    Kenny came out to our house in Palmetto Point tonight (last minute emergency call with extra work included). I can’t say enough good thing about his work. My dogs are difficult, he wasn’t phased. He replaced every valve on all of our sinks and toilets and also replaced our bathroom sink drain. Everything looks amazing and he completed the job quickly. From now on, this is the local business I am going to call if I need plumbing services. Fair price and great employees.Thank you Kenny!

    I would highly recommend this company. We had used other plumbing companies in the past few weeks to get our sinks and garbage disposal installed after some countertop renovations. Other companies were professional but very expensive. Ray came today and installed the connections for two of our sinks and figured out what was wrong with our garbage disposal, that the other company never even mentioned to us that there was something wrong. He was very friendly and professional. He did a good job and did it in a very timely manner. I would recommend using this company and especially Ray if you are in need of any plumbing services. We will be using them again in the future.

    I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received from Armstrong! The quality service, the customer service, the financing options, and competitive pricing really helped us, especially during the holiday season. With the amount of work we had done re-piping our entire house after a foundation leak happened , they had us up with water within a day. Jessie the main tech we dealt with went above and beyond With his professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. He always explained things and was excellent in communicating with us every step of the way! Five Stars to the entire team! Don’t call anyone else!

    I called on Christmas Eve day and got a call back from Amber to schedule for the day after Christmas. Tyler arrived at 8am. He pinpointed the leak and replaced the pipes and cleaned out a clog that was supposed to be done by another plumbing company previously. Tyler was courteous, friendly, thorough, neat, cleaned up beautifully and totally knew what the issues were. All got fixed perfectly. Tyler, I will ask for you if I ever need a great plumber again. Great company. Highly recommend!

    This was our first time using Armstrong Plumbing. We were very pleased at the responsiveness to our leak issue. They came when they said they would and the service techs Chuck and Milton could not have been nicer or more efficient. The work was fairly extensive yet we felt comfortable with the final cost. Amber was another individual who was very understanding and stayed on top of our scheduling needs. All said and done, Armstrong will be our plumbing service provider from now on.

    Chris did an awesome job installing our new water heater after our 20 yr old one stopped working.     We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday morning. Called and they scheduled and Ray (Superman!) showed up within the scheduled time period and took care of our plugged drain issue. Got us up and running in about an hour. Had to remove the toilet to be able to snake because of no other access. Very knowledgeable; very friendly. Will definitely use Armstrong and will ask for Ray again. He is an outstanding young professional.

    Mike and Chris were amazing. They came out within an hour of our sink clogging and they also installed a new faucet and drain we had bought. They were professional, friendly, punctual, and really knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this business as their customer service and knowledge is astounding.     We’ve had an ongoing sewer backup problem…. Of course it happened again on a Saturday. I called the plumber we had been working with on the issue but they didn’t pick up. Boy Am I glad they didn’t!!! Mike Johnson was on call ….Great to work with… explained everything… checked prices with me every step of the way…AND seems like the problem may be solved instead of bandaged. All in all a very pleasant experience for Saturday emergency plumbing! Armstrong Bros is definitely my new plumber!

    Right off the bat I knew I had the right people. Amber was so nice on the phone and seemed genuinely concerned with our problem. The pool company has run over our sewage line and either cracked it or belled it, or at least that’s what Milton said. Which leads me to my next point. It was about 5:30 pm and he showed up and knew his stuff, got the line cleaned out so we could get by for a day or so until we could get a scope/camera out to inspect the line beneath the ground. Which by the way, will be tomorrow, because Armstrong Brothers plumbing is awesome! Thanks for all your help.

    This was my first time using Armstrong and Im totally happy with the results. Our island sink clogged, and I tried for a week to fix it (vinegar, baking soda, dishwashing liquid, two types of Liquid Plumber).     I recently met one of the owners, who was coaching the Armstrong Plumbing baseball team against my team. I had a backflow that needed repair. He said someone would call first thing in morning. His secretary/front desk called first thing as promised and set it up to be repaired early afternoon. They came as stated and took care of the issue swiftly.     Having just purchased a home in Palmetto and down from PA for the first time to discover a slow draining sink. We did everything possible to resolve but then called Armstrong based on the reviews. To my excitement, Ray shows up for the appointment - Ray was HIGHLY recommended on many reviews.     I had another company come for a sewer blockage 10 days previous. My system was blocked again. Mike Johnson, from Armstrong Plumbing was the tech that came to my rescue. He was professional and was very knowledgeable, courteous and was quite a bit more thorough (it was obvious what the other company did not do while watching him) Without bad mouthing the other company he did say that the blockage had not adequately cleared.I would not hesitate to call Armstrong Plumbing again.

    Mark removed a garbage disposal from the kitchen sink then reconnected the dishwasher and the two sinks together under the cabinet.     I had a plumbing emergency on Saturday and my regular plumber couldnt fix it until Monday. All the toilets were backed up, even into the showers, and I had a house full of house guests -- clearly not something you can live with until Monday! Armstrong sent a plumber out right away and he had the problem fixed immediately. He even pointed out a builders defect with one of the toilets piping that could cause future problems.Great service!     Andy was on time and was able to install our garbage disposal, sink, faucet, get the dishwasher working and hook the water line to our fridge after a full kitchen renovation.     My design studio had an epic flood overnight which nearly destroyed all of our computer equipment. I frantically called the owner at 5:30a.m. to see if they could get a plumber or 2 to our building ASAP - man did they!! The owner himself showed up with 2 of his guys and they not only fixed the pipe - they all aided in the cleanup(pretty sure thats not their job) as we had employees and customers coming in later that morning. Dreading seeing the invoice - I opened it and was pleasantly surprised to find out it was quite a bit less than expected. I give them an A+ for sure!!

    We had a leak in a lead pipe that was buried under a slab between our lanai and home. We used a leak detection service to pinpoint the leak and they recommended Armstrong Bros. Plumbing. We are glad we used them. They jackhammered the slab, found the leak and repaired the pipe as good as new! We would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend.
