Joshua Duran is awesome. Hes very professional , friendly and explains everything that hes doing. He listens to you and communicates. The maintenance package is so so worth it. If you dont have it , you need it. It wasnt time for my yearly inspection however Joshua suggested to do it since it would be coming up and he was here. Im so glad he did because it literally saved me and my daughters. He went up into the attic to start the inspection and found some issues from the roofer which he showed me. He fixed it. Im so grateful for him and for the fact that I have the maintenance package. My girls and I are extremely glad. Joshua, thanks for being an awesome person and going above and beyond.

They then checked all of fixtures we discussed and gave me a comprehensive estimate that I totally understood as they had discussed all the issues as I showed them what I wanted done. Definitely going to call them from now on!

I had a great experience with 1-800-Plumber. Their estimate was free and informative. They came out super quick. The drain tech, Kris, was friendly and helpful. He explained to me that it would be a waste of my money if I wanted him to perform services he didn’t think would actually resolve my issue and pointed me in the direct of other resources instead and I really appreciate that. As a woman it is easy to be swindled by plumbers, roofers, etc. So, Kyle was awesome and I would recommend him and the company to anybody.

I dont typically leave reviews, but I had an awesome experience with Josh (JJ) today. My sink was draining slowly, and my garbage disposal wasnt working at all. Josh came out, was extremely prompt, courteous, and professional. After a few minutes, Josh realized that my garage disposal wasnt working because it had somehow become unplugged (under the sink). Not sure how it happened, but it was definetley user (me) error, but lets not focus on that (LOL). Lets focus on the fact that Josh realized it, and was HONEST about it, and he refused to charge me. Its awesome to know that honestly and great service still exist, as this story could have played out much differently. I highly recommend Josh (JJ) and this company! Honesty wins.

They are an incredible team. I would 100% recommend them. My clog was eliminated in minutes, and the tech checked the moisture content of my walls to make sure there were no leaks. They are my go-to plumbers from now on. I am even asking them to quote my AC unit replacement. UPDATE: I got my AC from them. They worked with me on the price! If they only made magnets, they would be up on the fridge!

Update: 09-01-24: For the first time since the home was built 3 years ago, The AC unit stopped cooling after my first appointment to do the annual PM . The unit is only 3 years old and didnt have any issues prior to me contacting the company for HVAC Annual PM service... I called the next day and they responded stating they can come fix the issue the following Tuesday and quoted $260 to replace the capacitor which is more than l wanted to spend so I declined...08/30/24- Chris was outstanding! He arrived promptly, reviewed the HomeGuard with me, wore shoe covers, and let me follow along while he explained how HVAC systems work. He was incredibly detailed, and even when it started to drizzle, he remained committed to providing an excellent experience. Chris walked me through everything he was doing during the tune-up, checking all the elements, including Freon levels, furnace, and vent temperatures. He even went above and beyond by wrapping up my water hose after cleaning the HVAC. As a female homeowner, I felt this was a fantastic experience. Chris recommended that I replace a capacitor soon and provided an honest quote, explaining his findings clearly and showing me the readings versus what they should be. I highly recommend Chris Aguilar and this company, and I’ll be sharing my experience with other homeowners. Thank you all for the excellent service! I’ve signed up for the membership and look forward to my next appointment with the plumbing team.

I had this new water heater installed 4 months back and it stopped heating the water. Chad was the technician came to check in and Chad was awesome! He explained it to me very well about what’s going on with the water heater which stopped it from heating and with warranty in place they changed the water heater and installed a new one for free. Their customer service is excellent. I also installed HVAC system from them. 100% recommends!

The team at 1-800-Plumber +Air is super professional, does a great job, and cleans up after themselves well. Chad installed our tankless water heater to replace our two existing tank water heaters in the attic. Additionally, a month after the install, I noticed a small amount of water in the drip pan, the culprit was some condensation inside the unit dripping down the venting pipe. I called them to ask about it and they came out that day to fix it.Their pricing was a little higher than other quotes I got, however they also called in a licensed electrician and roofer to make sure everything was done right. The roofer they hired even did an inspection of the roof and let me know of a few deficiencies.The overall experience was great. Chad and his apprentices are nice, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.I would recommend them if you want the job done right.

They did a great job...a bit pricier than I expected, but long-term peace of mind has its own value. Thanks for the good service.3 weeks later...the pilot light went out. They came next day, restarted pilot light. Could just be a fluke, but they said if it happens again theyll replace the gas control module.A week or two later. Pilot light out again. They came out the same day and replaced the gas control module as promised. Very pleased with service responsiveness.July 2024: AC unit acting up on a Saturday. Tech came out within 2 hours, identified malfunction control module on outside machinery, replaced them, checked inside mechanicals. Nice and cool again. Very pleased.

We got excellent service here in Pearland from Kyle Urban of 1-800-PLUMBER. We had an unusually difficult drain clean out. Kyle was informative and cheerful throughout the job. The company also did a great job of communicating with us.UPDATE: We got excellent service again, 8 days later, this time from technician Chris Besse. The line backed up again. Chris cleaned it out (no charge, under warranty) on Sunday. Came back first thing Monday morning and ran a camera through our whole system. Turns out the city line is backed up. As before with Kyle, Chris was very friendly did a great job of explaining everything. Im very pleased with this company.

I reached out to 800 plumber air after getting a recommendation from my builder. I reached out late and got on schedule the following morning. The technician, Chris, came out to evaluate our master shower which was custom and did not have cold water which would sustain during the summer. He was thorough with his approach and explained the process in full. We needed the shower cartridge to be replaced and I was nervous as I had another plumber attempt to fix it only to break a gasket and cause a further leak. Chris was able to access the cartridge easily and went to find a replacement locally which was not easy. He found a part but was damaged and told me about it and ordered the part from Germany. The manager also called a couple of days later to update me on the process and shared with me the timeline. The part arrived and was replaced and the process was very transparent. I would beware of these ultra large companies with 1000 plus 5 star reviews bc often they will use scare tactics to get bigger jobs on something that may not be needed. I would recommend 800 plumbing +.

Impressed with Oscar’s professionalism and leadership during job - especially, during some of the tougher or more challenging aspects of this job scope.. despite discovering dimensional constraints/limitations during job that were underestimated, Oscar kept positive attitude about finding effective solutions and working with customer/Mgmt to arrive at an acceptable solution in terms of timing and total costs - this was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED given the challenging circumstances.. more importantly, he and Dan worked very well together and helped each other fill the gaps where necessary to help achieve important objectives for the job - including customer satisfaction in terms of effectively managing the various job scope risks but also maintaining open, respectful communication with the many customer requests before/during/after job.. both helped cleanup after job was done and essentially left job location cleaner than they found it.. also, both helped assist with complimentary request by customer to help with cycling sediment (using their add’l hose length) from existing, working hot water heater which was very much appreciated.. finally, both guys were timely in starting/finishing work as practically possible and both were pleasant guys to interact with throughout job! plan to share this experience with other neighbors.. I had three companies assess my HVAC issue, all told me it needed complete replacement and listed multiple ‘possible’ issues with it but never pinpointed a definitive problem for steep estimates. A family member recommended calling 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR which I hadn’t considered initially since I live in the medical center area. I am so glad I followed through. After assessing the system, Edward told me flat out what the problem was and patiently took the time to break down the issue to provide solutions that other companies had only grasped as possibilities. Edward was professional, straightforward, confident that it could be repaired and did not need complete replacement. He was tactful in warning the other part only had a couple years before I needed to worry, but fixing the unit would buy time to save for the other portion. The prices they offered was $1000s cheaper than the other estimates, even the quote to replace the whole unit, and already included the crane since my unit is located on the roof. I hired them for that week and the entire team efficiently replaced my entire HVAC (yes, the price and warranty were that fair) before 3pm the same day they started. I can say, after having four total companies assess my HVAC problem, Edward was the one who made the decision of which company to follow through with easy. If you want honest and experienced confidence in diagnosis, real-life and polite phone operators/coordinators, fair pricing, respectful consideration towards your home, and efficiency… 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR is my recommendation. Underground break in my main water intake pipe.Very professional outfit. Great job by Master Plumber Jeff and his associates. Responded quickly to my call. Provided a diagnosis and written estimate - hassle-free, no pressure. Drove off and let me consider my options.Came back when they said they would. Did what they said they would. Had a manager visit during the work. Took most of the day to trench out my yard to depth required by code, and lay new flexible pipe in the June heat. Minimal damage to the yard - kept the trench narrow and saved the grass. Refilled the trench, packed it, re-laid the grass, and ready to remove excess dirt that could not be compressed back into the trench. Dug under the sidewalk rather than breaking it. That added to their effort, but it was the correct way to do it. Added an owner cutoff valve right behind the meter. Re-insulated the riser input pipe at the side of the house. Returned day after city inspector approved, and covered up the joints. Price was exactly what initial estimate said. Friendly, hard-working crew. What more could anyone ask? An EASY choice of 5 stars.

Got 1800 Plumber to come over and investigate a potential clog or break, in one of my waste lines. Came over the day I called. Chris was very thorough and neat. He put the small snake in the lines at what we thought was the source but this did not turn up the source of the backup we had. So he started with the 75’ snake and this also was inconclusive, so I asked him to put in the camera down the line and about 70’ we found a big blockage. He cleared that and cleaned up neatly and he was at the house more than he anticipated but was doing his job without complaints and was very professional. He had to stop and go get the camera at a nearby job and brought back another plumber associate with him who just came to help out. Nice to have a company whose employees care enough to help each other out without asking.

The kitchen sink, both sides, was hopelessly clogged and would not drain. In an actual matter of minutes the representative had the water drained, and then went even further and completely cleaned the whole pipe system. He was so friendly, efficient, and gave us some value tips on how not to have this happen again based on what he found in the clogs. Hes was fantastic.
