After completing a home owners self inspection for underwriting purposes, I needed to have an under vanity water valve replaced. I contacted Monroe Plumbing, our HOA preferred back flow valve inspection company. I spoke with Linda who was courteous and professional. Scott called later same day and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday at 10:30 am, NOT a 2 hour window! He showed up on time and completed the job at a fair price within 15 minutes! Great! Thanks Monroe Plumbing!

Im so impressed with this company! Our hot water heater quit and was leaking into the condo below. Since we are new to the area, we didnt have a plumber yet. We saw a Monroe Plumbing truck in our parking lot and decided to give them a call. Linda was so friendly on the phone and had Scott at our house within 20 minutes. He assessed the situation, shut off the supply water valve and said he would be back at 8am the next day to replace the unit. Sure enough Scott and Chris arrived promptly at 8am and made quick work of replacing the water heater and the supply valve. They were incredibly respectful of our home, so professional, and super friendly. It was a pleasure meeting these guys and we are happy to support a 3rd generation family business - what a rare and special thing!!

I called Monroe plumbing late afternoon on Wednesday to inquire about getting a few leaky hoses fixed in our backyard. Scott came out early Thursday morning and had everything fixed quickly, neatly, and was so polite. He explained what was happening and where the problems were for each hose bib.
