    I called Affordable Plumbing Solutions late this morning. They put me right on the schedule for tomorrow. They also put me in a list in case they could get to me today. Taylor got to my doorstep at 345. He respectfully asked me what was going on with the garbage disposal. He did some quick trouble shooting and found a shard of glass wedged in the disposal. Because of Taylors diligence, I was saved $300 for a bew disposal. Quick and Sound Work. I will definitely be using them again.

Firstly, he was punctual and ready to solve our problem. The manufacturer trouble- shooted with us and made their evaluation so we had Parts ready. He made his own observation and validated the issues as was told to us.Jeremy effectively communicated what he would do and the cost to do so; which was very reasonable and he completed the work on record time.Due to the efficiency of Jeremy’s work and what I’ve observed, he is an asset to Affordable Plumbing; so kudos to him for a job well done.Merry Christmas to everyone at the company.     I had Affordable Plumbing come out to give me a quote after receiving a quote to replace my water heater from my own HVAC company which I thought was too high. Taylor responded the following day (WED)and was very professional and thorough in explaining my options. I had hot water so I made an appointment for the following Monday. Taylor and Logan showed up on time and within 75 minutes had replaced my water heater with a higher grade heater that I had and charged me $465 less than my previous quote. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the whole stress free experience. Highly recommend this company if you want quality equipment, work and a fair price with no games.

    We had an EXCELLENT experience with Affordable Plumbing! From the start of the process, Jeremy showed us the utmost respect for our situation. A previous company scared us into believing we were in a worst case scenario situation, but Jeremy made us feel at ease and definitely took some of the stress off of us.     We found Affordable Plumbing after dealing with another local plumbing company that did not meet our expectations when a pipe busted over a year ago. This time around I found Affordable Plumbing after reading a ton of reviews online, and the reviews were accurate. Our service tech was Jeremy- he was patient, knowledgable, and explained our issue to us. They gave us a free quote and promptly got us scheduled to do a hydro scrub cleaning of a main line to our septic tank. Thanks so much and we will definitely continue to use Affordable Plumbing in the future.

    There are no words to express how awesome my experience has been with Afordable Plumbing. As far as the plumbing situation goes, Alex was quite efficient and knowledgeable. I was pleased with his honesty, explaining what was needed and not needed. More importantly, I had a medical emergency as he was leaving. He stayed with me and helped me until the ambulance hauled me off. Then the company called to check on me the next day. Very nice of them to do so. I can’t thank Alex enough for all he did for me that day!

    Taylor saved the day right before my daughter was born! Our sewer backed up just days before my wifes due date (she went into labor the next morning).     What an incredible group of guys! We had a repipe of our 4bdrm tri-level home and new tankless water heater last week. The pipes as u can see where caked with gunk.     A thousand THANK YOUs would not be enough to say how truly amazing Affordable Plumbing is. We had extensive work done in our home and they totally, expeditiously got the job done. Matt and his crew came in our home with professionalism, expertise and simply with down home kindness. Matt explained every part of the job, worked nonstop to complete the job and they respected our home. After completion, they did an awesome job cleaning up. There were a couple of unexpected “hiccups” and Matt did a fantastic job handling them. When they say “affordable” they mean it. They were always on time for every scheduled appointment.     Recently used Affordable Plumbing Solutions after another company didnt pan out how I had hoped it would and Ive got to say that I dont think Im using anyone else. The technicians they sent out were very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Not to mention they made the drive from Perry to Macon with only a small service fee added to the price.     I had a bad clog in my kitchen sink and I had tried to fix it myself with a drain auger roughly 25 ft in length, However that failed. After asking around and looking at reviews, affordable plumbing Look to be the best option. Service tech Taylor and Alex showed up they were very friendly and professional up front about their prices, which to be honest were fair with current market some plumbers around here Want to gouge you and they didnt it was actually a relief. They got to work laid down their tarp to make sure they didnt leave a mess and cleaned up after themselves. stayed to make sure everything was running properly and they were on their way. In the future Im going to call affordable plumbing. I hope this review helps.     I called Affordable Plumbing Solutions for an emergency intervention on the sewage backflow device. They set me up with an appointment in records time. I praise their outstanding communication to us, and accurate ETA. They kept us posted at any given time on the technicians whereabouts, if they were delayed, and when they would show: precision.     Wow! What a great experience! I called in the morning and Matt came out that afternoon. He was very professional. He told me the issue, how it would be fixed, and gave me a fair price.     I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing Solutions. We had Jeremy and Malik out to identify the source of a leak in one bathroom and the reason for loud humming and shaking from a shower. They fixed the leak no problem, and when Jeremy and Logan came back out to replace the shower valve, they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves too. Jeremy was very honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable in addressing the problem and possible solutions. All three of them were competent, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Having a normally functioning shower back is fantastic, and its pressure has even improved. Amy in the office was also helpful and great at communicating. Will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

First, most important was a major piece of information about my plumbing that was missed by another companys earlier inspection..They did not charge extra.Called for a main pipe leak under toilet. They pulled my toilet, resealed under an hour, and at a reasonable cost. They were able to put me on schedule for prompt service.

    Want to start by saying thanks to Taylor for the quick, reasonably priced, and above and beyond service that was provided. To preface, I got home from vacation on Saturday, knew about the water pressure being super low. Did some research and found out the problem fairly quick. So I had gone and checked and my pressure reducer valve spring had broke. So I knew I needed to call someone to take care of the problem as I dont want to play around with plumbing and adjust pressures. I called Saturday evening, recieved a call back 5 minutes later, got me scheduled for Sunday afternoon. They were able to get to me sooner around noon and Taylor quickly fixed the problem. Even went above and beyond by changing the water valve and some piping by the PRV. Will definitely call again for any future problems.

    Jeremy and Cameron came to my home on time, prepared and knowledgeable to get the job done. They were clean, polite, efficient and handled themselves professionally. I explained my situation, and they gave me my options. I choose a temporary solution.....They cut the copper pipe and splice in a section to stop the leak and removed the line to my refrigerator. I’m in the throws of a kitchen remodel. My ice maker/waterline was damaged when my contractor turned off the water and disconnected it from my refrigerator. He said he said it was no problem, but than call a Plumming Company in and said it’d be “$475.00 at his cost” for the repair and to reconnect it to the Refrigerator...... 8 feet from its original location. I declined and call Affordable Plumbing, Jeremy and Cameron came the next morning, and gave me an cost for approximately 1/2 of the other company quoted, or they could repair the leak for $45.00, I choose the Buick repair, but look forward to having Jeremy and Cameron back to reinstall the line in a few weeks. I will continue to do business and recommend them in the future. Below are pictures of the $475.00 text message, how much water was leaking , captured in a bucket a 24 hr period (originally leaking onto the floor, ) and the bill for my repair. I will update when Affordable Plumming comes back to reconnect the ice maker/ waterline once my refrigerator is in its permanent location.

    I recently had a front patio poured, the concrete contractors left the cleanout pipe above the patio. I called Affordable Plumbing to see if there was a way to cut and make the cleanout pipe level with the patio. They sent out employee Matt, who cut and leveled the pipe and installed a clean out plug that leveled everything. Thanks for the great job and affordable service.

    I have worked with Affordable Plumbing Solutions several times over the years and they have always been very professional, up front and honest and this time was no different. I was getting my shower replaced and Jeremy was the plumber that they sent out. He was very kind, explained everything and went the extra step of having me reach out to the company replacing my shower to ensure he had all of the right details and measurements. When he realized that the job would need additional tools, he wrote up an estimate and gave me an appointment that worked with my work schedule, instead of making me scramble to find time for it to work. Anytime they were running early, Makayla would call and ask if it would work. The next week, Jeremy and Alex came in and fixed the drain perfectly so that the other company would have no issues. Both were super stand up guys.They came back yesterday to finish installing the handle, trim and shower head and let me tell you, that shower looks incredible now that I know it’s complete and will drain appropriately.I won’t work with any other plumbing company based on my experiences with Affordable Plumbing Solutions.     Affordable Plumbing was recommended by a few people and I am so happy I called them. I called them on a Tuesday and originally they told me it would be Thursday before they could come out but they would put me on a call list in case they had an earlier opening. They called on Tuesday right after lunch and said they could get someone out here that day! Taylor was my technician that came out and he was amazing. He tried really hard to not have to cut into many places but it was a difficult leak to find. It worked out though in the long run because we found many other issues hunting for my leak. Taylor worked super fast in repairing everything and was kind and courteous of my house and our belongings and my pets. For all the work that was done I thought the price was very reasonable also.     They do great work at affordable prices! They know what they’re doing, very professional, they try to get to you as soon as possible. They’ve fixed a couple of plumbing issues that developed for me twice within the past couple of weeks. They will come out on the weekend. If possible call them during the week bc the service charge will be less than on the weekends. Still affordable. I don’t remember his name but one of their guys said to me that he won’t let people go without having water if he can help it. That spoke volumes to me about the level of service and commitment that APS strives to maintain for their service area.

    My hot water heater went out on Sunday. I called Affordable Plumbing Solutions the next day and the manager, Bridget, handled my call. She was so kind, and caring and understanding. My mother had just gotten into town and she is elderly and is also a heart patient. I made an appointment for the next day, but she said she would work me in if someone finished a job early. Everyone else was telling me that it would be between four and five days before they could come out and even look at it. Within a couple of hours, she told me a technician would be able to work me in. She stayed in touch with me the entire time and kept me posted and updated with times.     We had a plumbing disaster- a slow leak in our 22 year old slab that affected 4 rooms. Kory inspected it as soon as we could and told us we needed to re-plumb the whole house because if we didnt, we would just get future leaks. Because we were considered an emergency, they got us on the schedule as soon as they could. It took about 2 weeks to have an entire day open with 3 workers available, but we had to do what we had to do. Because our water heater was also 22 years old, we decided to replace it at the same time, so Kory advised us on which one to choose. On the day of the re-plumbing, Kory, Cam, and Robby were unfailingly polite despite a difficult situation caused by the design of our home. I was also impressed with the relationship between Kory, the team leader, and Cam and Robby (his team).It was obvious that the 2 younger employees respected Kory, and he had the right balance between being strict about the quality of the work and using questions or problems to mentor them to improve their skills. We were also very pleased with the office staff- Bridget and someone else whose name began with a C (sorry!). They were also helpful and pleasant. I hope we never again have a plumbing issue, but if we do, we will call Affordable Plumbing Solutions and ask for Kory, Cam, Robby (and Bridget and C...) again!

    I have used Affordable Plumbing on multiple occasions. Most recently, Jeremy came out and unclogged the shower drain in the master bath. He’s always fast, friendly and explains everything before he begins the work. I have referred them to many friends and family members.     We own an older home and had a few issues with our plumbing including corroded pipes that needed replacing and help unclogging the sewer drain. After calling several plumbers in the area, Affordable Plumbing Solutions was the first to actually agree to come help us with our problems. They responded fast and actually arrived on time. That is pretty rare for a plumber. I was impressed by how professional Robby and Matt were on the call.     I noticed I had a leak from the ceiling and after a bit of exploring in the crawl space discovered it was a leaking pipe at a joint section.  My usual go-to had a full voice mail and after a bit of research, I figured I would try Affordable Plumbing Solutions.  Almost 2 AM and I got a live person and set up to check in come morning.  The technician finished early at one site, so came over and replaced two bad pipe joints (thanks previous owner for going cheap, thanks), and water was back on around 9 AM.  Jeremy was awesome and very courteous.  The price was better than Ive paid up to this point for plumbing service and I didnt mind paying the out-of-hours service fee that they were very upfront about ($39).

    Great Service at a Great Price!! We had a main break between the utilities and our house. We called and got a quick appointment for that afternoon. The finished their job early and got to us before 10 am. FANTASTIC ! Jeremy and Jake were Extremely Professional and Nice. They worked clean and Quickly. Best service Ive gotten in a long time.     Thanks Affordable Plumbing for your outstanding service, Jeremy and Cam eliminated the root cause of our leak. We notice a continuous wet spot on the slab outside out master bath room. It appears that it was caused by shabby construction work by builders in this area. There was a nail in the PEX pipe almost in the concrete. Jeremy was able to cut and recrimp a new PEX pipe on it to fix the issue. They had to remove the vanity for access in the wall, Everything was accomplished professionally and timely, I would recommend Affordable Plumbing to resolve any plumbing issues.     Found their name on a web search. Called them about installing a hot water heater that I was going to purchase. Jeremy came out and gave me 2 estimates, 1 for installing the hot water heater that I was going to purchase and 1 for the removal of the existing hot water heater and installing their brand. What can I say about Jeremy, nothing but positive things! Friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. I went with his suggestion, set up the appointment to have the job done, they came when they were scheduled to and completed the job in less than 2 hours. And the cost for everything was well within my budget and came in a lot lower than other friends I know that had the same plumbing issue! I definitely recommend them and will use them again when I have plumbing issues!Only 1 slight hiccup with the installation. Jeremy and Ben, his assistant, did not clean up some of the left over mess from the removal and installation process :-(. I was little bit shocked that the attention to detail was missed. I called and spoke with the office manager and she assured me that this is not how they do things. She apologized and indicated some additional training for all their plumbers would be forth coming.

    We have used this company 2 times now. The first time they had to repair a whole section of pipe in my crawl space. They arrived on time, very polite and informative.
