    I didnt know anything about an air conditioner so when it started leaking in my garage, I called Pine Lakes Plumbing. Robert was kind and helpful. He educated me and helped me fix my problem over the phone. Will be calling for all my plumbing needs.

    I didnt get to work with these guys because my project was not a fit for their specialty. We determined this early in our conversation. Rob still talked with me on the phone for a long while and was very helpful and eager to serve. This is a good sign of a great company! Ill use them if ever given the chance in the future.

    Contacted Rob after reading the reviews which were all excellent. Hard to find good contractors... well I found my new plumber. He set everything up for my new water heater install. I purchased it, he picked it up and was here in 2 days. Installed and hot water in 2 hours. Hes professional and has a great personality. Priced right, excellent work.... Will definitely use him for any plumbing needs in the future and recommend to anyone looking for a GOOD plumber .. Thanks Rob ..

    I highly recommend this plumbing company. I had a water softener installed, and Rob did a fantastic job! He is super thorough, communicative, and really takes the time to explain every detail of what the project is that needs to get done. He is super knowledgeable, and very upfront regarding the work needing to be done and the pricing. I really appreciate ALL of those qualities. His prices are fair for a job done well and done right. I will certainly contact Rob for any of my future plumbing needs–I found my local plumber! :D

    Rob has replaced an outdoor water faucet, and installed all new bath sink faucets with new waterlines and valves. He is professional, his prices are very fair, and he has always been on time.     Had an outside hose bib that was poorly installed when the house was originally built. The bib broke off and I called pine lakes plumbing. They picked up the phone quickly they were very responsive to my issue. He showed up promptly did a great job on the repair! Would highly recommend them and use their service again.

    Would highly recommend using this company for any plumbing needs. We are new homeowners who tried to fix the issue ourselves with no success.     Rob installed two toilets for us. He was knowledgeable, professional, on time, courteous and tidy. When there was a problem with the tank top from the manufacturer, he secured a new tank top and came back that same day to ensure we had two new functioning toilets. Highly Recommend !!!!

Rob arrived when he said he would, the price was what I was told it would be, and in my opinion he went the extra mile to get my problem fixed. Doesnt get any better than that.     I have had two separate plumbing issues: one to replace my dishwasher disposal and second to replace a shower kit. Both times, Pine Lakes has gone above and beyond. They are always courteous, professional, and take time to provide advice. I am so grateful for this company and the wonderful service they provide.     Rob is the contract installation plumber for water heaters purchased at Lowes. He contacted me promptly after the purchase to arrange a date for the install. He arrived on time and set to work immediately. He is very experienced and highly professional. No wasted time (less than 1.5 hrs to remove and replace a water heater). I will not hesitate to contact him again should the need arise. Highly recommended.

    We were introduced to Rob through Lowes when we needed someone to install a new garbage disposal. We found him to be on time, very knowledgeable and very efficient.
