nothing holding them together- caulk. So they built in walls and fixed our plumbing. None of which affected the price.The installers were very polite and professional, they laid a runner to protect the flooring from the door to the bathroom. They closed the bathroom door and used an industrial vacuum to limit the dust and cleaned up after they were done. We couldnt be happier with the end result.

I did feel pressured by the Design Consultant. I explained I usually get 3 estimates, and they were the 1st I reached out to. Its expensive, a lot more than I expected. I suggest to others to get your 2 estimates and West Shore estimate last. The materials are beautiful. Im waiting the 24 hrs before using our new shower as we were told to do so. The installers Earl and Soledda were pleasant, professional and I appreciated both of their customer service. I dont speak Spanish and I really liked communicating in English with the installers (this is very rare!) It was a pleasure working with Soledda from the time she arrived, she answered all questions I had, and I feel she went that extra mile to make sure I understood about the work, product, and dos & donts to care for the product. Thank you to Earl & Soledda for a job well done. My pictures dont look as pretty as they should. I have a small bathroom with bad lighting which Ill replace so the chrome accessories, will better in a picture. Im very happy with the acrylic ceiling in the shower matching the shower walls. Ive yet to have workers clean up properly, so I wasnt surprised to find chunks of cement under my sink area outside of my bathroom, even though I heard the vacuum. I also found some glue or caulking along the bottom of the bathrm door and the bottom of the wall opposite of the sink area, and lastly a small black stain on my new tan bedroom carpet even though they had drop clothes on the floor. Im very happy I made the change from the tiles to the Acrylic, no more grout cleaning for me!

I have not had such an amazing customer service in a long while and couldnt be more pleased with my West Shore Home experience. As the new owners of our condo for a month, we already knew what we wanted from a previous bathroom remodel in our other home. I had seen the commercial for West Shore Home and they said they could do it in a day, so it seemed like an obvious choice. I will admit I was skeptical.Starting from the beginning, our sales guy Jeff showed up at my house on time and as expected armed with a variety of information and remodeling ideas for our bath. He not only was full of info, but his sense of humor was right in line with ours. We really enjoyed his visit, and were confident in what he was selling us. That was about three weeks ago.Come today, installation day. Two young and highly skilled remodeling angels named Tyler and Dawson showed up at my door on time and as expected. They came in, examined the scene, and got right to work. They covered everything in plastic and drop cloths to protect my floors and furniture, including my bed as it was my master bathroom being remodeled. They even asked if I had a latex allergy due to the plastic they were covering my furniture with. Very considerate.Throughout the next several hours, Tyler and Dawson killed it! They removed an old and very heavy cast iron tub from my bathroom, removed all the nasty leave behinds including the gross plumbing, and all of the 40-year old tile that lined my previous tub surround. They put up brand new backer board, perfectly measured from my floor to my ceiling, installed brand new plumbing lines and brand new plumbing fixtures. They then laid down the new floor of my shower stall and proceeded to build out my brand new bath area. They put up all the walls perfectly measured and shiny as new. They then sealed everything up, mounted the bar, even patched a little piece of my flooring that was missing after they removed the old tub (not due to them, due to the way the floor was installed). They vacuumed everything, made sure all of the dust was cleaned up, and then used a leaf blower to blow out my carport where they had done their cutting. These guys went above and beyond for phenomenal customer service and it was very recognizable. Top-notch work by Tyler and Dawson.I look forward to many years of an amazing shower experience thanks to West Shore Home. I could not be more pleased with the way everything turned out, and should I have any issues, I am confident in the service Ive received so far that I am led to believe they will continue that level of service in the instance something arises.Thanks West Shore Home. We replaced a 20 year old tub with ceramic tile to a new walk in shower. Soledda H. and Jae arrived at 9:15am and the job was complete by 6:15pm. They were friendly and very professional. We could not be happier with the final result. High quality work and a good final cleanup. We will be requesting this team of installers again for future projects.

I recently had a tub to shower conversion by Wes Shore Home yesterday. The completed project was done great. Thomas, the sales person who came to give an estimate was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The two people who installed the walk-in shower made sure the flooring inside the house were covered for protection of the floor. The two installers, Kris and Erik, were courteous and knowledgeable and did a great job in one day. The only concern is that when they used my garage to cut wood, the saw dust went everywhere including one of my car that was inside the garage. The saw dust in the immediate work area was swept but area surrounding still had a significant saw dust remaining. I suggest that if they want to use the owners garage for outside work that they do a better job cleaning and/covering the surrounding area so saw dusts do not go on them. Overall, I would recommend West Shore Home for any bathroom renovations.Emmanuel N.

I just got my new tub and walls today. I can not be anymore pleased with the entire transaction. The sales rep, sales manager, phone associates, and the installers. We had install date 1 month out, and ended up 2 weeks early due to a cancelation 😁 The installers came today, and they must of sent me the BEST installer they have. His name is Alex, and he was training Victor which was also awesome. Alex was so very personable, knowledgeable, and immediately made me feel comfortable about another contractor in my home (had a rough year last year with contractors). They ripped out, reset all walls, all the plumbing, and installed all of it seamlessly! I am utterly happy with the results, and having a warranty which is my peice of mind. Thank you ALL so very much! Cant wait to start using it after it drys for 24hrs! I added before and after.Update 3 months later I have had 1 service call to reattach shower bar necks. I still love my shower and bath. Still looks like new.

Kort and Alex took out my old bathtub/shower and installed a new walk-in shower. They completed it in one day and it looks GREAT. I purchased the Moen shower head with the flex line and didnt like it. It didnt swivel enough so I wanted to return it, but the company said NO. I took it off and installed my old shower head. My salesman Chris Burns did a great job with ordering what I wanted and also for trying to get the company to take back my Moen shower head. I think the company is wrong, the head cost $200-250 while the complete job cost thousands of dollars. For them doing that I have no time for West Shore Home and will not recommend them to anyone.

David L. And Joey R were A1 representatives of NSH door install. Sought and received timely advice from HQ. Door looks as promised. Issue arose at final approval and payment. I had check in hand as we were discussing the installation of my reuse of my existing screen door. From the get go...sales pitch through installw the words VOID THE WARRANTY were Never Heard. Reuse was planned from day1. When I noticed missing door I was told it was in truck. They were advised by HQ to remove from truck. D@J said they do not install others doors. I said I knew that. It was at that time the Void Warranty came to for. I caved much to easily. Get the picture? My pants were down. Doors in. Screen had been rendered unusable. Scammed? Conned? Id been had. I cant have Tennant with blanket over door. HQ CONSENTED to allow attachment without penalty. Im smiling. The firm I canceled (if theyll come)to go with NSH will be asked to install. I had a tub to shower conversion for an old school bathtub (the older metal kind). Edwin and Johnny B did an amazing job. In about 8 hours they removed the old tub & tile (being careful to not damage tile outside the tub/shower area that is staying), installed/fixed framing (and all the other magical things that go along with plumbing), installed the new shower & shelves with perfect caulk lines, a teak folding seat and new fixtures. They were professional, pleasant, and left the bathroom and walkways that they used in and out of the house spotless.I highly recommend West Shore Home; specifically their rep, Brevinn Tyler (who did a great job of helping me figure out what I wanted), and the installation team of Edwin and Johnny B.

Apparently, I am not the first reviewer to have had a fabulous experience, right up to the point Westshore mysteriously drops the ball right at the end. Until now, every step of the process has been flawless. The windows are perfect. They came in on time. An incredibly pleasant, professional, masked group of guys did the installation of 7 windows in a day. They cleaned up every bit of debris, and were extremely anxious to make sure everything was to my liking.I was wondering about the promised post-inspection visit to finish the trim work, when the salesman called me at work. He wanted to know about payment of the balance. While he had been here, we had decided on, and I had been approved, for their 24-month financing arrangement, so his call to me was made completely in error.I asked about the post-inspection visit and he said someone would be in touch. They werent. I had texted the salesman photos. I left a frustrated voicemail. Neither was responded to. Finally, I contacted a nice lady who had e-mailed me some paperwork before, and the same day someone rather ungraciously called to schedule it....for today. 1-1:30pm. I called this morning to reconfirm, and was abruptly told 3:30pm, as if I had made a mistake. The technician called to say it would be 4:30pm. Now, it will be closer to 6:00pm. Why, oh why, would a company shoot itself in the foot like that? There was a time when even the cockiest salesperson at least remembered to thank the customer for their business.I have attached pics of the windows, and one of the old, horrible ones. The salesman said no one had ordered them with the vertical spacers at the top. Some of the windows are very boxy, and I thought this would lengthen the appearance. It did. If you ever order from them, ask for the Cat Window .

WOW! They left me speechless. I had a shower that I thought had a leaky wall. It was a far greater concern. The guarantee they offered was hard to beat. From the first professional I met, to the last, it was an incredible experience. My sales expert Calley was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Being in the retail customer industry this was greatly appreciated. My install was 2 days. 1st day was Jerry and Juan. These gentleman were respectful, informative, professional and genuinely amazing at what they do. The team went above and beyond during the tear out. Poor Juan continued to work during a rainstorm. What commitment. The second day it was Jerry and Alexander. Jerry completed the job just beautifully, Alexander made sure everything stayed tidy as they worked. I could have not imagined at how beautiful my shower turned out. This was a 5-star experience from start to finish. I think they left the areas they were in cleaner than when they arrived. Incredibly impressive! I would recommend West Shore to anyone who has a need. Quality is worth the wait. 15 new windows!! Cant say enough good things about West Shore Home window install (June 2020). From initial sales visit, measuring, to install, all has been great & on time as scheduled. Installers John, Kyle and Adrian were perfect! Hard workers in the heat, they didnt stop! Arrived early & worked late. They were each very polite, focused on their job, answered my questions and did a great clean up job each evening. Have called the customer service number & those people were helpful & didnt make you feel like you were bothering them. A quality product is expected, but its the people that Ive dealt with that made this a great experience! Will definitely look to WSH with our next project.

My husband and I live in a house built in 1965. The bathroom was very cramped and outdated.We had been watching the WESTSHORE Homes tv commercials for a while. The decision to go ahead with the project of converting from tub to walk-in shower was sealed when we saw we could save the bathroom window.I contacted WESTSHORE and set up an appointment to see what our options were. Brian the Sales Representative and another rep-in-training arrived on time.We discussed our finances and the level of work that had to be done on such an old home. We never could have afforded this kind of job without financing. There were cast iron pipes, bathtub and drain.Brian assisted with the financing and paperwork to get the job going.The company sent the best contractors ever! Oliver and Jose’ work like a fine oiled machine. No debris except in the bathroom during the demolition.Oliver and Jose’ ran into problems in one of the walls and would not stop until a majority of the job was done.Oliver and Jose’ had to remove tile, break up the cast iron tub, remove cast iron pipes and drain that was in dirt and tar. There was major evidence of very old termite damage in one of the walls which had to be almost completely rebuilt.Oliver and Jose’ were very patient with us about the placement of the handrails and shower rods. We decided against the teak shower seat. It did not work for us.Jose’ had to come back the following day to finish upminor shelf placements and apply caulk.It is such a pleasure to finally have an easy access shower that is really good looking and updated.The Moen accessories are super cool!We love everything about our new bathroom conversion.When we decide to have other work done on our house, we’ll be contacting you first.Thank you Brian, Oliver and Jose’ for all your hard work and dedication on our project.

My experience with westshore homes was very good with a few upsets but other than that it was all good Jerry and Tim showed up about 9:40 in the morning and started demo of the bathroom very friendly finished off half bathroom vanity toilet and the floor tub didnt come in so theyll finish up tomorrow. Tomorrow came, Tim and Jerry was here early 8:15 to finish the bathroom so around 9:00 a.m. they were told the wrong tub was sent so Tim had to go back to the warehouse and Pinellas Park an hour away to get the right one so we waited for Tim to come back with the right tub. My bathroom is beautiful except one problem my agent and I had a misunderstanding about the tub bar he didnt understand what I was talking about so needless to say I dont get my tub bar unless I want to pay for one. So needless to say I dont get my bar thats over my tub but I do get my towel rack and my entry bar but other than that all in all it turned out. Tim and Jerry was great very helpful with any questions I asked they did a beautiful job if I had another bathroom I would request Tim and Jerry to come and do it and well make sure all my questions are answered with my agent so there isnt any misunderstandings but I love it, its beautiful thank you westshore home for sending Tim and Jerry out. (I still would like to get a bar for my New tub to be sure that I dont slip getting out.)
