    Dutra was incredible from start to finish! Mike and his team were on it- even on the Thanksgiving holiday weekend- our main sewer pipe was crushed and once Dutra came in to evaluate -we had a working system again in 3 days. They had to dig under our driveway with major equipment and replace pipes. They were professional and efficient and so helpful! I recommend them without hesitation.

    Our pipe from the house to the street was blocked, and we had to replace it.After receiving two proposals from two companies, I called Chris from Dutra. He arrived in less than an hour later, and checked everything. He made us feel we were in good hands and explained the process. He gave us an amazing offer and came the morning after with a permit, which was wonderful since it was an emergency repair.The Dutra A team arrived and in less than 8 hours we had a new pipe installed. Chris answered every question we had and always with a smile. We highly recommend Dutra!!!

    Dutra came recommended from my wifes coworkers as her company uses them for their work and the overall experience did not disappoint. Following a camera inspection, Chris came over to our home, sat down with us, and broke down the plan to us for his recommendation for a path forward. He truly made us feel as if our issue was his issue and that he was determined to help us get it resolved. Chris, Jose the Foreman, and the crew are experienced, professional, as well as great communicators; all traits that are truly appreciated and key in maintaining a healthy business.My pregnant wife and I were without a sewer line for 2 months and we were getting overwhelmed we couldnt stay in our home that we had purchased just 3 months prior the start of the problem. Bottom line, Dutra came in and resolved our issue and we are beyond grateful. Now that we are able to go #2 in our home, Chris and his team are #1 in our hearts.

    Dutra was able to come over, remove a clog in my sewer line, diagnose the problem and fix it in the same week. Len the plumber was going to charge me 3x the amount without even knowing the problem. Dutra diagnosed the problem and utilized a camera to get the exact location so that I did not need to remove a tree! Highly recommend, Chris and team were amazing!

    I had a small crack in my sewer line that was leaking into my basement. Was more like a trickle of water, so a nonemergency. I emailed Dutra and received a call back within 10 minutes. Within 20 minutes Kyle came over to inspect the issue. I ended up needing a new sewer line due to aging, cracks, and roots.The Dutra team provided a fair estimate with no excavating needed. I received multiple estimates and Dutra was the clear choice. They handled the permits, coordination, scheduling. Dutra was back within a week and replaced the line in a day. Kyle and his team were a delight to work with! Very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. I felt at ease knowing this work was in good hands. I can’t forget about Valoree in the office!     If you are looking for a company to replace or repair your sewer line, look no further. Dutra is a wonderful family run company! Pricing is fair, customer service is top notch and workmanship is clean and thorough. We had our 100 year old line replaced. My property looked back to normal in 3 days! They began on a Friday, returned the following Monday and Tuesday to finish up the job. Owner and employees were friendly, courteous and professional. Hire them, you wont be disappointed!

    When your home’s sewage line fails, its a big deal! We had our basement flooded from our laundry room wasteline. Our plumber said our main sewer line under the cement slab was broken after snaking it and hitting a blockage. How were we going to get this fixed!? After doing some research online and getting local recommendations, I came across Dutra Sewer. I am so relieved to have found them! Chris and Kyle were responsive and professional. They reassured me they would swiftly handle the situation. They checked the line with a video camera, pinpointed the break and fixed the pipe within a couple of hours of work. We were back in a functioning house in no time! Prompt, professional and personable family business. I highly recommend them.

    Highly recommend! I had an emergency at my home with a collapsed lateral sewer pipe from under my driveway apron thru to the main sewer pipe connection. They showed up on time and got immediately to work. No nonsense, no BS. Work was professional, thorough and very neat. Dutra took care of all permitting, bonding and police coverage quickly. Chris and his crew made sure that the sewer line was clear of any clogs and/or debris from the house thru to the main before they left. Job was completed in one (1) day. Thank you again!

    Dutra was recommended to me from my plumber who has been working with them for over 20years. They did not disappoint. I worked with Chris one of the owners who was very responsive, answered all my questions, explained the process in detail and eased my mind. He went above and beyond to make me feel at ease in such a stressful situation (my sewer pipe bursting in my basement and having to fix the entire line to street) as well as get everything done as quickly as possible. The entire team was kind, respectful and professional. They got the work done much faster than i anticipated, even after some unforeseen issues arising. They cleaned up my property nicely too and aside from a small patch of grass that they reseeded for me, it looks like nothing was done at all. Highly recommend. I will be keeping them on list for emergencys although i really hope i never need to call again! :)

    Mike was great. Roto Rooter said we should replace our sewer line. Mike read the report and said we didn’t need it & turned us away. Hard to find that kind of honesty these days. Would definitely recommend him to anyone with a problem & if we ever do need to replace our line he’s the 1st person we will call.

    I had a Sewer Line which I found out was completely obliterated Remedied By Kyle & Chris from Dutra. It took them 2 hours to locate line because it was coming out at a 45 degree angle from property. They worked all day from 8am till almost 5pm to make sure We were back up and running. Kyle was very responsive to all my calls and text messages and let me know what had to be done before they arrived at property. Chris & Kyle were very understanding of my unfortunate situation and we were able to work out short term financing. There is a Retention wall about 5ft High that was in the way of this project. Dutra might not be the lowest Quote you receive but they are very knowledgeable and performed the work as expected. I cannot thank them enough for completing the Job swiftly and Having my family return to normal life in our home. I would Highly Recommend Dutra you ever have a Serious Sewer line problem. These guys will get job done !!!

    I had Mike and his family come over and install a new water service on July 29 2019 and I could not say it more that they are absolutely professional and did a great job. Our flood happened on a Friday (July 27) and after getting a recommendation from someone I called them on Saturday afternoon and was able to schedule for Monday morning. I will say and having 25+ years in construction, Mike, his sons and crew came in did the job correctly and left like they were never there. No BS just came in and did a stellar job. It’s nice to see people who still take pride into what they do. And after 6 months, I had to call about something else after reminding Mike who I was he remembered me and helped me with another issue. Thanks Dutra for your help.

    I had a problem last week with a connection from the sewer line from my house out to my septic system. Unfortunately, the builder had neglected to encase the pipe in concrete or gravel, so it was completely sheared.Mike Dutra came to the house within an hour of the issue (Thursday afternoon). By Friday morning, a crew (led by his son Kyle), came first thing and repaired the entire issue - and made the system far more serviceable going forward. They were incredibly professional and mindful of our home. When they were finished, it was as if no one had even been there. I cannot recommend Dutra more highly.
