If you have a plumbing problem, I suggest you call Blue Moon Plumbing. My hot water heater died yesterday, and my neighbor suggested I call Fred Bach, the owner of Blue Moon Plumbing. He arrived and was so courteous. He brought a new hot water heater and installed it. I now have lots of hot water. Thank you, Fred!!!!

I had an emergency outdoor pipe leak caused by the accidental water meter box damage on Saturday evening. I live in the different state and the water was flooding my the front yard of my beach vacation house. Blue Moon Plumbing was able to schedule this repair very quickly. This was a very stressful situation, but Fred made all things very easy and pleasant. He provided a very reasonable estimate which I paid remotely and the pipe was repaired one hour later. Fred is extremely nice person, very professional and helpful. He even installed an additional valve at no cost and provided 12 months of warranty. I recommend him highly and without reservation.

I had the best experience! I called Blue Moon Plumbing at 9am Memorial Day. They were there by 10am to diagnose an old leaky water heater. Replaced the same day with a fair price! I used Blue Moon Plumbing to do a complete re pipe of my three story beach vacation house. Fred did a thorough and professional job. He communicated very well with me as I am in a different state. I had used him before to do some smaller jobs, and I was very impressed with the quality of his work and his responsiveness. This re pipe was a huge undertaking, and Fred did a great job with every last detail. I highly recommend Blue Moon Plumbing, and I will use him again for any future plumbing issues.

Fred and Tyler rock! They will be our go to plumber for all our plumbing needs. We rent from out of state and needed to fully trust a professional over the phone. From the moment I talked to Fred, he immediately made me confident in his professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. Our water heater went on Friday morning, they were able to identify the problem (with a free same day quote mind you), work with the warranty, get an the heater ordered, and installed by Monday afternoon. Our tenants commented on the Fred / Tylers hard work, positive attitude, and care for our home. They will be the first / only call for our plumbing needs in the future.

I had a great experience with Blue Moon Plumbing. I was visiting my parents when a leak was discovered under their house. It was the weekend but when I spoke with Fred at Blue Moon he was out within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. He came out a few days later and replaced all pipes under the house as well as all fixtures inside the house. My family and I definitely give 5. Had a clogged sewer line late Saturday night, with sewage backing up into a shower. The first two companies wouldnt get back to me until the first business day (Monday).Blue Moon answered on the first ring and Fred (owner) was at my house at 3 AM, only 30 minutes after I first contacted them. Fred was courteous and professional, clearly explaining my options. He then went on to quickly resolve the issue, at a very reasonable price.Blue Moon is now my go-to plumbing company!

Excellent customer service. They were able to come out the same day and repair a clogged garbage disposal quickly and after hours. Thats insanely difficult to find in PCB. Best of all, the rate was very reasonable and they didnt charge an after hours fee. I would gladly use them again!

Kept the Appointment we made and contacted us ahead of time to say actual time of arrival. Gave a written estimate for the work to be done. Once we approved the estimate, he installed our new kitchen, and bathroom fixtures, as well as our wet bar fixtures, he also leveled and balanced the dishwasher, and installed a new water line to the dishwasher. Also installed a new garbage disposal. He worked professionally and did a very neat job, including cleaned up all trash.Fred - the owner then talked to us about where the water cut off was for the unit, incase there is ever a problem, he wanted to be sure we knew where the cut off was. He inspected the water heater and the told us it was in good condition, and looked like it was installed properly.Very Professional, very personable, did a great job.Oh yeah, he gave us a 10% discount because I am a veteran.If you need a plumber call Blue Moon Plumbing LLC.
