David and his partner came out the same day I called to fix an issue with my toilet. They were not only quick but also very polite, and they offered a fair and transparent price for the job.     Elevate Plumbing is a great company. From the start, David was an excellent communicator, honest, and punctual.I had a relatively large job for him to complete in a high rise (not an easy thing to do) that required him to work in two stages. He made my job very easy. He worked with building management to ensure the job was done in line with their requirements and communicated every step of the way. The work itself was top notch.I paid David after the first stage of the job, but I had no concerns about him not returning. The next stage didnt happen for six weeks, but David got back to me immediately when I finally reached back out and finished up quickly.Dont hesitate reaching out to have David and Elevate help you with your plumbing needs.

    Great communication and problem solving. Building had a foundation leak issue. Other contractors had expensive bids, with overkill ideas that didn’t seem to address any particular root cause. David took the time to crawl into a very tight space between adjacent buildings, found a disconnected gutter system, added a missing extension and tied it all back together quickly. Will definitely use again!!!

    Had an emergency at 830pm on a Sunday night, called and David was on his way within 10 minutes. By 910pm he was working on the single nonworking toilet in my condo unit, and by 925pm, he was done and packing up. A wonderful, polite, and consciousness gentlemen, took the utmost care in repairing the situation, and suggesting future improvements to avoid such issues down the line. Caring for your near 80 year old mother requires a working toilet, at all times, and thanks to David, we didnt have to leave and stay at a hotel, which was beginning to look like a possibility. Would definitely recommend to everyone and will for sure use again. 11/10, brilliant, fast, efficient work.

    I’m so grateful for Elevate Plumbing! On Thanksgiving morning, we discovered a major leak in our shower. It was stressful, especially with family in town and the holiday in full swing.     David is terrific. He showed up exactly when he said he would and the work was done professionally. He replaced a shower valve in the wall and all of the shower fixtures. He also replaced our kitchen faucet and remounted the undermount kitchen sink which had come loose. The work area was all cleaned and put back together and everything is functioning perfectly. I highly recommend David and Elevate Plumbing.

    I called around a few places and felt Elevate was the best choice for us. We live in a condo so the administrators can be kind of difficult, but David was swift and professional in getting what was needed and made everything very easy for us. The consultation was quick and he was super clear on what they were going to do and how much it would cost. In the end they had to remove a wall panel, move a toilet, and address more of the pipes than projected. David was more than fair with the price and it didn’t differ much than the original quote. Overall, I would give them 10/ 10. If I know anyone in need of these services, I will be suggesting Elevate.

    David is an absolutely wonderful plumbing professional.I called him earlier in the week about my toilet that had developed a really foul odor. He actually took the time to talk me through the issue over the phone and develop some ideas on what the problem might be. I told him that I work semi-off hours during the week, so he graciously agreed to come to my house on a Saturday to fit my schedule.David arrived on schedule and got straight to work. He walked me through every stage of his repair process. He lifted the toilet off the flange and found that the wax seal had degraded due to the previous plumber not installing it correctly. He put a new seal on the flange, put a fresh coat of clear caulk around the toilet and even disinfected and cleaned the floor when he was finished.Davids price for the repair was also very fair. Most companies these days wont even put you on their calendar without a $400 down payment.Overall, I definitely recommend Elevate Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs, and I will definitely use their services again in the future.

    It was very pleasant to work with David. He is prompt and very responsive, excellent communication all the way thru the process. I had AO Smith 40 gallon electric water heater installed within several hours after my inquiry. The price was fair but more importantly it was done while I was communicating with David remotely and it was done without any typical plumbing company delays where they “need to send technician” to assess the project and charge you “dispatch fee or service call fee” and then issue the quote, which of course creates delay in the execution of the project and unnecessary steps.Thank you, David, it was pleasure to work with you and will definitely keep you in mind for all my plumbing needs.     We had a very serious problem with corroded pipes leading from the house and through an underground pipe leading to our septic tank. David from Elevate Plumbing was recommended to us and I am so happy we went with this recommendation! David was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining all the issues that may be involved in this repair so that there would be no unexpected surprises. He and his assistant, (and I am sorry I dont know his name), tackled this project, and repaired the pipe in about 3 hours. They did a GREAT job, with no unexpected issues or additional cost, keeping with the original quote, which was very reasonable for this large project. When they left, there was no evidence of dust, debris or anything else that indicated they were ever in our home! We are MORE than happy and will absolutely use this company again, should the need ever arise. I have already recommended this company and David to my neighbors and friends. :)
