We hired Paulo to do new lighting and light fixtures (including recessed lights, chandeliers, etc), new ceiling fans, fresh paint and a couple of accent walls. We are pleased with how the project turned out. Paulo and his team are fast and work with care. They offered design suggestions without being pushy and we ended up with a nicer result than we originally planned. Paulo’s prices are fair and I would recommend him to others.

Paulo and his team were professional , responsive, and exceeded our expectations during a full kitchen and basement remodel in our home. This was an extensive project that included bringing down load bearing walls in order to make the main floor open concept. Paulo communicated everything that needed to be done and reassured us along the way. He was available whenever we had questions and at no point did we feel that things were beyond our control. The workmanship was excellent and the kitchen/basement came out exactly how we envisioned it. M&P renovations provides a great team of carpenters, plumbing, electrical etc. I recommend Paulo and his team for all your home project needs!

I hired Paulo to add a 4 season sun room with an attached storage room. I met with multiple contractors but Paulo was the only one who said he could do the job exactly how I wanted it done. The project did take a bit longer than expected but Im very pleased with the end result. I would recommend Paulo to anyone who is planning a renovation.

I highly recommend M&P Renovation Inc. for your next project. Really! I had M&P remodel my whole house by gutting my newly purchased house which was in dire need of an update. From the kitchen, living room, family room, half bath and master bathroom. A tall task, especially for a house that hadn’t been updated in some 20-30 years. The process was simple right from the start. Paulo came and talked with me of a design of an interior space that would worked before anything happened. I then was shocked to see that once approved & ready there was a detailed production schedule that was meticulously detailed down to the week, day & hour. This schedule allowed me to see who and when certain tasks would be finished, which let me schedule my life around their milestones, truly awesome. Their craftsmen were beyond professional and respectful to my home. From laying down flooring covering current, vacuuming after every day & so much more.While things were rolling the project flew, working together discussing everything from choosing the right tile, flooring & materials. The build was planned & finished with a master craftsman touch. I never worried about the final product because the ease they set up ahead of time was text book. I am beyond thankful that I called M&P Renovation to master this monster project. If there were anything that my wife and I werent satisfied, we addressed it and Paulo took care of it.Please know that M&P wasn’t recommended originally through anyone or a review, I honestly just saw their quality on their website and hoped that they would be able to do my job while i focusedon my full time job. Well, they really out did themselves, I am thankful for their teams hard work, I am truly a happy client.

As soon as I met Paulo and discussed a renovation I felt immediately at ease. And I made the right choice. This review is long overdue but we had a great experience with Paulo & his team last year for our master bathroom remodel. It was quite extensive work that involved expanding the current bathroom space but he quickly understood our vision and the outcome was better than we expected. He was approachable, reasonable and quickly answered questions or addressed any concerns right away including coming over after hours to ensure we felt comfortable with how things were progressing. In one instance, we didnt like the paint color (which we chose) after it was already painted on the walls, and Paulo didnt hesitate or make us feel bad with having his team re-paint after we chose a better color we liked. All in all, we highly recommend M&P Home Renovation for any remodeling needs.

Paulo is definitely one of the easier guys to work with. We did pretty extensive interior work including a full kitchen & bathroom teardown & rebuild. He did everything from reinforcing and supporting to final touches. We enjoy the inside of our home much more now that Paulo worked his magic.My one criticism would be that the final touches - performed mostly by his other workers - werent always done great or were overlooked. But Paulo is great at coming in and making sure youre happy in the end. Id definitely use Paulo again.

I almost did not want to finish my basement. I talked to a number of people before Paulo and didnt feel confident giving someone such a big job. That changed after talking to him. Once you talk to Paulo, you probably wont go with anyone else. Cost is comparable, if not cheaper than some, quality is superior, he is very easy to work with, does not try to sell anything and very honest. You basically tell him what you want to get done and he will give you suggestions around only those. He is very accommodating. I am personally very picky and a stickler for little things. He always obliged, even for the littlest things. One example where he won my trust - I have a fridge in my basement which is functional but I was considering if I should get rid of it. All the other contractors I talked to offered to take it with them. Paulo told me that its a good fridge and I could sell it (or keep it) for some money. Did I mention that he finished the work within a reasonable timeframe? Yes, he did!Highly recommended and I like his work so much that I will get him to do my patio too.

My wife and I hired M&P to add/replace a number windows in house - a few were replaced because they were too drafty and the others were added/expanded to bring more light into the house. As new homeowners, this was a new experience for us. However, at each step of the processes - from initial consultation and ordering to installation and a few follow-up tasks, Paulo was there to provide guidance, set expectations, and ensure the job was completed on time and on budget. We feel very lucky to have found him and plan to hire his team again in the future. As for the work of M&P, we no longer hear the wind coming through our bedroom windows and light now fills two rooms in a way that reminds us of the great work Paulo and his team did for us.

We originally contacted Paulo for a bathroom remodel and to assist us with taking down a load bearing wall. Like everyone we have had poor experiences with other contractors. While Paulo was helping us we had other ideas. Full kitchen remodel with a massive garden window that would need to be supported from the outside, renovate the master bedroom, take out and add door frames, tear down a ceiling and create a vaulted room, cut into walls and add windows in the entire house, put central AC with separate zones for different areas of the house. Closets, built ins, handrails. I am sure there are many things that I forgot. Every time Paulo would get a handle on something we would add something else to his plate. Not only did Paulo do everything by the books with exceptional quality and expertise, he remained consistently responsive and willing to communicate throughout the entirety of the project which lasted for 6 months. He continued to go above and beyond our expectations of what a contractor could be. I truly cant recommend him highly enough. For future projects in our home we will never call anyone else.
