Were very pleased with how Quality Gates provided much needed care for our somewhat neglected entry and exit gates. Justin, the Technician, was professional and extremely knowledgeable. After his throughout diagnostics of our issues, Justin was kind and helpful when suggesting the required and optional repairs and maintenance needed to get our gates operational again. Quality Gates and Openers stands by their work! They installed the gate at Bethel Village, the womens shelter side of the Panama City Rescue Mission more years ago than I can count. But when we had issues with it, they diligently worked on it, much of time over the weekend, until they got it working again. I couldnt be more satisfied with their product or with their service. They are a truly outstanding organization! And a special shout out to Chuck. He was great - very responsive and very courteous!

Today our subdivision had an issue with our front gate after a delivery driver drove too close and made contact with it. Afterwards the gate would not open. We called Quality Gates to ask what we needed to do to fix the situation. One of our residents is a Physician who needed to be at the hospital to see patients, and therefore it was important that we get the gate open for him to leave. Within 5 minutes from my phone call to Quality Gates, Mr. Chris Harris showed up and promptly solved our problem. Chris isnt a Service Tech, but he came anyway to help get us up and running again. A huge THANK YOU to Chris and everyone at Quality Gates from all of us at Osceola Point. Thanks for saving the day. Quality Gates has been servicing our front gate for over 10 years, and they are always extremely prompt, professional, and courteous. We HIGHLY recommend them.

Their staff is always polite and when I call, they are usually able to have a technician out within 24 hours. We have used Quality Gates a ew times and never been disappointed. They have sent someone out every time the same day as long as the weather permitted. This time Travis and Justin came out..... these two spent the time fixing the gate and making sure we did not have anymore problems that we might not know about. After they were done they came inside and took the time to make sure we understood what was going on. There pricing has always been fair and the best around this area. I will use Quality Gates again and only use them.

Mason from Quality Gates fabricated, powder coated and installed handrails for my front porch recently. I am very pleased with the quality, how attractive and serviceable they are. My 95 year old mom recently came over and was thrilled with the look and the fact that she could step up on my porch, by herself, with the help of the handrail.Mason was a very personable young man and installed the handrails in a very short period of time. Chuck is our technician, he is always very responsive and helpful. I am confident we are in the best hands. Been working with him almost two years and never once has he not came thru. He is here within an hour of contact at the longest. He is always a text or call away. I dont usually recommend vendors being a Portfolio Manager, however I do recommend Quality Gates. I have worked with Quality Gates on multiple properties since 2014 and never had an issue.Lets add Mike to this previous post. I recently relocated to managing a large Master HOA a lot of gates, now we have Mike on a regular basis. I wish I had gone through Quality Gates & Openers from the beginning. Unfortunately they had become the middleman in my project. The company heading up the job acted as if they didnt have time for me but QG&O came through like Champions. I had an issue with my openers from the install and I think with Chucks help we finally got that issue cleared up. Thanks guys and gals for everything.Update: Couple of years later. 12/2019Through no fault of Quality Gates and Openers, I have had to have the control board replace 2 or 3 times. For whatever reason they would just quit working. The first time they replaced the control board under warranty and the second time I was not looking forward to the expense of the control board and not sure about the warranty on the replacement board. So, I let it go and used the gate manually.I finally decided enough was enough and was going to get it fixed regardless. I called QG&O and Angel said she would have someone out in a couple of days. Bryce, a very nice man came to see if he could troubleshoot the control board and with Tech Support on the phone, he was following her instructions, step by step and when he connected power like he was told, it fried yet another control board.In gathering info on what to do, Tech Support told Bryce that the system required a 10-20 amp charger to keep the battery charged and the 110v would keep the charger working. Well, Im certainly no electrician but even I know you cant but a 20 amp charger on a 1.5a battery.Apparently the group of guys that are known as the Staff of Quality Gates & Openers got their heads together and decided they knew what to do. Between them and some other info source, (Im not sure who but it was someone in Tech Support), they all got their ducks in a row and sent Michael (M.J.) to my house and correcting the original configuration I now have a gate opener that works just like it should.I hope I never have to trouble those folks again, but Im 100% definite if I do, they will jump on it.Thanks Everyone at Quality Gate & Openers.

Quality Gates installed custom designed front gates and a pedestrian access point for the HOA where I live full-time. As the Treasurer of the HOA I was involved from requesting bids for the gates through the final punch-list at completion. Quality Gates does a very good job of communicating information.Quality Gates is excellent at listening and then creating a unique solution (gate design in this case). Quality Gates listens to what you want and then tells you what you need to achieve your desired results. This was extremely helpful throughout the initial idea stage and design stage.Quality Gates did a great job of assisting the HOA with design concepts, technical specifications, safety requirements and creating a design that satisfied the HOA Design Review Board criteria necessary for approval of the gates.The installation process was very smooth. The installation of the gates at the only access point to the community did not create any entry/exit delays for Owners during the installation process. The Quality Gates installation crew was quality, both polite and knowledgeable throughout the installation.The cost of the gates and pedestrian access point originally quoted was also the final cost of the gates and pedestrain access. There were no surprise additional costs. This is a strong testament to how well Quality Gates listens to the needs and requirements of the customer and the thoughtfulness and thoroughness of the initial bid/quote/proposal provided by Quality Gates.After the gates and pedestrain access were installed, Quality Gates did not disappear. Quality Gates provided a one-year unlimited warranty on the gates. Quality Gates responed quickly to all service requests and made the adjustments required without hesitation and at no additional cost to the HOA. This has been a very different experience (in a good way) than experienced with other vendors involving warranty related services.Quality Gates also installed security cameras at the gates and at other locations within the community. The camera installation project was as seamless as the gate installation. From initial quote to final punch-list Quality Gates was quality.Overall, Quality Gates and Openers is a quality company.

I had heard that Quality gates was very expensive, but they were worth every penny we spent with then. We were very satisfied with their work and will certainly call them every tine we have a problem with our electronic gate.We had another problem with our gate and Bryce was quick to respond with another 5 star repair. Love this company and its employees. They installed our electronic gate arms in 2015 and we have continued to have them service our gates at least twice a year since installation. I had some damage to the gate hinge with Hurricane Michael. I called Brandi and within a few days she sent the team to open my gate.
