This is 5 stars based on the quick response to help in an emergency. Late on a Friday afternoon during a holiday week, Mike came and helped with some emergency electrical heating issues. Very impressed and he was very nice. Great work too!

I cannot praise Mike and his team enough. I had a tree fall and rip power lines out of my house and severely dame my electrical box. I was able to get va hold of Mike at 8am the next day and he was over the assess it in 30 minutes. His team was able to get everything fixed that day!What makes him, stand out is that he is a genuinely a nice guy, who is extremely polite and respectful!

I called Mike on Saturday and he came on Monday to resolve my issues. My wife and I are glad he came. He found a serious issue with some wiring and repaired the issue. Great work and excellent customer service. Will call again with any issue.

The top of a delivery truck clipped the power line going from the pole to our house, breaking the wires and the conduit on the side of our house and leaving live wires dangling in our driveway. Of course National Grid refused to reconnect our power. And of course this happened during a wind and rainstorm. Michael Sarat to the rescue! Recognizing our emergency, he left the job he was on, got to our house quickly and went up the ladder in the storm. He rebuilt the conduit and restored our power safely. This was our second positive experience with MTS. Michael also installed an induction cooktop in our kitchen, which required installing a new circuit panel in the basement since the old one was full. Project was completed professionally on time and budget, no problems. Highly recommend MTS!

Mike has done both my pool and my A/C. His attention to detail and concern that everything looks right is what you want in every tradesman. He is so good in fact that my AC guy asked who did the electrical work and now he wants to use him. That is the ultimate test of a job done, when one of your peers wants to work with you. Mike showed up on time, cleaned up after himself, a true pro!. I will always use MTS!

Mike goes above and beyond for the people he works with. He came to my house to fix a small wiring issue or so I thought. Then discovered a larger issue left by a previous electrician. He came back at a later date to fix the problem. He worked on the project for 10 hours. He was diligent with his work. I feel better knowing a potential hazard in my home was avoided. If I have any electrical issues in the future. He will be the first person I call.

Mike is on time, prepared, and very thorough. He listens to what your concerns are and thinks of all the causes to whatever the problem is. We had NO electricity in our upstairs. He figured out the problem was an outside electrical socket and fixed it, changed out another electrical socket in our bedroom. He went over the electrical panel that was installed by another electrician. Made some helpful suggestions and tested everything before he left. He is well worth the money. We learned our lesson. Good electricians are hard to find. He’s a keeper!

My mother was home alone without a working phone and a parial electrical outage.MTS Electrical Contracting found the burnt fuse and replaced it. They also went around the house to make sure the phones were on the hook so Dad could call from the hospital. Obviously not an electricians role but they did it just to be kind. I definitely recommend this company!

Mike drove out if his way to help us out after a major flood in our basement. He’d never met us before but clearly wanted to help us with a bad situation. Not only did he do his job efficiently and quickly but he stuck around to ensure the town inspector was satisfied. And finally at the end of the day, hours after he left our job, he reached out to make sure our electric issues were solved. He could have easily handed us an exorbitant bill but he was more than fair!! I will absolutely call Mike for future work and I will happily refer him to friends and family!

Mike is my go-to electrician. Ive called in MTS for multiple projects: kitchen remodel, to bathroom addition, replacement of several lighting fixtures, rewiring. (I even recommended him to my general contractor who has since worked with him on other projects.) Mike can sometimes be very busy, but he is honest, knows his stuff, does good work, and shows up when he says hell show up. He stands behind his work. When one of my new under-counter lights started flickering, he came right over and replaced it.

We contacted MTS Electrical for an estimate to install electrical requirements for hot tub. Michael came over to site the within a couple days as promised and checked out requirements. I was impressed by his knowledge and confidence. We told him the hot tub was being delivered the following Tuesday and that we would like the electrical done on Wednesday if possible MTS got back within 24 hours with our best estimate received and said they could show up to do job on Wednesday and we hired them. They arrived and did a exceptional job. I highly recommend MTS Electrical Contracting.
