I cannot recommend Costello Construction enough. From the very first walk through of my house to their last day on my project, Edward, Eric and their crew were simply amazing. Very quickly into the work, Costello discovered a significant structural issue that needed to be addressed, which extended the project timeline and increased the budget significantly. It was stressful.At every turn, Edward and Eric were honest, direct, and kind. They patiently explained things over and over until I understood what needed to happen and why. They were transparent and communicated clearly and often which is a gift when you are just waiting to get back into your home. Their work is beautiful and it is so clear how much they care about every last detail. My house looks and feels better than I ever could have imagined.Costellos time and cost estimates were always accurate and broken down in a way that made sense. They always answered the phone and responded to my emails super fast. Edward and Eric are truly a dream team and working with Costello Construction was an exceptional experience.

I have been a subcontractor on many jobs with Costello Construction and I believe that Ed does an outstanding job with communication and coordinating with other trades as well as Eric in the office with making sure that permits are handled getting invoices paid and getting any questions answered. They are a dream to work with on projects. The main reason is because they understand the construction process so the jobs move smooth for us subcontractors and then we’re able to give competitive prices, but still maintain high-quality work

We worked with Costello on a gut reno of our primary bath in our 1850s row home. They were communicative, flexible, tidy, and very professional. They brought ideas to the table and a high quality work product and finish throughout. We are looking forward to working with them again on our next project!

Were really happy with our new bathroom! Costello took it down to the studs and brick and made it so much better. Everyone was professional, they paid attention to detail, and made sure we were happy every step of the way. They kept things clean and, were careful about protecting the rest of the house. They even came up with some nice design suggestions along the way. Their skill and experience showed in all details. We now have a beautiful, up-to-date bathroom. It turned out better than we expected. Wed definitely recommend them to anyone needing a renovation.
