As all of you know, a blocked drain is a stressful event. After a few calls to other companies with no response, I got Drain Shooter on the line. I was told that someone would be at my home in the afternoon. True to their word, a young man named Jared arrived midafternoon and promptly got to work. Having worked a good part of my life in the restaurant business where blocked drains are a way of life, I had a good idea of the problem involved in my particular situation. As it turned out, it took more time to fix the problem than I anticipated. It was a tough clog. Jared worked hard on the problem until it was resolved. He was neat, organized and diligent. I can highly recommend Drain Shooter and Jared for their excellent service.

I originally called Roto Rooter to come look at my clogged drain.They sent 3 guys, one driving a souped up Ford Mustang.They originally quoted me $ 369 to auger my pipe to my septic tank.Once they came into my house they said I needed a video inspectionand they would have to take my toilet out to run the auger.I asked how much that was, they told me $ 850 additional even thoughI had a clean out in my basement where they could run the auger.Then I said I just want you to auger my drain from the basementthrough my clean out that they had quoted me $ 369, thay said thatwas a mistake that it would be $ 569.I immediately told them to leave and never come back.It was then that I called Drain Shooter and they sent a gentlemannamed Dave out.He listened to what I said and augered the drain from the cleanout and solved my clog for the $ 395 price he had quoted.This is a comapany that knows what theyre doing and doesnttry to rob or upsell you.I would Highly recommend Drain Shooter.
