    I recently hired Santana Bros Plumbing to install a new hot water heater, and Im extremely satisfied with their service. The scheduling process was quick and convenient, and they were able to accommodate my availability. Miguel took the time to explain my options and the installation process. He and Freddy completed the installation efficiently and ensured everything was properly connected and tested the system before leaving. I appreciated how they left the work area clean, which isnt always the case with contractors. I highly recommend Santana Bros and I will be reaching out to them for any of my future projects.

    I called at 9:56am. Maria answered and told me that they’d be at my house between 10 and 12. That was amazing to hear. Miguel and Armando arrived at 10:40 and were finished by 11:30. They were awesome: super friendly, very professional, and were extremely transparent with everything they were doing. Hopefully, I’ll never have another plumbing issue. But if I do, I’m calling Santana Bros first!

    I discovered a leak in my home late at night on a Friday. Santana Bros Plumbing Was able to come Saturday about an 30-45 min after speaking with Maria. Freddy was professional and efficient with estimating where leak was. After contacting a mitigation company they work with they were able to come that Saturday night and use tools to locate the moisture. Freddy and Miguel was able to repair the leak. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

    I had a outdoor water leak and I called Santana Bros. Plumbing. Miguel came by my house on Saturday, January 4th to access the leak. He was very courteous and professional. Miguel explained in detail the options that there was in order to fix leak and also the price options. I did agree for Miguel and his crew to fix the leak and he came by the next day Sunday, January 5th and they got the leak fixed in a timely manner. I am very grateful that Miguel and Santana Bros. and crew were able to come on Sunday. I will recommend Miguel and Santana Bros. Plumbing to our family and friends. Great Job guys !

    STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!! Santana Brothers Plumbing helped us with multiple complex plumbing issues with a Friendswood property, all while we were out of state.     I contacted Santana Brothers Plumbing on yesterday for a service appointment for a leaky faucet. I choose them because of the good reviews on Google. Acontractor arrived this morning as scheduled and checked out the leaking sink. He was able to hand tighten two loose pipes after checking for leaks. He didnt see any other problems. He was knowledgeable and respectful of our property. I would recommend them for your next plumbing repair.

    I can’t recommend Santana Bros Plumbing enough. They recently repaired my water service line, and their work was exceptional. The crew was professional, efficient, and took the time to ensure everything was done well. The city inspector came by to check the work and he was so impressed with the quality that he actually knocked on my door to personally tell me how great of a job they did. That kind of praise from a city inspector speaks volumes about their attention to detail and expertise. I will definitely hire them again for any future plumbing needs!

    First off. The whole operation is Family. It’s like calling someone you know who does plumbing and they take care of you. I called them late they came out assessed the issue made no promises about time to return then came back within an hour😁. The whole crew was pleasant and professional everyone coordinated to get the job done and In a timely fashion. We were not inconvenienced in any way. Miguel is an awesome coordinator. He answers all your questions concerns and apprehensions in a calm manner. They send pics of who will approach your house to get the job done. Maria answered all my questions kept me up to speed and when she couldn’t say for sure Miguel did. Enrique came out with his assistant and was finished so fast and so efficient and so professional. They were a pleasure to work with. Interactive with the whole family. Juan Mata came the next day promptly and made the wall look as if no hole were there in the first place. I put out some money but I am thoroughly impressed and happy with the results. I will be contacting them for my next plumbing project. DO NOT hesitate to call them if you need some plumbing done.     Strongly recommended! This company helped me install gas pipes in the kitchen so I can switch from using electricity to gas for cooking. The project took about a day and a half. The company is very professional and cost efficient.1,Mr. Miguel is very dedicated and responsible.     I had a massive water leak at 4am. I know I called at least 7 places that said they were available for 24 hour calls. No one could come out. Water was coming from my second floor and leaking through the AC vents and light fixtures downstairs. Santana Bros Plumbing came out to my home in 20 minutes! They diagnosed they source of the problem within minutes. They checked me to make sure I was ok. If you need plumber, this is the company to go with.

    Scheduling for replacement of a faulty toilet shutoff valve was very quick and easy. Freddy, the tech, called to say he could come early and we accepted.     TLDR: Best business Ive ever worked with, hands-down. If youre looking for a plumber who proactively communicates, does an impeccable job, gives you options on how to solve the problem along with their benefits and tradeoffs, has the work ethic of your grandparents generation, is always on time, and uses modern scheduling and payments, hire Santana Bros. This level of service just isnt seen these days.Long story: I had a water main break over Thanksgiving night, while I was away for days (everyones worst nightmare from the movies right?). My neighbor called Santana Bros after seeing water all over the yard. Neither of us had experience with them. You can imagine my apprehension. My neighbor gave me Miguels number at Santana Bros. Miguel was there at 6:30 AM to diagnose. On the call he explained his diagnosis and gave me detailed options on my paths forward. I chose one and I was immediately scheduled for that day for repairs. He told me verbally and then I got a professional email invite with the exact scheduling. Invoicing was professional and detailed.From there Miguel proactively texted me every step of the way. Hey the dig crew is one their way. The dig crew is here and he would send pictures, etc. Mr. Jacob the repair crew is done and its looking good. Hes giving me the play by play without me even asking. He just had that empathy and knew without me being home I would want updates to ease my mind. The pictures were detailed and from all angles and he explained what I was looking at. The big job of water line replacement and connection to all of my sprinkler systems, and other waterworks was done that day, exactly like Miguel said it would be. My empty house was safe with Miguel and his crew. And all of the proper safety barriers/tape were put up to protect people walking on the nearby sidewalk since the trench was along its side. (He sent pics of that too)When done Miguel gave me detailed instruction on how to turn the water on when I returned home days later from vacation and proactively followed up with me to ensure everything was okay, which it was.The City of Pearland was slightly backlogged on inspecting the job due to the holiday. Miguel (again proactively) texted me every update from the City and he was like Im coming to your house at 6:30 AM to put the permit on your door so its visible to the inspector for todays inspection and sent me an electronic copy for my reference. Im like bruh, Ill print it out myself and put it there to save you an early morning trip. But this goes to show the level of dedication. Miguel was going to drive to my house at 6:30 AM to tape a permit on my door instead of just asking me to print it myself.Integrity, trustworthiness, professionalism, craftsmanship.

    I cannot say enough great things about these guys. We had another issue with contractors who put in a new bathroom. The toilet had slow drainage. It would take almost an hour to finally drain. Contractors told us (second time now) that it was our issue. They said our septic system was old and defective. We knew this was not the case because everything worked fine in our existing bathroom. Santana Bros came and diagnosed the problem for us FREE OF CHARGE. Big surprise: the contractor put the drain line in without venting and not enough slope. Santana bros seem to be more committed to building goodwill with their customers than making a buck. They have a long term mindset, building trust and rapport knowing that they will be the first name to come to mind in the future. Our house is almost 60 years old, so I’m sure there will be future problems, and I know who I will be calling and recommending to my family and friends.

    Great experience with Santana Bros! I had a leak in a pipe in the front yard in March. From the first call everything was easy and seamless. They fixed it the same day as the estimate and had our household with water again in no time! Noticed today it was leaking again and contacted them.     I can’t say enough about Santana Bros Plumbing! We had a very unexpected leak and in a panic, I called the first plumbing company I could find. I’m so happy I did.Short story: My house sprung a leak around 5-6 pm. I called Santana Bros to request assistance and was told that the company was booked for the day. I was scared and panicked some more! Unexpectedly Miguel offered to FaceTime and instruct my husband on how to shut the water off. That’s something that he certainly didn’t have to do, especially after hours! He walks you carefully through the repair process and answered all of our questions.     Words cannot express how happy I am I found and use this company for a toilet replacement.I bought a Toilet from Lowe’s home improvement, and also purchased to use one of their installers. Unfortunately, that became a nightmare with the final straw that their installer cancelled on me at the last minute.Santana Brothers Plumbing immediately came out the same day to give me an estimate.     My elderly parents had a pipe burst & Santana Bros were quick to respond. Miguel throughly explained the process & the cost & everything went smooth after that. We went with the permanent fix option, to replace the waterline from the city to the home with new piping. A dig crew dug out a 50 ft trench & then the new main valve was installed outside of the brick with insulation. They came back the next day & backfilled the yard after the inspection was cleared by the city. A 10 year warranty for parts and labor were also included. My mind was put at ease with Miguel’s concern for my parents while I was at work. He communicated to me status updates & pictures, which were very much appreciated, so I didn’t have any worries! Miguel, Freddy & their team did a great job! Highly recommend their service!

    Our water heater was leaking, we called Santana Bros and they were able to come out quickly to assess the situation. They were incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything.     I have been using Santana Bros for about two years and I thought it was about time I wrote then the review they deserve.I am a landlord and I do my absolute best to keep my tenants happy. Sometimes, plumbing issues simply happen, and Santana is who I always call.I found them after a lot of searching and I have been quite glad with my choice. They answer quickly or if its late, they call back within a reasonable time. To be fair, I usually call during business hours. Appointments are always made within a very reasonable time and they always show up within the window they give me. I appreciate that.I have used them from a simple drain clog all the way up to the the full replacement of my sewer line from the house to the city connection. Their prices are always fair. They even informed me of a problem on the city of Houston side of the sanitary drain.I have had to make arrangements to get work done while out of town and they kept me informed every step of the way with texts, pictures and video. I know the work will be done quickly and done right.Santana doesnt try to upsell me with unnecessary services. They also give me choices and clearly inform me what needs to be done and what can wait a little while. That is uncommon these days.They recently (in the last year) have started doing hydrojetting pipe cleaning. This worked perfectly for my purposes as the last guy I used was NOT a good experience. Santana did me right.I have added Santana to my trusted list of repairmen and artisans who I use regularly and also who I recommend to my friends and clients. I only recommend solid people as I feel a recommendation is an extension of my own professional reputation.If you are looking for solid plumbers, look no further.     Great company! My main water line burst in front of my house and we had water leaking everywhere. I called around and they were the first company that could come that morning. Miguel was extremely kind, personable, knowledgeable, and he was very good at explaining what was going on and the different options to fix the problem.     Freddy came out and was really wonderful, he was super patient and let me call my husband multiple times and then re-explained to him on the phone the issues we were dealing with.     I would absolutely recommend them!! I called another plumbing company and they quoted me $800 to replace my garbage disposal without even so much as resetting it or looking to see if there was an obstruction.     I called Santana Brothers Plumbing to check my water heater. Miguel came out to my house within 30 minutes of my call. He introduced himself and was intentionally courteous and professional throughout the entire process. He diagnosed the issue and informed me that it was a matter that my gas company had to take care of. However, Miguel went above and beyond by calling my gas company to make sure that he (a plumber) wasn’t needed to assist them in resolving the matter. If so, he would have stayed to assist.     I will start with the communication through this whole process was wonderful. Messaged me when they where on the way, a photo and name of who was going to show up so no surprises.We contacted Santana Bros Plumbing to come look at a gas leak I came across after shutting off some soaker hoses. I left a message on Thursday evening asking if they could come look at the issue Friday morning, and was contacted that same evening to inform me that they would be out the next morning to look at the job.Friday morning Miguel shows up, informs me of what all will have to take place and after discussing everything with my wife we agreed to the price and gave them the ok to begin the work. Ground crew showed up a few hours later and where able to get everything uncovered for the plumbers who where scheduled for Saturday morning.Saturday comes and plumbers show up when scheduled and are able to knock everything out in a good amount of time. When done they test everything for leaks, and once they are done testing they contact the ground crew to start covering the line so we can contact the gas company to reinstall the meter. A couple of days and our gas is back on.From start to finish this company has done a wonderful job.Great communication, quick response and quality work. I would recommend Santana Bros Plumbing to anyone.

    I would like to start by saying the whole interaction between Santana Bros and myself was awesome. Freddy came to the house on time for the window they gave us. He was very honest and professional about everything. The two young man that came to the house to do the work, Enrique and Miguel were awesome.     First time homeowner here and we have been dealing with a plumbing nightmare for the last few weeks. Sewage was coming out of our shower drain and our toilets, other shower, and sinks were draining very slowly. After getting multiple other quotes and having very poor experiences, Miguel and his team came in and were able to diagnose the real issue quickly and took the time to make sure I understood the issue and why the recommended fix was necessary. I have never had an experience like this! They always arrived on time, notified me way ahead of time if any reschedules were necessary, and went the extra mile by printing out our permit, driving all the way to our house, and posting it on our door since we dont have a printer.     We found Santana Bros through Facebook. All I can say is “WOW”!!!!! We called after hours to see about getting a technician to our house for a water heater issue. Within 3 minutes of that phone call, I received a text letting me know that a technician would arrive between 8-10 the next morning. At 7:40 I received another text (with his name and picture) saying that Miguel, would be at my house in 40 minutes. He actually showed up earlier than that. Miguel was professional from his appearance and attitude. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained exactly what the problem was. He also took the time to go over preventive maintenance so I don’t have the same issue and how to extend the life of the water heater. I have found a plumber for life!!!!!!     After discovering a leak in our garage ceiling Friday night, I tried calling several different companies. Santana Brothers was the only one who answered on Saturday. Everyone else seemed to be closed for the weekend despite their sites claiming to be 24 hours. Im honestly grateful they were the one to respond. Maria was kind, prompt, and professional. Miguel came out Saturday within an hour or two of me calling. He and a teammate assessed the pipe and gave me two options - fix the leak or do a repipe. Given my pipes were galvanized and original to the home, I opted to repipe. Enrique and Tony went ahead and fixed my leak pretty quick (bless them), communicating their status as they worked. By Monday, they were out to do the repipe, and were great about communicating times and meeting those times. By Wednesday, the work was complete and looks amazing. Their drywall guy, Juan, came out to patch things up for me and also did a great job. I plan on using this company and Juan in the future for my plumbing and drywall needs. The pricing for a repipe was fair. I even later received an estimate from my moms plumber within the same range. Overall, my experience was pleasant with this team. Also, they loved dogs, which was a bonus given I have three of them, and two of them are crazy. They had a lot of patience (the team, not the dogs). This team clearly cares about their customers and the quality of their work, which was shown by their continued professionalism, kindness, and project completion results. They made sure to explain things in a way Id understand and always ensured any questions I had were answered. Theyre also additionally respectful of your home by wearing shoe covers and cleaning up their work areas when done each day. I highly recommend this team!

    Miguel and the team were very responsive and professional. I called Santana Brothers after having a negative experience with another plumber doing an inspection before buying my new home. Santamaria Bros were able to do the inspection the next day and provided video and explanations of the issues they found in the houses original drainage pipes. I was happy to hire Santana Bros to do the repair after I bought the house. They worked quickly and provided updates. I called Santana Brothers and they had a crew come by in less than two hours. They assessed the situation and gave me a free estimate.     I found a significant leak in the pipe that leads to one of our outdoor spigots at about 5:20am. I called a well-known plumbing company first as they advertised 24/7 service, but the person who took my call said that they didnt open until 9am and that someone would call me after 9am. I couldnt wait to see if they might return my call so I called Santana Bros at about 6:30am and Miguel came out at about 8:20am, gave me an estimate, and then he sent Freddy and Robert out about 30 minutes later to do the repair. The whole process was timely and efficient and both repairmen were courteous and professional. There was a small issue after the repair and all I did was text Miguel about it and it was fixed the next day free of charge during my requested time of day. Couldnt have scripted a better plumbing repair. I would definitely recommend them.

    Just phenomenal! We just recently bought a house that was renovated. When we started to use the plumbing system we noticed issues. The bathroom sinks were very slow to drain and flooded into one another. The toilet leaked and did not flush right (it eventually stopped flushing all together). The kitchen sink was very slow to drain (even with garbage disposal). I called Santana Bros and they came out right away. They discovered that the bathroom sinks were not correctly done nor the toilet (which is why it leaked). They also saw my pipes were eroded (original galvanized pipes from 1950s), so there were roots and not connected in multiple places. When we decided to do the much needed work to replace the whole system, I called to approve their estimate and they started digging the next day. I now have a functional house now! I am so glad I went with them. They are really nice, punctual, hard working, and amazing! I would honestly give them 10 stars out of 5 if I could. They got a city permit for the work and an inspector which made me more confident in choosing them. They gave me warranty for all their work. I would 100% recommend them for any plumbing need and I will for sure use them in the future.

    First I brought them out to figure out why there was a leak. They identified it in no time. It was my a/c condensation line. They rerouted it outside.     Called Santana for leak which was soaking carpet in closet behind the bathroom and migrating along the base plate for the walls. I called at 8AM and the plumber was here just after 9AM. He quickly figured out where the water was coming from and removed the toilet, replaced the wax ring and replaced and tested the toilet to make sure it was sealed properly. Very quick, very efficient and eliminated any more damage. Will use them again for emergency situations.
