I work with Shannon and Shawn over several months to plan my deck because I wasnt ready for immediate construction. Their professionalism and patience stood out as they guided me through the process of securing an engineer and city permits. Shawn managed the entire process, keeping me informed at every step. Working with them was a delight, and my deck turned out even better than I anticipated—it looks absolutely amazing. If you choose this company, you wont be disappointed. I plan to rely on them for any future work on my home.

Shawn and his team were absolutely incredible! This is my second experience with this company and it was just as good as the first! 5 years ago they built a rooftop deck at my home and it came out amazing!I called this company again to bid a huge warehouse renovation including building a 50’ wall, removing gutters, refacing exterior, painting, and then tons of interior work - installing plumbing, moving walls, exposing ceilings and more!Shawn and his team showed up onsite within a few days and started crushing it from day 1. They showed up every day and we’re consistent with doing exactly what they said they would do. There were several things that we wanted changed along the way and they were patient and helpful the whole time! The result was absolutely incredible! The renovation looks night and day and we couldn’t be happier.If you are considering hiring a contractor for anything, don’t even look elsewhere! Shawn did an incredible job remodeling our bathroom and replacing our 1200 sqft deck. We used Wear Deck composite decking and Shawn suggested only using Marine grade framing. He was super easy to work with, cleaned up daily, and was very communicative through the entire process. We had much lower quotes but after reviewing his work we decide to use and trust his company. You really do get what you pay for. We would highly recommend Tampa Bay Remodeing for all your construction needs!
