    Jon, was efficient, courteous and kind. He made sure I had electricity to perform my job daily while they installed a new electrical panel and outside electrical box. They worked hard underneath the crawl space during extreme cold weather. Although, the process was long to complete the installation, I’m completely satisfied with how they performed and handled everything. Thank you Jon, & Kevin.

    The Electrician, Jordan was great to work with. We had somewhat of an unusual issue which required significant investigation.     We call Mr. Sparky because we could not function with the breaker tripping by simply turning on the microwave, stove, etc. It had become very stressful and frightful because a fire was surely the next step. Mr. Sparky sent John Mustac to the house to assist. It was a wonderful experience working with John. John focused on goal-oriented actions, he prioritized tasks and maintained a positive attitude no matter what changes we requested of him. His expertise and knowledge are exceptional. We are no longer stressed or frightful of old wiring fire hazards. John’s personality is that of a very family oriented guy. We really looked forward to him coming to the house every day. My mom really enjoyed the few minutes between working that John spent talking to her and sharing stories of his children.John has earned his company a 5 star rating with ease.Thanks Mr. Sparky for sending John to us!

    Yance M. and Douglas B. went above and beyond in taking care of our electrical and security needs. Douglas replaced two attic fan motors with thermostats and installed a gable vent fan with a thermostat. I highly and confidently recommend asking for them when considering Mr. Sparky!     Mr. Sparky replied promptly returned our call and scheduled an appointment quickly. Matthew and Kevin came out to our house, diagnosed our power issue after a vacuum cleaner incident. Matthew figured out the problem (a light switch in another room) and fixed it promptly. Matthew and Kevin were professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

    My bedroom ceiling fan had to be replaced so I called Mister Sparky! Jordan Clark arrived promptly and went right to work removing my old fan and installing my new one. He worked efficiently and had my new fan installed. The remote I had bought didn’t work so he came back a second time at no additional charge to install the new remote. He arrived promptly again and had the remote installed and working in no time. He was very friendly and courteous. This service is typical of all the times I’ve used Mister Sparky so if you have an electrical issue give them a call and an opportunity to provide their excellent customer service!

    Joseph and an apprentice arrived at 8:30 worked through 6 pm, non-stop. Their work was tedious and thorough. When they finished removing the inside and outside breaker boxes and replacing them, installing 2 grounding rods, and updating the electrical for the drier, they swept, picked up trash and loaded all the materials that they had removed from the home. Not once did these young men complain about the Alabama heat with the index reaching over 100° that day. They were delightful and polite. If all workers could be this conscience about their work, attitude, and ability to work with others the world would be a better place.
