I was in the market for a whole house backup battery. After months of delays, I cancelled the contract with Tesla and contacted John. The site survey was on July 10, 2024. I received and signed the quote on the same day. The installation was completed on July 26!!I am very satisfied with their work and the politeness of their crew.I would give them a 10 on a scale of 1-5!! -

The crew that did our install was polite, kind, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Professional and prompt, they were also great with our dogs and aware of me working upstairs. -

I cannot say enough stuff about American Electrical Systems, and John Gill in particular! They installed my charger and then came back out 2 years later when I was having trouble with charging my car. John was great and explained the problem (connectivity issues) and even gave me some advice even though it was nothing to do with him. I highly recommend John and American Electrical Systems! -
