    Great roofing service at a reasonable price!Our 1500sqf roof was in a bad shape and needed a complete replacement, and it took their team only 6 hours from teardown to cleanup. They left everything clean and tidy after completion. No extra charges, except for optional chimney work that they addressed on the spot.Sarah was always available and very professional in coordinating and guiding us through the process.     We had a really positive experience with Phil from Over The Top Roofing. He originally gave us a quote last summer, and when we were ready to move forward this year, he quickly revised the estimate and kept us in the loop throughout the process.     Sarah helped me with a leak in my roof. She was professional, knowledgeable and provided me with a quote the same day for repair. She was able to get a crew out the next day before more rain came. The repair was done well and resolved the issue!

    Over the Top Roofing and Sarah were fantastic! The new roof they gave us turned out amazing! Sarah came to our house and used a drone to show us the state of our roof prior to the replacement. She was very knowledgable, explained things very thoroughly, and she was responsive throughout the entire process. Over The Top Roofing gave an extremely competitive price for the roof replacement.The crew replaced our entire roof in two days as well as removing our unused chimney and patching the hole. They arrived early in the time slot given and immediately got to work. They were very contentious of protecting our house and collecting nails by putting down tarps as they stripped the previous roof. They used ice and water shield throughout the entire roof, not just the first portion of it. They made sure to leave our house protected from rain overnight so that no water came into the hour. We would HIGHLY recommend Over The Top Roofing to help anyone with their roofing needs.

    Couldnt be happier. They were great in all aspects of the job. They came and gave a quote immediately, answered my questions, and gave me an honest and accurate timeline of when they could complete my roof.     We had a roof leak. Sarah came and gave us a very detailed report with photos from her drone and two proposals, one for repair and one for a new roof. Because all other roofers we called said we needed a new roof, we decided to replace the roof. Over The Top Roofings quote was reasonably priced and came with the best material and warranty, and they were very responsive and clear in communication so we went with them. They first mad a temporary fix for the leak which was free of charge and stopped the leak. They were very accommodative of our schedule and when the time came for the roof replacement, they came early every day, worked throughout the day and cleaned up really well after each day. They did a great job. They covered up everything when they started in the morning and cleaned up everything up when the day was done. The new roof looks great and looking at the rest of the house and yard you would not know there was any work done. I highly recommend them.

    I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Over The Top Roofing in a heartbeat! We are a small condo association in Salem, 100 year old building, which needed chimney removal, a porch roof re-do and some gutter and flashing replacement. Over the Top could do it ALL, and at an incredibly good rate. I got estimates from 2 other great local companies and OTT gave the best offer, which was about 70% less than the most expensive offer! I had confidence they knew what they were doing, going by all the excellent and testimonials. Front person Sarah is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, as all the reviews indicated. She came out promptly, took drone photos and explained what would be done very similar to the other contractors. Negotiating the contract and scheduling dates were easy, communication was good throughout the process, and they did all the work in the expected timeframe. They are FAST! Everything looks great and it was so affordable for our budget. I like to support local/smaller contractors, and would highly recommend Over the Top Roofing!

    Over The Top roofing was top notch. Sarah came to do an assessment and I was impressed that she used a drone to take photos of my roof. After some rainy weather the guys were finally able to do the work, and I got to see the completed photos after. They were able to fix my issue which was water leaking into my house due to cracks in the mortar in my chimney and issues with the flashing around it. Everything is great now. Sarah was very communicative and I didn’t have to ever worry about whether they were going to follow through or not which is an issue with some contractors. Very pleased with the work!!

    I had multiple companies come to our Home owners association to replace our flat rubber roof and Over the Top was the best pricing. Sarah was great with answering all my questions and even to get more added to what we needed on our Duplex. We had estimates from about 6 different companies. .. not only was their pricing fair but they used the same exact materials and provided an even better warranty than a company that was 3 times the amount.     Our roof is something that we only wanted to deal with once so we got quotes from a lot of roofers in the area. Over the Top (and Sarah) were direct, communicative and responsive and made sure that we were comfortable with everything before moving forward. Once we accepted the quote, they fit us in the next day.Not only did they replace the main roof, but they also installed a solar fan to keep the attic cool, vented our bathroom fan through the attic (finally!) and installed a cricket behind the chimney. They took care of our flat roofs and made sure they were done correctly. Both Sarah and Junior checked in with us throughout the process and made sure that we felt like a part of the decision making process.     Over The Top re-leaded our chimney: they replaced the flashing where the roof meets the chimney and built a new cricket. Previously, we would get a significant leak into our fireplace every time it rained. After Over The Top fixed the flashing, our fireplace has not leaked and it has rained a lot since the repair.We had gotten a few quotes for the job, and Over the Top was one of the most reasonably priced. Junior and his crew did a great job and Sarah was so helpful and kind during the whole process.

    We had a very good experience with Over The Top Roofing. They replaced most of our gutters and also made some minor roof repairs. They were happy to do exactly what WE needed as opposed to talking us into services that we didnt need or want. Crew was very friendly.
