Advanced Electrical was recommended to me & I will also be recommending them too! Stephanie (office manager) kept me informed of the timeline, Mark (owner) is incredibly knowledge, and Nate was quick to respond to my questions and assist even after the job was completed, stopping by the property two days in a row to help. I appreciate that they communicated with Alabama Power, which can be the difficult part. If you’re in the market for electrical work, give them a call.

Very satisfied!!!The technician called me an hour before arrival letting me know he would be there at the scheduled time. The technician arrived in a company vehicle. He was well dressed and very professional. It only took him an hour to install my new dryer outlet. When he was finished he cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use them again.

Hello, I was very impressed with Advanced Electrical. I experienced a very kind, honest and professional staff. Mark provided the consultation and thoroughly explained what was required to replace a plastic outlet box with a metal box and stabilize the foyer chandelier (very high ceiling). I appreciate him suggesting LED dimming spot lights for the dining room, which will prevent switch plates getting warm. His job quote was very reasonable.On 5/15/24, technicians, Jon and Blake replaced, stabilized the outlet box and reinstalled the chandelier. Blake replaced a bath broken switch. They performed their work proficiently and timely. In additional to great work by Mark, Jon and Blake, I appreciated their genuine kindness. I referred Advanced Electrical to a friend.

Our Technician Jon was excellent , arrived on time , his attention to detail was excellent, he checked every aspect and component of the job to make sure we received a completed project and that we wouldnt need an unexpected call back ,he was an excellent example of the company and set a standard of excellence second to none, extremely knowledgeable and had excellent communication skills,he informed us all through the process of the job as to what was being performed,he was an excellent example of the companies commitment to customer service and satisfaction, in my 50 years of dealing with technicians in the industry , I have never been as satisfied or felt as strongly about the example this technician performs in his interactions with his customers, it is rare to be treated this way in the times we are in, it is very much appreciated to have such a customer oriented experience as we did with Jon in our home.Mark Neeley

My home was heavily damaged in a tornado in Mtn Brook on Dec 9. The storm tore all my electrical wiring off the house. I called Advance based on some recommendations from some linemen working in the neighborhood. Glad I did. John came out within 2 hours and saw the job would be demanding. He called in reinforcements, and they had me up and running quickly. The guys that fixed me up were John, Matt, and Will. All three were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Matt and Will were here yesterday to install a large new overhead LED light and a dimmer switch in our kitchen to replace our old fluorescent dinosaur and they did a great job! Adam is very knowledgeable and skilled at his craft. He took the time to come out speak with us about out fixture installation. We had some questions about installation on low ceiling walls and he happily took the time to answer our questions. He worked hard to install all of our fixtures in various rooms and from the time he entered our home, he treated it as if it were his own home. He always responds in a timely manner and works hard from the moment he arrives to our home. He’s one of the best technicians around town!

I have used Advanced Electrical for a variety of electrical installations, repairs and upgrades to the house and now that they are offering it I have used them for HVAC services. Every time they have helped at our house it has been with great results!Adam has been the one who has come and helped at the house, even providing the central air conditioning repairs. I cant say enough good things about Adam. He has been polite, knowledgeable and always fixes the problems or gives us the upgrades with great results.Most recently Adam has fixed attempted home repairs which needed a more professional touch and knowing he was coming to the house filled us with confidence that things would be fixed quickly and correctly.So happy that Mark Anderson, the owner, has Adam working or him.

Ive used other electrical service companies in the area and was not impressed-these guys did everything right, from Nate doing a very thorough job of assessing and quoting the job, to Jon and Logan making it happen.If you find a better electrical services company, ask them what planet they came from!

Im a disabled veteran who is having trouble getting up and down the stairs in my home which at times makes me a prisoner in my own home. The VA is assisting me with getting a lift put in my home. This is where advanced electrical comes in. In order to have the lift installed we first needed an outlet put in. Getting the appointment scheduled was a breeze and Shannon Pate who installed the outlet was on time. He even gave me a heads up call letting me know he was on his way. I think most of us have been let down by the arriving between 2 and 6 time frame. But, Mr Pare arrived at the time he said which was great was great. The install went well and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

They offered a far better price than the other electricians I called, and Matt was very professional and did great work. Replaced my dryer cord at no extra cost while replacing the dryer outlet, and added on another extra project (installing a wire to connect to a future dishwasher) the same day for a reasonable price.The only thing I would note is that it’s hard to get in touch, as the receptionist sometimes takes a message but doesn’t pass it through accordingly. (I had called a week or so prior to the day they were supposed to come out to ask about adding the dishwasher wire to the ticket, and the receptionist said she would add it, but it had not been added the day Matt came to do the work.)

I had a very good experience with Advanced Electric. The technician, Nate, was on time, well experienced and knowledgeable. He made sure all the light fixtures and ceiling fans her swapped out were working. Nate cleaned up all the packing materials and boxes and hauled away all the old fixtures! Our estimator was Mr. Jeff Duke and our electrician was Mr. Caleb Pierce. Both were prompt for their appointments and helpful throughout. Mr. Pierce was thorough in his work and made the extra effort (including two times to crawl around the attic) to finally find a way to get the wiring repaired and the lights back on in several rooms of the house. He was also able to check and fix a few switches and outlets around the house. Its been a week now and all the lights in the house are still working well. A not easy job well done at a good price, and much appreciated.

I am currently renting a home and the rental company contacted Advanced Electrical. I needed a breaker replaced. My technician was Nick. He was excellent. I hate he had to come out in the cold rain. He came out and went above and beyond. He was on time, courteous, very respectful and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions), and fixed my issue fast. He even helped get my electric stove working. He exceeded my expectations. I hope Advanced is the usual company my rental company uses for electrical work and if I ever have another issue I hope they send Nick.

Ive used this company a number of years ago and had a great experience. The electrician who came today, Nathan Geno, was someone new to me but great to work with. First of all, he came early! That almost never happens. He called and asked it is was alright! I had a list of about 8 things that needed correction/repair. I had been putting them off for a long time. He didnt seem fazed at all about the amount of work. He worked quickly and efficiently and did a perfect job! Everything works now!. I wish I hadnt waited so long to schedule an appointment. If you want someone easy to work with, ask for Nathan.

Nick & Jacob were AMAZING! They replaced all of our light switches, electrical outlets, and they relocated our TV outlets. We couldnt be happier with the results! We have an older home, which means the wiring isnt always in the best shape. But Nick and Jacob were able to get all of our outlets updated and moved with no problems! They were both very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional. They arrived on time, they got the job done quick, and they even swept/vacuumed when they were finished so our home wouldnt be left with any dust or residue! Advanced Electrical rewired our nearly 100 year old house. They replaced our knob and tube with modern insulated cable and added several new circuits, lights, and outlets. We also had a new incoming service panel installed and our fuse panel replaced with a circuit breaker. We feel much safer knowing everything is now up to today’s code, and the added lights and outlets have been welcome additions.Advanced Electrical was a pleasure to work with. The president (Mark), office staff (Stephanie), and electricians (Brandon and Alex) were all wonderful and very responsive and courteous. Our only regret is that we hadn’t done this project years ago. Had a good experience with Advanced Electrical. Nate came in ready to work, and no project seemed too overwhelming for him. Nate had the ability to install an outlet box in my floor that wouldn’t have worked had he not come in with his expertise. I gave him the outlet I wanted installed, and although, it wouldn’t fit in the space in the floor, Nate was able to make it work by using a different connection piece. I was told multiple times that he would stay until I was satisfied with the service provided by Advanced Electrical. Not only was he able to fix this for me, but he also was able to fix a few odds and end electrical issues around the house extremely quickly. Nate is an experienced master electrician, and is also an expert at bathroom vent installation. I will be using this company in the future for vent installation for the bathrooms in my home.

We cant say enough good things about Advanced. We discovered them when we moved to a home with aluminum wiring in 2018, and Advanced was the only company we could find who were experienced in installing the copper Alumiconn connectors as a fix. Since then theyve helped us with several issues big and small. Today they sent Nick out to help us with installation of two ceiling fans in the garage area were remodeling. Nick has been doing electrical work since he was a young guy, we learned, and that became obvious as he had the fans installed in no time, plus two more light fixtures we added on after he got here. Everything looks great and we couldnt be more pleased with Nicks expertise and pleasantness, not to mention the price! Advanced is one of those increasingly rare (seems to me) honest and dependable companies, and their technicians have always been competent. Just wanted to brag on them and on Nick today.

WOW! Our business had an electrical issue that basically halted what we do. I made a simple phone call the day before Christmas Eve and the kind lady who took my call said she could make us a priority first thing Monday....I was relieved to know at least I was on the list. I’m actually writing this as the men who have been at my house all day are leaving. They will be back to complete the job, but they worked so hard today and really never stopped. I had to have several things done electrically to my home to bring it up to code including replacing the meter box on the outside of my house. So, these guys worked from 9:30-after 6:30 so I could have my power back on in the same day. And I know if I was hot in the house, they were really hot. A tree fell on my mother’s house and yanked off the power box. Advanced electric had some guys come out and put on a new electrical breaker box to meet today’s standards. ( the power company guy thought it would have been twice what they charged and said we got a good deal ) They worked in the dark after hours. I was impressed with their work and price and had them come to my house and run some wires and put in 20 amp breakers in the bathroom and living room because the fireplace and hair driers and heaters were too much for 15 amps and were tripping breakers .They ran 2 plugs in a sunroom I built and a put a 4 plug box in my well pump and filter room so I could get rid of extension cords. Great quick work at a great price. Call them for all of your electrical needs
