    Great job! Jacob was professional, on time, and went far and beyond to explain what was going on. He took time to make sure our drain was opened and flowing well, and made sure we were prepared with what we needed should the event ever reoccur.     Robbie removed a water line that connected to our fridge and installed a shut off valve. He was friendly and respectful, and the work he did was thorough and well done.The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was the arrival window. It was between 8 am-1pm which is larger than I prefer. I did receive a text message when he was on his way, and he arrived about 30 minutes later, although the text did not specify how far away he was. It did, however, name the technician which I appreciated.In all, Im happy with the work done which is most important to me.

    I had a bit of an urgent DIY plumbing repair that didn’t go so well and needed a professional plumber to save the day. Pickerington Plumbing & Drain responded in a reasonable time and completed the repair in a timely manner. The technician was polite and professional. Unfortunately, after the repair the issue still exists. I will give it 24hrs to see if the leaky bathtub faucet stops otherwise I will be calling back for another service visit. Further updates to come. UPDATE: I contacted the company dispatcher shortly after leaving this review and explained the issue. They contacted the technician to have him return to fix the leaky bathroom faucet. In case the technician was unable to return the same day they set me up with an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived within the hour with a new replacement part as the one I provided for the initial repair was faulty which is why the faucet was still leaking. Within 30 minutes the repair was completed. Great customer service all around!

    I was able to schedule an initial evaluation right away and was happy with an honest check up of our old water softener was given options to consider. While we purchased a new one elsewhere, I was impressed with their knowledge and experience and called them back to install it. Got scheduled again right away everything was done quickly and correctly. Great service, top quality work, reasonable prices. Recommend this business to all.

    Ran a camera down my bathroom drain to figure out the gurgling noise in the tub but determined issue wasn’t a clogged drain. Worked with me on the initial estimate, which I greatly appreciated. Since this work was completed the issue has yet to occur. Odd. Would have been 5 stars but didn’t show on time (8-1) and didn’t give me a call informing me of the delay.

    I was unable to use my kitchen sink d/t a disconnected pipe in the basement. I called the company I have used in the past on Saturday twice with no response. Sunday morning I called Pickerington Plumbing. They put me on the schedule for the same day. They were to arrive between 2 and 6. Which I was thrilled. 10:15 Shay called and said they could be at my home in 30 mins., if that was ok! I told him absolutely! Shay and Greg were very friendly, professional and personable! They were done within 30 mins. And came 4 hrs early! Thank you for your knowledge and helping me out on a Sunday! Dana W.

    After a pipe burst in my basement on Christmas morning and being stood up by other plumbers three times I called these guys on Tuesday and scheduled for Thursday. They showed up on time, very friendly and efficient. After gaining access to the broken pipe, a quick trip to pick up supplys and they were right back and got everything in working order. Even stayed around to make sure there werent any other problems hiding around once the water was back on. I should have called these guys first!!

    Im very thankful someone was available to answer my call on a Sunday! We had a new washing machine installed over the weekend (by a well known home improvement store), and it stopped working immediately. In addition, we had decreased water pressure and resin coming out of all faucets/shower heads. The service techs were on time, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. They determined the issue was our old water softener which is no longer working correctly. It pushed resin into our line due to the water being shut off and turned back on by installers. They flushed the lines and aerators and got everything back in working order. They did it quickly and for a fraction of what I thought the cost would be. Outstanding service!

    Called another plumber first and they wanted to charge me $700 to replace my toilet thats brand new. Called Pickerington Plumbing & Drain and they found a clogged filter which cost me nothing. Honesty goes a long way. Will be a loyal customer for life.

    Christian came out for a plumbing inspection and pointed out a few problems that need attention. He went above and beyond troubleshooting and repairing a sink drain that was apparently improperly installed. It was a much as llenge but he stuck with it until the problem was fixed

    The tech was nice, explained as he went through investigating and listening to the sounds I heard from 2 toilets, which happened to be constantly leaking from faulty filler valve. I did feel that things were over priced because the item, once looking it up, was cheap, but Im assuming that the labor, per usual, is a heavy hitter. I am pleased with service, promptness and professionalism. I would recommend this business.
