Huggins Waste Services I cant thank you enough!!!!!! This company is beyond professional and they are the true definition of southern hospitality. They were able to assist me with an emergency grease trap pumping the same day I contacted them. I spent all morning calling different companies (22 to be exact) no one serviced grease traps except for Huggins. Everyone on their team was so friendly, attentive, and courteous. The manager, Lori (the owner), Bubba (truck driver) were all very supportive, friendly, and attentive thank you for servicing us! We are 100% Huggins! Thank you!!!!

To say this company was a god send is an understatement! We called Huggins after newly purchasing our house. We couldn’t use any of the toilets or showers. They stayed with us all day trying to help us locate the septic tank. Hours and a hours spent looking for us. The map of where is was suppose to be was wrong 😑 They finally found it and got the job done! I HIGHLY recommend Huggins! Thank you so much Huggins!

Been out here 3 times. Not their fault, found out we had a bad drainage field for our septic. Super responsive company and the prices are cheaper than I figured Id pay for septic pumping and a drainage field replacement.

There isn’t a more friendly and professional service that you will receive. Ms. Lori, not only was incredibly accommodating but truly has gone above and beyond! I had one issue after the next due to previous owners and needed not only waste service but electricians and Ms. Lori partnered up with them to provide such a seamless experience. Honestly I cannot say enough about their great work and their honesty.

We’ve never had a septic tank before moving in our house. Had a feeling we were getting close to a service call. The rep answered the first time I attempted to call. Got me in the books as early as next day. Came out in the window estimated. Guys were knowledgeable and got the job done quick! I felt bad because it was the heat of the day and they had 2 more jobs after ours. I at least wanted to write your business a review to show my appreciation on being quick, professional, and working so hard. Will continue to use your services. I cant tell you how valuable these guys are, they may not say they are plumbers but they might as well be. I called at 8 in the evening last jight with septic backup issues, they were our here at 7 in the morning today to fix our issues. Not only did they pump our septic, but they also unclogged our system, clearing us up for years to come.Fast, affordable and efficient, Huggins is who we will recommend come hell or high water!

Professional and unbelievably responsive! Fearful I was on the verge of a serious problem with my septic tank, I got a price quote, a next day short notice appt AND they came in the rain! They quickly figured out the problem & explained it to me. They suggested preventive measures. My tank was serviced to my relief & satisfaction in the rain! I know because I was in the rain with them! LOL

I live in Ellabell. On 9/25 Huggins waste service was next door completing waste removal from my neighbors home, and I knew I needed it done for my home so the gentleman gave me his card. I called to set up an appointment and the owner Lori answered, and said to my surprise “they can do it now.” After they left my neighbors house they came right over. I was totally surprised i was expecting to be scheduled in a couple of days, but they came right over and did the work.Never having waste removal done before their worker Robby (I apologize if I’am incorrect about his name) explained everything as it was happening, the other gentleman was wonderful as well. They both had excellent customer service it was top-notch. Also No mess after they finished, they put the dirt back, the yard still looks great. Ms Lori is sooo nice and wonderful to talk to, this is why this company is 5 star. I will be using Huggins waste service in the future and will definitely be referring this company to my Friends and Family. The definitely deserve more than five stars. 🤩 Thank you……………….I’ve added before and after photos

What a great company. They came out and pumped out my grinder pump thingy, and replaced the motor. Laurie was so helpful and Rusty went above and beyond to find a motor and get it installed asap. All staff onsite were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Price was in line with other quotes, but the professional service we received from Huggins was excellent!

Very professional, answered all my questions, and returned my phone calls in a timely manner. After hiring them, a quality job was completed quickly for sewage pumping and the replacement of our drain field. Peace of mind was worth paying a slightly higher price over the competitor that never showed up to prepare a more concrete estimate and never called me back.

Driver and his assistant restored the cover and surrounding soil back to 95 percent of the original state. Left it almost as if nothing was worked on.
