We recently had Vinny and his crew work on the wood floors in our historic home, and we couldnt be happier with the results! From start to finish, Vinny was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and the attention to detail really showed in the final result. Our floors look stunning, and the project was completed within the expected time frame. Had some bad termite damage and just overall wear on the floors in my historical 1920’s home. I didnt want to replace it with the new modern type flooring and that’s where Vinny came in! He fixed the subfloor damage from the termites and then replaced the wood flooring where needed while still keeping as much of what was already there as possible - all while making it look seamless and consistent! Very happy with the completed look and will definitely come back when the rest of the house needs done.I felt the pricing was reasonable and Vinny was very communicative throughout the process. Any changes were cleared with me first and he sent constant updates of the progress. 10/10 recommend.

We had extensive damage to our hardwood floors due to a water leak in the kitchen. We contacted Vinny and he came out right away to assess the damage and provide an estimate for us to send to our home insurance company. The insurance company contacted him several times for more details and he did a great job communicating with them. We highly recommend him.

I have never been one to write a review on a business but after hiring Vinnie and the crew to do my floors, I felt like it was necessary. I have very old floors (1920) and I was a little nervous about the work being done by someone without expertise in this area. After talking with 5 companies, I realized that Royal was the company that seemed to have the best knowledge, understanding and service. The floors look amazing. So shiny you could see your reflection. They look as good a today 10 months later.Although the floors look incredible, what really motivated me to write a review was the service. Ten months after the job was complete, I was having difficulty with the trap door to the crawl space. It was stuck due to the swelling of the wood. I gave Royal a call and within a day, Vinnie was over at my house working on the problem. Now that is service! He was able to fix it and refused any payment.If you are looking to have your floors redone, Royal is the only number youll need.

Vinny and his crew were absolutely amazing. We tried to install our floor ourselves and realized how time consuming and tedious it was. We called Vinny, and he was quick to respond, came to give quote and started the the job the next day. Him and his crew showed up on time, were very respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and VERY quick! I inspected every inch and couldn’t find one flaw! We were shocked how easy the process was! The only thing we regret is not calling Vinny earlier! Highly highly recommend!

Ive been a Real Estate Agent in the Valley for 14 years and Ive dealt with my fair share of contractors during that span, good & bad. In all that time I can count on one hand the number of contractors who were as professional, efficient, cost effective and detail oriented as Vinny and the crew from Royal Wood Flooring. They installed 800 square feet of laminate flooring in my own home, which included removal of existing carpets as well as having to trim the baseboards horizontally so that all was even upon completion. The results were fantastic, the crew worked hard and when they left the only evidence they were even here were my beautiful new floors. Vinny is outstanding, his crew is top notch, and I wont ever hesitate to refer him to anyone in need of wood or laminate floor work.

Royal Wood Flooring exceeded all expectations. I had a very tough job I needed done in my home. 2 crews came in prior to Royal wood Flooring. The 1st one quit and the 2nd one wanted to raise the price once they realized how difficult it was. That didnt matter to Vinny from Royal Wood Flooring. I was shocked at how he came in with such professional confidence. Everything he said would happen happened. They did the job in 1 day and I could not have asked for better quality. I called Vinny at Royal Wood Flooring to come out and give us a quote to repair some wood floor boards that were loose and others were severely damaged by termites. From the first visit we liked him because he didn’t try to sell us some products we didn’t need. He explained to us that the damaged boards had to be removed completely and replaced with new wood flooring planks. Once they replaced the boards Vinny’s crew sanded the entire wood flooring area so that the newly installed hardwood flooring match the existing hardwood.The wood flooring looks great. There are not enough words to describe how happy we are for choosing this company to repair our floors. Not only did we save money on this wood flooring project we also learned a lot about how to maintain the floors’ surface and its luster for a long time.Our wood floors look AWESOME. My wife and I highly recommend Royal Wood Flooring for all of your hardwood floring needs.

I had over 900 sq ft of laminate that I had purchased through Build Direct (which are great floors) to cover and it took the 4 guys 1 day! Just about 10 hours. Royal Wood Flooring did an amazing job with the original floors in our 1908 Craftsman. We have both a hardwood downstairs and a softer pine upstairs. Vinny and his team knew exactly how to treat both types differently and they turned out amazing after refinish. We even brought Vinny and his team back a year later to do a repair job on the pine. He was able to special order it, fix the broken support structure underneath, and get as back in business in little over a day. You wont be disappointed with their work and their customer service is by far the best. Just a great group to work with. Save yourself the head ache and give them a call.
