Bought my new home from Santech. They exemplify the wow factor in construction. Great attention to detail. Im loving my new home, and I would recommend Santech to anyone looking for an awesome home.Update: Over 3.5 years later, the construction is holding up well and looking really good.

We have hada great experience with Santech. They have performed above our expectations. Their whole team hasbeen very professional, always done what theyve said theyll do. Nati and Shimon are very reliable,they were always on time and flexible with our changes (we had quite a few during the project :). Theyhave a great customer service and pleasant attitude. They are easy to reach (unlike other contractors)and always return my calls promptly. We highly recommend Santech and will be using them again

Reply fast, were kind and patient, and are on top of maintenance repairs, if I didnt move out of Philly, I 100% would still be renting with them.
