I hired Heavenly foundations to do an archway removal for my new house and I am extremely happy with the work they provided. I received a recommendation from my realtor and spoke with Justin. He was very knowledgeable and came out to give me an estimate on the job. He was very easy to reach which I know can be hard sometimes with contractors but he was always available. He answered all my questions and concerns and gave us different options and price points. I needed to have this work done by a certain date before my floors were done and he definitely delivered it! His workers Brian and also another Justin were great as well and did an amazing job on the casing and trim, all while keeping my house as clean as they could. Would highly recommend them! -

I called Heavenly foundations (and dealt with Justin who was easy to deal with and professional) to do a structural inspection on my crawl space over in Old Northeast St Pete. They came out immediately and gave mea report identifying every issue that needed addressing. I felt very confident with his assessment. The inspector was on time and very professional. I got my estimate right away and we made the repairs that I (the owner) deemed necessary. The company worked with me financially to get repairs done to help sell the house. I was very grateful for the entire experience and would recommend Justin and his company Heavenly Foundations. -

We had Justin Jones and Heavenly foundations work on our house as apart of our 203k home renovation loan. Justin and his team were very professional and did a great job with the work and fixed a few other small problems we had without question. Justin and his team communicated very well with us through the whole process and are very knowledgeable with the 203k renovation loan. We have never done a renovation loan and they made the process of getting the work done and done on-time effortless. -

Im a Realtor in St Petersburg area and have contacted Justin at Heavenly Foundation several times over the years to inspect homes I have under contract. I recently had one that the lender required the work to be done before closing. Unfortunately we were closing in 5 days and I didnt think we could get it done. I called Justin & he was so accommodating and put a rush on the work. He saved my transaction!! The work was completed 2 days before he estimated it to be as well. Your search for a reliable and knowledgeable structural engineer and builder is over. Justin Jones and his team are exceptional professionals who operate on another level than most. As a St Pete Beach realtor, I have relied up on and referred out many contractors. After being referred to Heavenly, I have never received such positive feedback from home owners/buyers. Justin evaluated a 5000 sq ft wooden beachfront listing and spent an extraordinary amount of time answering every question from the Buyer. That new homeowner is thrilled with their new home and is having Justin remodel it to high standards. -

Recently, I contacted a contractor to come to my house and assess an issue I had with a dip in my kitchen floor. The contractor looked at my floor and after a few minutes said I had to replace all the tile and subfloor work I had done a couple of years ago and all the joists underneath needed to be reinforced, too. That seemed like an unnecessarily big project and I wasnt sure about his expertise (since his speciality was in another construction field).A realtor friend of mine recommended I contact Heavenly Foundations because they did lots of work for him and his clients and it was a well respected company. Justin came to my house looked underneath in the craw space and said everything looked fine and no structural work needed to be done. He said the dip in the kitchen floor was a natural occurrence for an old house and working on it wasnt necessary.It was great dealing with a competent and honest contractor such as Heavenly Foundations. If you have a similar issue with your home, I highly recommend contacting them. -

Heavenly Foundations is an awesome company that defeated all expectations quickly, professionally and a price that I had to ask twice if I had heard correctly! The initial inspection/ assessment with color photos was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. The work began the following week with a crew led by Brian. They couldn’t have been more focused, kind and very organized as they set new pier supports and beams at a price less than half other bids which included an engineering study by a certified General Contractor and permitting. As a Realtor and home owner, I will recommend this company to my work colleagues, neighbors and friends for residential foundation work in South Tampa, Hillsborough and Pinellas County. -

Justin had the knowledge and helped us give a new face lift to our kitchen and bathroom. Heavenly Foundations was the only company out of all that I contacted that would repair my broken roof truss. I called several roofing companies about it, and they all said no because the job wasnt big enough. Then I spoke to Jarvis (the owner of HF) on the phone and he said it wouldnt be a problem. He and his guy Mark came to my house a few days later and repaired the truss quickly and correctly. I couldnt get into the attic space but they took photos and showed me the repair and it is solid! I also learned that Jarvis is the guy that teaches other contractors how to do this kind of stuff- Its nice to have an expert in your corner. Highly recommend! -

We needed Heavenly foundations to come out and tell us what was wrong with a homes foundation we were purchasing. Cecil really went out of his way to give us the information we needed to make a decision and did it, under terrible time constraints, with aplomb and professionalism. Prompt and professional. Needed a professional opinion about a possible foundation issue within buyers inspection period and Justin accommodated our time is of the essence request. When I pulled up 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment, Cecil was there waiting for us and checked both exterior and interior of the home. Fortunately, there were no foundation issues. I often judge a company not by the initial work that they perform but on their ability to provide follow up service and the responsibility they take. In the case of my 90 year old house, a small area of settlement occurred on my back porch as a result of previous work performed by Heavenly. Not surprising with an old place like mine. I wrote an email explaining the situation and Justin himself called me hours later. We met in person shortly there after at my house and a couple days later he had the problem fixed under his close supervision. We cannot control everything that happens in the future but we can control how we choose to react. Justin reacted quickly to fix my issue. I will use them in the future knowing that he is just a call away if I have problems. -

Was immediately told they don’t do manufactured homes and could not help me find someone who does or provide any help at all. If the owners of Heavenly read this, I’d respectfully work with your reps to show more interest in being helpful and the door is still open if you’re able to help me. Heavenly was awesome to work with. We have a historic home in Hyde Park, Tampa, and Heavenly replaced 9 piers as well as a 41 ft of beams. They even went as far as to send their inspector out after the job was complete to make sure it was done to spec and in accordance with the quote.As for the team, Andrea was extremely responsive, and the crew did a great job. Also, I wanted to give a special shout out to Mike (inspector) and Brain (foreman). They were both fantastic to work with, and I really enjoyed having them on the job on both a professional and personal level. Hope we cross paths again soon, and I will be sure to recommend you to EVERYONE in Hyde park because you know all their foundations are all falling apart! -
