To begin, Epic Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations. The technicians, AJ and Scott came and assessed my plumbing needs. They were professional and friendly. They called their supervisor Jake who immediately called me to explain what needed to be done. He itemized what would be involved in the cost. I was quite pleased. I asked him if I could get the work done the same day and if they had any old folk discounts. He gave me a discount and authorized AJ and Scott to do the work immediately. They completely the job efficiently and quickly. The install of my faucets and drain pipes was beautiful to my eyes.. I am extremely satisfied with Epic Plumbing. I would definitely recommend them.

I am delighted to give Epic Plumbing a 5 star recommendation. Everything about the experience went particularly well. I had a couple of leaks in the water main from the meter to my house. They were experienced with the requirements from West University Place With respect to permitting and inspection and the requirements for an arborist to also be involved for the inspection. The trench they had to dig went underneath two sidewalks and the crew did a great job with keeping the dirt on tarps and putting it back in carefully after the inspection was completed. The plumber was friendly and Experienced and the people in the office were great to deal with and responded very promptly. And on top of that, they were the lowest of the four bids that I got so I couldn’t be happier.

After previous plumber came, looked, said couldnt get valve off due to corrosion, then never calling with a quote like he said when he left. Great communication from Epic all along.

Jesus was very professional and explained things extremely well. We are very happy with the job he did. He fixed all our faucets that the builder didn’t install properly. He also put in a new toilet because our builder cracked the original one and tried to cover it up. The price was also reasonable. Thanks!!

The pilot light went out on my hot water heater and would not ignite again. I also needed a quick connect on my gas valve to run my tri-fuel generator by natural gas during power outages. Nick, my service tech, explained all options and did an exceptional job. He installed a new hot water heater and installed a quick connect on my gas valve in one day. My only dislike was their estimate and invoice did not have the charges broken out for equipment, labor, and taxes; they were all combined into one total. While the invoicing was not to my liking, I somewhat felt the overall costs were fair and the service was outstanding.

I had an emergency at my home. A broken pipe in my front yard. I called Epic and they had someone out to my home within 30 minutes! Chris came and found the issue and had it fixed in no time. They had great communication with everything they needed to do and how much the job was going to cost.

The service man was great and took care of us my only dislike is the access panel became three access panels of which 2 were not needed and he recommended a Sheetrock guy. Only one panel at bottom but it is just plastic screwed into wall not an access panel like my other service provided all other work was beyond expectations I was told the manager would reach out but not yet

They were awesome.they bundled services and worked with the price so I got a great deal. The communication was excellent. Jeremy the tech who worked on my plumbing was awesome. I WILL use them again. For years I’ve been spending money on plumbers who just snake my line and collect their money. These guys took the time to diagnose the problem properly and fix it. The price wasn’t much more than snaking the line would have cost. Jeremy worked hard all day until the job was done right. You can tell building relationships and repeat customers is a priority for them.

They arrived when they said they would, explained the nature of the work thoroughly, and there were no unexpected repairs/costs.The only hiccup was with their automated text messaging. We were initially told the appointment would be in the afternoon but then received a text the day before that it would be in the morning. However, the technician didn’t show up until the original stated time. Again, it was just a hiccup.

Three years ago we had a tankless water heater installed. For three years we’ve dealt with our tankless being glitchy when the weather got below 65, we’ve had two other plumbers come out and not know the problem. Come to find out the guy didn’t change the gas line so the furnace was taking all the gas. Thank you Epic for coming and fixing our gas line, flushing our tankless and fixing the water picket. Our hot water stays hot now and everything works perfectly!

Where do I start this company is amazing. I reached out to them because I needed some shower head fixtures installed and had another issue regarding my hot water in my bathroom. We had no real hot water in our shower for over 20 years and called out several companies for support and no one could fix the problem until Epic Plumbing came to our rescue. Not only did Mark do an awesome job installing our shower heads in both bathrooms , he gave us hot water in our shower for the first time in over 20 years by replacing a cartridge. EPIC Plumbing has done great work for me. I had a serious main line drain issue that required 28ft of tunneling under my slab. Jonathan and the rest of the team with EPIC were very professional and listened to my concerns. We adjusted the project plan according to each others input. They were patient with me and let a foundation company come in and place support pillars once the tunneling was completed. The team was always professional and kind. No homeowner wants to do a job as big as mine required to fix this issue, but EPIC made it as painless as it could be. There was no surprise bills that popped up. They are great at keeping homeowners updated the entire way through the project. EPIC Plumbers are my plumbers from now on. We also really appreciated being sent a photo of the plumbing expert before he arrived so we knew who to expect at the door. Jonathan was right on time and completely resolved our issues (blocked A/C condensate line, slow bathtub, slow sink). He was very conscientious about wearing shoe covers, which I appreciate even though our dog makes MUCH more of a mess of the house. I had a plumbing issue (backed up drain) water everywhere. I called my usual plumber, but they couldn’t come out. Lucky me I found Epic and they worked me in a timely manner. Wow wow wow it was a GREAT experience to say the least! He was thorough, professional, protected my wood floors, etc. Michael talked me through what he was doing and why they also recognize and offer military discount! I had a one off situation so there was no fix but we know exactly what the problem was as it worked it’s self out organically. Michael even stayed and had me flush, turn on water, washer etc to ensure no more leaking flooding water in all bathrooms and laundry room. Overall everyone from the first call to the in person visit was on point. Michael deserves some company recognition for sure..an asset to Epic!I will see how it goes in the future if I need a plumber but you only get one chance at a first impression and Epic knocked it out the park!

Outstanding service! Epic answered the urgent call last Thursday at 4:59 pm for a leaking water heater. I was walked through what to do and within 30-45 minutes Shelby was at my home to diagnose the issue of needing a new water heater. Shelby took the time to explain the issue and our options. He redirected the water lines so that we could have water for the night. The next morning Shelby was at my home by 8am to get started on the job. Because I had to get to work, I left him there to do the work and he secured my home when he was finished. The work was exceptional! I was very pleased with their responsiveness, customer service, and expertise. Epic is my plumber for life! I cannot remember the young man that I first spoke with but many, many thanks to you for answering the initial call and all that you did to calm my nerves and dispatch Shelby to my home. I called Epic and Jonathan was there within an hour. By 5 pm he had an upgraded garbage disposal installed and all the things underneath replaced as well. Everyone from scheduling with Heather to our plumber, Johnathan, was extremely accommodating and helpful. They were detailed, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Could not recommend them enough. Everyone was straightforward and honest at every step of the way. They gave several options for the repairs from bare minimum fix to the common sense repair to the proactive repair options (addressing the future issues we could have from the kind of problems being immediately addressed). I’m going to save them to my contact list, because we will definitely use Epic Plumbing again for any future plumbing repairs.Side note: they sent me our plumber’s name, information, and photo prior to their arrival. I really appreciated this as a female, who is alone, meeting a professional at the residence. It is a subtle way to let you know immediately who is at your door. They did call 30 minutes before and had logos on the vehicle and clothing, but the added text was REALLY nice imo.

We had a great experience with Epic. Jake called me the morning of our scheduled visit to get details about the problems we were having and he was very helpful. AJ came out to do the work, and he was awesome. He helped us determine what needed to happen, in our case, replacing multiple sinks, pipe, replacement, and water heater replacement. They gave us a price break due to the amount of work, and were able to do all of it the same day, which was a big relief. They also pulled the permit for our water heater and scheduled an inspection from the city for us. Everyone we worked with was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. We are extremely pleased with the results, and would absolutely use them again for other work. Thanks, guys!

2 months ago we had a small leak in our main water line and had the line replaced. This evening, we noticed a major leak flooding our yard. We were able to get in touch with Heather & the GM of EPIC Plumbing after hours who sent out AJ to fix the issue for us. He came at 11pm on a Friday night and fixed the issue free of charge.EPIC Plumbing has been very easy to work with and accomodating, even after hours. AJ has fixed our toilet in the past and we have had a gas line added to our laundry room (also through EPIC) and they did great jobs. Would recommend! Thank you EPIC for coming out so late to fix our emergency ASAP.
