    Today is a good day.After over a year and multiple overflows we FINALLY have complete working plumbing thanks to the amazing team at Quality Sewer & Drain,Inc! And all the assistance including but not limited to Danvers DPW & New England Vacuum Excavation!!I never thought I’d be so happy to do laundry, dishes and bathe children in my life!!💙From the 2.5 hour emergency off-hours free estimate (🥹) to the back and forth with our insurance company (and actually advising us to see if it was covered), to the constant conversation to make sure we were okay until the $ came through, to the ONE DAY complete repair, to the impeccably clean way they left our basement, I have nothing but praise for these guys!If you need any plumbing done or need a 1st, 2nd or 100th opinion on a job - I can’t recommend Russell Joe Jr and his team enough!Thank you for everything!

    Russ The Owner of quality service and drain came in with a camera set up and showed me where the roots were invading my drain line. They used their equipment to completely clean my drain line. I was very impressed with the speed, accuracy and quality of work. I highly recommend the service.4/5/24. Tree persisted and Russ cleared and lined our main sewer line. What once was a problem we had to deal with every five years became every year most recently. The system they used is most impressive. I’m very grateful for the peace of mind.

    I highly recommend Quality Sewer and Drain. Russ did a great job isolating the leak in my pool plumbing. He bisected the pipe and determined the area of the leak to minimize cutting the concrete. They came when they said they would, work was done quickly and clean up was fantastic. I highly recommend Russ and trust he genuinely cares for his customers. He could have made this a big project but he was looking out for me and the least invasive way to get the job done.

    I had a very positive experience with Quality Sewer and Drain. I had four contractors come out and all tell me the repairs would require digging, town permits, and upwards of $12,000 - just to fix the one broken part of the line. Russ and his team came out and were able to fully reline my entire sewer line in under 3 hours for less than half the cost of the other guys.I’ve already recommended Russ to several of my neighbors dealing with the same issue. I could tell off the bat that he was there to give me reliable, honest information and wasn’t trying to upsell me or take advantage of the situation. He even gave me advice on how to help mitigate the situation if the repair wasn’t in the budget right now. I would absolutely hire him again, but since he did such a great job, I know I won’t need to.

    Russ, the owner of the business was wonderful to work with. After buying a new home in 2021 and finding out our sewer lines needed repair we didn’t know where to turn. I found Russ on Facebook and he was so responsive, explained everything and answered all our questions. He came out and provided a quote and we setup a time for him to return to line our sewer pipes. Luckily we did not have to dig up our lines and he was able to line them so we will not have any problems. I would recommend Quality Sewer &Drain to anyone that needs work done in their home.

    Russ was responsive to our call for assistance and arrived within 20 minutes of our call. We have an old house with 8 people and 4 are over 90. The lesson learned was that flushable wipes are not flushable. Russ made certain that everything worked perfectly before leaving. He is highly skilled, courteous and was thorough in making certain that all systems were properly functioning before leaving. We strongly suggest using Russ for any drain issues.     Really cant say enough about the communication and level of service. We called about a clogged drain, phone answered right away, we scheduled an appointment for which he was a couple minutes early for.     We contacted Russ and his team when we moved into our new home to do a main sewer pipe inspection. He was great on coming over quickly to do an inspection and cleaning it out the same day when a clog was found. After talking through the issue, we decided to do a pipeless trench lining to repair the pipe. Russ and co. was able to get in and get this work done before we moved into our new home which saved us the headache of having workers here while we were moving in. Would 100% recommend and reach out to them again if any issues came up!

    We had a sewer back up Christmas night. We called Quality sewer at 7 AM the day after Christmas and left a voice mail. Our call was returned within 5 minutes. Russell had a prior commitment but promised to be at our home between 10 & 11 AM. He arrived at 10 AM and assessed our sewer system. Due to the design of our service the pipes were backed up about 3 feet above the drain access, meaning when opened we’d have a massive rush of sewer water enter our basement laundry area. Due to experience, Russell found an alternative entry point which made the clearing process much more difficult, but he cleared two blockages and avoided further waste entering our home. Once the system was cleared Russell examined the system and showed us color video of sludge build up and suggested water jetting to prevent future issues, and scheduled that process for the following day. Russell arrived quickly, explained every step and showed us video, giving us piece of mind. His equipment was all in good working order, and his work ethic was above average. In my experience, Russell is a rarity in the trades these days, a true professional. As far as cost, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how fair he was. Over all, I would strongly suggest his services.

    Russ and his team at Quality came out to our home and installed a trenchless sewer pipe liner after we have been having sewer issues do to roots and a broken section the kept creating backups. Quality was the 3 company to come out and they videoed the line and came up with a permanent solution without digging up our driveway! Russ took the time to explain some of the option and made us feel completely comfortable with our decision—Definitely give them a call!

    Russ, the owner of the business, returned my call on a Sunday afternoon to discuss the problem that I was having at my house. Water was seeping into one corner of my basement right near where my sewer pipe left the foundation. He came out the next day and inspected the line, and sure enough, he found a crack in a portion of the pipe for which he quoted a lining solution at a very reasonable price. The whole operation took less than four hours and I no longer have water seepage in my basement. I could not be happier with Russ and his company for this work.     We have a 145 year old house with a disaster of a plumbing pipe situation. When the double y cast iron pipe that went into the floor started leaking drain water from the entire house, we needed someone to fix it fast. Russ was able to line the cast iron under the floor of the basement without digging it up. He also found a plumber that could replace the double y when he was lining the sewer pipe. Our really reliable plumber was not able to do this! We were really grateful that they were able to get this done in a couple of weeks so the leak didnt get worse!

    We have had constant backups in our sewer drain. Russ and his team came out and not only relined our pipe but identified and fixed shoddy work done by a previous contractor that installed a second sewer line some years ago.     Russel is the best,no doubt about it. We had a typical clogged drain line or so we thought. Russell showed up on time and his goal was not only to clear the line but find out what the cause was. Well we ended up having to replace a number of feet of pipe going from the house to the sewer line. His camera system found cracks in our main line so it turned out to be a true emergency and he made calls right then and there and on the same day it was done. He used his cameras to inspect every inch of our drain line to make sure all was good. We have had other companies in the past and no one took the time and made the effort to actually find the cause. IMHO there is no one better. As far as cost he was very reasonable. The next morning at 7 am he showed up and put loom and grass seed on the lawn where the work was done!!

    If I could give Quality Sewer more than 5 stars I would. I had an emergency sewer back up at my residence. I thought my main drain line may have been frozen, but it turned out to just be roots. Russell Joe (owner) answered our call for help during the early evening. He was at our house in less than an hour and had us back up and running shortly thereafter. I have used them a total of 3 times (twice emergent) and he as ALWAYS respond promptly.He takes the time to be clean and to clean up afterwards.     The septic company had come out twice to snake the main sewer pipe from the outside after multiple drains out on to our floors. Snaking it temporally opened the drain but the blockage came back. After the 3rd overflow, I messaged Russ at 7pm and had an appointment for 10am the next morning by 7:05. He showed up on time, fully assessed the problem from outside and in, and made the recommendation to jet the main sewer pipe. He was able to dislodge huge amounts of grease build-up and get the waste water flowing again. Fast, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. A must call.

    Water meter broke tonight while I was at work. Wife was recommended this place through Facebook and called him after hours. Person that answered the phone said they were closed but would call the owner. He was at my house in under and hour, determined it was the water meter, and called the city to come out. He waited there til the city showed up and did not charge us anything. We now have a plumber for life.

    We had a major emergency issue arise, and based on local recommendations reached out to Russ and his team. I cannot say enough about how timely and professional he was to work with throughout. In assessing our drain issue (which progressively became complex as we discovered what actually had happened over the years), Russ answered my questions, empathized with our situation, always did an excellent job setting expectations, and inspired our trust all along because of how he handled and anticipated next steps. Our project required real-time troubleshooting, cameras, excavation, engaging the city, and handling permits and it was executed flawlessly. It is clearly evident he has the utmost care and responsibility about every bit of the work his own team as well as his trusted partnered contractors do. By projects end our drains were properly set in-ground, and we were blown away by how skillfully the team minimized impact to the project area...even saving a treasured old bush while essentially redeeming what was wrong underneath. He also followed up to make sure things were working as expected, which I really appreciated. Every service provider should take a page out of Russ and his teams book on working with customers.

    We had some aggressive roots growing into our main drain line to the point we had a back up. We called quality sewer & drain to have it cleaned out a couple of times. We then decided to have the pipe relined. They did a great job! No digging they did all from the inside of our finished basement. Not only did they do a great job and leave my basement room the same way they found it, they were willing to work with our schedule and do it while we were away. That way it wouldn’t be a hassle for us using the water. So happy we never have to worry about the tree roots again!!!

    Called Russ to inspect slow-moving main drain in a commercial building, after a camera inspection he determined the cause to be a broken pipe and root intrusion. I was able to watch live on the camera screen with him and he saved the video so that I could have it for future reference. He proposed a no-dig repair solution which was ideal based upon the location of the break. He was on time, went over the whole process in a clear and concise manner, and performed the work professionally. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend his services to others. Both Russ and his employee Brian are pros.

    Russ was AMAZING! I noticed water spraying out of my main in the basement and had no idea what to do. A friend suggested I call Quality Sewer & Drain. The receptionist said they were closed for the day but would ask Russ if he could swing by. Not only did he swing by within the hour (mind you this was 7pm) but he diagnosed that my water meter blew and called the town to come out and replace it.     1/10/2019Russ from Quality Sewer and Drain was communicative, prompt, professional, effective and the cost was reasonable. I used Google Maps to contact Russ on a Saturday afternoon and was able to book a Monday morning appointment to clear our drain. Russ provided a rough estimate and after doing significantly more work than a normal drain clearing came through with a very fair rate.We had a clogged drain that ended up being ~60 feet from our house. Russ cleared the roots that were the problem and gave us a set of recommendations for how to deal with it going forward.I will be recommending Quality Sewer and Drain to everyone I can, as I couldnt be more satisfied with the service Russ provided!

    My main sewer drain to the street backs up every few years and needs to be cleaned out. Its been going on for years, and I have a regular guy who comes and cleans it out for me. When it backed up this morning, I called him and wouldnt you know, he was on vacation. So, I searched online and found Quality Sewer and Drain. They had great reviews and to top it off they are from my home town of Danvers - support your local businesses!!!I called around 10:15 a.m. and Russ and his apprentice were able to make it around noon. I was very pleased. Their work was really good. They had to clear the whole drain all the way to the main sewer, and then went in with a camera to check it out. Turn out its not roots as my last guy thought, but a belly. A dip in the pipe that catches stuff and slowly backs up. So now that I know what is actually wrong I can fix it if I want.Long story short - fast, clean, friendly, and modern equipment. Id say Ive got a new drain guy :-)
