    I recently had Plumbing One remove an existing bathroom vanity and install a new one that was purchased from Wayfair. The process was seamless from start to finish. Our service tech, Elaine, came to our home and gave us a firm, reasonable quote. Then we scheduled the removal, which only took an hour to complete, and included disposal of the old vanity. After we completed some prep work of adjacent walls and tile flooring, we scheduled another appointment for Plumbing One to come back and complete the final install. In about 4 hours our beautiful new vanity was in place, including all faucet plumbing and caulking. Elaine and all who assisted her throughout the job were extremely friendly and professional, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding! My wife and I could not be more satisfied. We will definitely contact Plumbing One for future plumbing needs.

    Absolute Pros. Installed a tankless hot water system after our 2nd hot water tank went out in 5 years (they did not install either that went out). David and Moose both treated our property with care and were super polite. The guys worked efficiently and got our water back on in a timely manner. I’d hire these guys for any and all of my plumbing needs. 5 stars all the way.

    What a great experience all around. Dave Taylor kept me informed at to what was going on and when he would arrive. He also went above and beyond to help with my husband who needed assistance that was a bonus. Respectful of our time and home. Just sorry we didn’t have a full basement for such a tall person!! Would not hesitate to recommend them. Have used them often and always a great experience.

    Plumbing one was a 3rd party to a basement company that hit a pipe in the basement bathroom. Jess did a wonderful job keeping me in the loop and making sure I got an appointment as soon as she could get me in. Elaine the plumber came out and did a wonderful job getting the job done and keeping me up to date with what was going on. It wasn’t an easy job but she got it done and cleaned her mess up. Highly recommend.

    David is a honest guy and a straight shooter. He saved me a lot of money. After being advised different by another company. When he came and inspected my situation. He broke down in plain easy to understand language that majority of people would understand. Even though I am familiar with plumbing Im by no means a plumber. He solved my problem and charged a fair price. That says a lot!

    Plumbing one and David T were excellent. Easy to get an appt to come out, communication was excellent, arrived on time and analyzed the issue 2 other companies could not do. The honesty and being treated fairly was amazing. Another company quoted me $10k to fix. Plumbing one cost me $45.00.     Plumbing One is our first choice when needing a plumber. They always strive to fit us into their schedule as soon as possible. They do not overcharge and try to find ways to save us some money if possible. We had tree roots causing a blockage this time and the issue was taken care of. (We have an older home that seems to always have something going wrong, not just plumbing.) The workers that came out explained everything in detail and were very polite and respectful of our home. We will continue to use Plumbing One for our plumbing needs. Hopefully we will not their services again for awhille. :)

    The person installing new gutters for my home recommended Plumbing One for an unforeseen clogged downspout. I called, they came out quickly to give me an estimate & were on the job early the next week. Their work was quality at a reasonable price. Dont we all appreciate that? However, what really impressed me was their level of customer service. Their ability to give me the big picture of what was going on & the steps necessary to evaluate the actions they would take to fix it. This was communicated in a way that I knew exactly what their work plan would be. From this experience, I will use them for all of my plumbing needs & will recommend them to family/friends.

    Very thankful for Jess and her team. She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter. During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had. She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items. She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included. She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space. Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasnt going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it.     We had a Slow bathtub drain and Plumbing One sent Jesse to our house today. He was Great, he tried his best to unblock our VERY OLD drain and did improve the flow very well.     I need to retract this critical review as Plumbing One did this job correctly. It was my own lack of knowledge that was the issue. They sent out on of their techs who reviewed everything with me today.I was wrong and apologize for this misguided review.So, with that would recommend this company to do any work requested.We recently had a water heater installed by Plumbing one as a contractor through Home Depot. After the installation was completed and they had left I noticed that the line leading from our home humidifier no longer had a water control valve on it. I’ve contacted Home Depot’s service about this with no resolution. I should have known better than to go through HD for this. It is such a hassle when there is an issue with the work that was contracted.However, It is ultimately up to Plumbing One to resolve this as they did not complete the job correctly. Be careful using them.

    Found out the hard way (water all over my floor) that I had a drain issue while doing some laundry. Happened this past Sun. Mon morning I did a Google search for best plumbers in Reynoldsburg, Plumbing One had the best rating and great customer comments. Also looked them up on BBB website. They have an A+ rating! I called Mon morn and was set up with a Tues morn appointment. Tom came on time, introduced himself and then listened to me describe the issue I had. He got right to work and found the problem was from my washing machine drain line not draining properly. Turns out I had a very stubborn clog in the drain and a crazy older home drain line set up so Tom had to use a few different methods to get the drain clear. He dint give up and really went the extra mile to be sure it was done right. Thank you soooo much Tom, I couldnt be more pleased with the service! Use Plumbing One (ask for Tom) youll get the best!

    I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Jesse of Plumbing One. I had a leaky custom faucet, which I didnt realize was custom, and had a frustrating time trying to buy a replacement. Jesse told me EXACTLY what I needed and was patient with me during this process--and wasted service call. Not only do I have a nice, new faucet, he told me what to buy when I thought I needed to replace 3 bathroom faucets due to the mineral build-up from the water where I live (Blacklick, Oh). All I needed to stop the water from spraying all over were faucet aerator inserts. He could have easily had me buy faucets I didnt need. He also identified a knocking sound in my water pipes, which I have had tested by my Township, at Jesses suggestion. I need a water pressure reducing valve which I have learned, due to change in the water system prior to our moving here, is covered by the Township. I would have NEVER known where to begin with a situation such as this; let alone determine what it was causing it. Ill be calling Plumbing One and requesting for Jesse AGAIN. Great customer service and they dont try to rip you off! Its nice to know there are still businesses like this!

    Called this company to replace a garbage disposal after a plumber from another plumbing company with the initials RR gave me an estimate of $500.00 to replace the garbage disposal although I provided the replacement unit. Tommy and JD came to the house and after a few minutes Tommy got the garbage disposal working again. Returned the unit that I had already purchased. A week later Tommy and JD returned to the house to replace the kitchen faucet and fix a leaking shower head.
