I am a new and first time home owner and I have had a wonderful experience working with Len Gibely to get some of my major house projects done. I would highly recommend their services.Context: When we first moved in, we were informed that some of our siding was rotted, in part because we didnt have gutters. I reached out to my in-laws, who are local, to ask for a recommendation in contractors. They recommended Len Gibely very highly. My in-laws have restored two antique houses themselves, and are very particular about who they allow to do work on the house, so I knew Len Gibely would be good if they met the in-laws standards.Last year, the first project was to install gutters on our home and we could not be happier to have had that project completed. They even came in under budget by a little bit and completed the work in about a day.This summer, working with Brian again, they have done a fantastic job with fixing the rotted siding and helping chose materials that would help prevent some of the rot issues in the future. They also fixed parts of our roof that were causing issues. Both the siding and roof work were done together and took about 2 days total.Brian in particular has been accommodating to our schedules and came to evaluate our house a few times to make sure the contract included exactly what we wanted. He is incredibly professional. The team that worked on the house was also very friendly and considerate.Len Gibely has been polite, timely, accommodating, and went above and beyond for us for our first few major house projects. We couldnt be more grateful to have found someone we trust to help us maintain our first home.Edit: Added some photos for before and after (the missing piece of trim they came to fix today - just haven’t gotten a photo of it).

Gibely Contracting replaced the roof and 11 skylights. All work was performed in a very timely, efficient and professional manner. All skylights fit perfectly and were finished inside and out. The workers were very professional and they cleaned up all areas around the house at the end of each day. Some additional work was needed because of damage found under the siding, which Gibely also repaired. Gibely carpenters also replaced two outside doors. I cant say enough about the finished work and personnel. I highly recommend !

I reached out to Len Gibely to install railings on our front porch. From the first interaction, they were very professional and clearly very competent. We emailed back and forth a few times to finalize details of the job and they got back to me right away with a quote that was right in line with some other quotes I had gotten. I went with Len Gibely because their interactions with me so far had given me a lot of confidence. Once the job was done, I knew I had made the right choice! They emailed a few days in advance to schedule the job, they arrived when they said they would, it took about as long as they said it would, and the work was impeccable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They are booked out a while, and now I know why. But it’s worth the wait!

Len Gibely Contracting installed gutters in December 2018, and in early 2024 i experienced a difficulty with one major gutter in front of my house not having the right pitch for draining. I emailed Deb from the main office and and received a reply to contact her. After a few days passed , Deb called me following up with my concern . . .this is impressive most company will wait for the call. Although marginal on the warranty, Len Gibely Contracting removed and reinstalled the existing gutter correcting the pitch, and also made some adjustments to another piece in the back of my house to improve drainage. Great job and a no nonce company doing good business and caring about customer . . . 100 %

Len Gibley Contracting did our roof about two months ago and we had a great experience. The office staff was great and the on-site crew was wonderful. Even better, the estimate was right on the money. But, MORE IMPORTANTLY, I noticed a couple of shingles were buckling yesterday and called the office. I had an email response by the end of the day, and a crew showed up today, re-inspected the roof, and fixed the problem area. If you need a roof, talk to Gibley. They stand behind their work.

We worked with Len Gibely to repair tree damage to our porch roof from a spring storm. As the roof was overdue for re-shingling, they took care of that as well. We needed to replace two skylights and the back half of our roof. Im so glad we chose to work with Len Gibleys team - they communicated proactively from the first moment I requested a quote. They let me know when weather would delay our start and arrived right on time the day we scheduled. Skylights required some indoor finish work and that was done really well and they left my upstairs cleaner than they found it. The crew were all friendly and polite and very careful to protect our property and left the outdoors immaculate - they even bring leaf blowers to make sure everything is off the patio and driveway. No screws left behind to give you a flat tire. Will hire this company again and 100% recommend them.

I used Brian and team on two repairs. The first one was a slow leak over a bay window that has been going on 5-6 years and had three different contractors try to fix. Brian and his team looked it for five minutes and knew exactly what the problem was and then fixed it, as well as repaired extensive water damage along the entire outside wall.We then wanted to replace a custom and 60 year old set of bay windows in our kitchen. Brians guys did an outstanding job of changing the windows and repairing a lot of old water damage along the outside wall of the house.LG and Brian are now my go-to company for any exterior house repairs and contracting.

We had rotting fascia, but wanted to keep our existing gutters as they were in good condition. Len Gibely was the only company willing to let us keep the gutters and do the repair. They also discovered rot and mold from some incorrectly installed flashing, which required repair and reshingling, as well as some soffit rot that required repair. Al, the technician, was extremely polite and efficient, and the neatest construction person we have ever had work on our home. We would absolutely work with Al and Len Gibely again.

We were referred to this company by a former colleague, who had nothing but good things to say about the company and they were 100% correct. Len Gibely Contracting was responsive, fairly priced, and did a terrific job. Our new roof went up so efficiently (everyone came on time and it took even less time than we were told it would) and looks so good that our neighbors asked workers about doing theirs while the job was still in progress! In addition, the workers were courteous, neat, and cleaned up. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We will be using them in the future for other contracting needs, as they arise.

Best, best, best on the north shore! I got 5 quotes, asked many questions to compare apples to apples and Len Gibely came out the best every single time. Incredibly knowledgeable people from the person that answers the phone to every person that shows up on install day. Reasonably priced, goes the extra mile by having additional resources available (I needed addl. work with the siding) and literally every single person I spoke to on install day was amazing.
