    Ross and the 3R team were awesome! Their responsiveness, communication, and hard work were extremely appreciated. Locating a plumber on a Saturday in the middle of the summer is hard enough, but finding a plumber who is also able to order, deliver and swap out a commercial grade (specialty order) in the same day, it like finding a needle in a haystack. Highly recommended!

    3R plumbing were great! Fast response, great communication. Had a problem with a toilet I bought being cracked they accommodated to come back next day to do the install. Every single person from Meghan on the phone to all the guys that came to the house for the 3 seperate trips they had to make were great!     I had a couple of things I needed suggestions. I wasn’t sure if I was going to fix it, but he agreed that he can come and take a look. He was very professional throughout the whole booking process. He sends you texts/emails to confirm appointments. The day of the repair they will send you a text when they are on their way. He can and was very patient since for me everything is new. He explained everything very well and was making sure I understood. He also gave me different ideas on what I could do with several of my issues. I decided to fix it and he was very clean and quick and explained what he was doing making sure what the MA codes were in place.After that job was done, I remembered something else and he took a look and fix it and gave me suggestions on further repair I could do to make it even better.Very easy to work with and explain things very well.⭐️More services:Requested their services again, and I received the same quality services. Luke was just amazing. He explained me so much about the issue and made recommendations. He also gave me recommendations or other updates I need.He was incredible friendly.     Cant say enough good things about the entire 3R team. Theyre responsive at all times, including for urgent items like leaks, and AC repair in the middle of a heat wave.Kaio, Marc, Ryan, Mike, Kevin and Damion have all worked on jobs for us recently including urgent repairs, new faucet installs and new toilet/bidet seat installs. Team has also been out for larger jobs including tankless hot water install, and whole-home water filtration install. Most recently they came out and competed a full AC and furnace replacement in a few short hours.They show up on time. Attention to detail is great, and after cleanup youd never know theyd been here, except that youve got beautiful new fixtures, plumbing or HVAC system.For each project they provided a range of options with detailed quotes, and were very consultative in helping us make final choices.     Today is my family’s third encounter with 3R Plumbing. My dad and brother highly recommended we use them when our heat wasn’t working correctly. While investigating my gas burner, I noticed that our water heater had started to leak. I called at 8am and by noon Ross came by to assess both problems. Within 48 hours both issues were completely fixed. Quick response, on time appointments, and completely reasonable prices. I highly recommend this Pembroke company.

    I had an issue with my hot water heater and they were able to get out the same day and install a new one. During the process they pointed out some other issues with the water shut off valves and gas connection. They were able to fix the gas connection line, no problem so I feel safe knowing its repaired. Ill definitely be calling them to come back to replace my shut off valves once I can coordinate with the city! Mike and Yaz were personable, nice, and friendly! What more can one as for?!

    This is a fantastic team of professionals from top to bottom! Ross, the owner, is a great manager and technical expert who is super helpful and responsive, even personally coming to our house after hours to diagnose our A/C the same day it went out. Elizabeth who does their scheduling is an absolute pleasure to work with, always follows up in a timely manner, and did an amazing job anticipating our needs and questions as we worked through multiple projects with some really hard to find shower parts. We were so happy with 3R, we called them again for a broken toilet and Kevin and Yasser showed up promptly, and were quick, polite, helpful, and tidy while getting our toilet repaired and working even better than before!     Editing this to also include the additional work I had done. A couple of months back we had Kaio and Luke install a new gas heating system. Excellent work and professional guys . Most recently Kevin and Damion came back to hook up drainage for a washing machine and venting out the dryer. Done in one day and everything was cleaned up like it never happened.     I recently hired 3R to install a sink in my basement workshop for brewing beer. The experience was fantastic overall. Ross and team took the time to understand my somewhat unusual requirements, customizing a solution to meet my needs exactly.The installation team, Mark and Kayo, were extremely professional, polite and respectful of our home. Elizabeth was also very efficient in sending a quote just a few days later, and answering more of our questions.Kevin, Yaz and Kaio did great work installing the plumbing for our new bathroom.     I worked with Ross prior to this latest project and he was always attentive and communicated very well. I recently rebuilt my home in Marshfield that was largely destroyed by fire. The scope included three bathrooms, two kitchens and a couple gas appliances. It was a challenging project that required the old plumbing to be mixed or removed with new plumbing. Ross and his team where on the job through all phases of work and Ross personally helped me work out some issues with the insurance company. I’ve seen Ross in action on the service side and then through construction of a new system and would not hesitate to recommend him. In fact I have made recommendations to him to friends and family!     We had frozen pipes that a couple had burst , we had a couple plumbers out that charged 125.00 just to tell us we need extensive work and you guys came out fixed out back spicket that burst , then after the water unfroze we had a pipe burst in our laundry area and we had no water for 8 days, and felt defeated and decided to call 3r again since they were very busy during the cold snap , they came the next day and fixed the pipe that burst and didn’t try to tell us it was too much damage, they fixed it in less than an hour and I am forever grateful and will definitely use them again..

I called Russ based on a recommendation from a friend and he couldnt have been nicer or more helpful to me with getting help for my aunt with her toilet repair (only one in the house). I called him at 9:00 am and he was at her house by 12:00 and had the toilet fixed, both my aunt and myself are grateful for his willingness to fit her into his busy schedule on such short notice. Russ was extremely professional and didnt set any false expectations with time-frame.
