    Have used Warren electricians prior to this project. This time we also needed some plumbing as well as electrical for this project. Robert the plumber was great to work with and although we never got to meet as I work out of town him and I kept in contact with my requests. When I returned home the work was phenomenal and done within 2 days. Great to come home and see everything complete and ready to go. Will always use Warren for our residential needs and always request Robert.Great company to work with and Sylvia is also amazing to talk to on the phone and very helpful.

    Service provided much earlier than expected. Bradley was very efficient and FAST! Will use againNext day Justin returned with part that was ordered. Sylvia left a voicemail for me that part would be $75.00. After Justin installed it, he said it was $100.00. I called Sylvia and she said sorry she misquoted. I felt like a courtesy call before the service would have been in order. Justin was a great technician

    Travis promptly arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it.Also, I called before they were opened and the scheduling person responded saying she was not at the office yet and asked me to call back after 8am.     Technician arrived earlier than scheduled appointment time and had our A/C running in about an hour. He had to replace a couple of parts and cleaned the coils so I thought that was pretty fast. Ive used Warren several times and always happy with their service.

    Long story. My house has 3 AC units. Of course all 3 went out within a month. I had the downstairs unit replaced, but it never did a good job. The company that installed it said I needed to replace the upstairs unit bc the one unit would never carry the load in the summer. Two years later I replaced the upstairs unit. It helped keep the downstairs cool but the downstairs unit ran 24/7 and the upstairs unit ran all day. My electric bill showed the outrageous usage.Fast forward 4 years. I called Warren (not the company that installed the 2 units) for general yearly maintenance.Justin noticed that the air intake for the downstairs unit was missing about 2 feet off duct work, which meant the AC was just blowing into the attic!He came out and corrected the problem, it took 4 hours.The work he did has had an amazing result. NOW the upstairs AC is not used and the downstairs AC turns on and off and stays very cool. The electric bill is now very reasonable. GREAT JOB. THANK YOU.

    Warren Service Company came out to do duct cleaning at my home. The house had never had a duct cleaning as far as I know. As usual, the work performed was impeccable. I never knew this could make such a difference in the air quality of my home so quickly. The central air unit is running much more quietly, and the stale, musty smell is gone!I would recommend Warren Services for duct cleaning, especially before the holidays. They are excellent for service and seem to genuinely care about the quality of service they provide.

    Long overdue... Warren is my new HVAC company, and likely will expand into Plumbing and Electrical someday soon. Taking on my 4 HVAC systems (2 main house, 1 shop, and one guest house) to date was a very wise move! Issues with the MB system was remedied by Bradley who also correct the mistakes of the initial installers and shared with my what should be done in the future; soon to be planned. Excellent customer service at an affordable price!!

    No complaints at all this year. Theyā€™ve handled four of my properties and done it all on time and well.Updateā€¦. The problem with the motor was that there was a plant growing behind it, and it was quite large. It wasnā€™t allowing for circulation around the unit. I did get a discount on that particular visit.New update. Today they installed a water heater at one of my rental properties. They arrived one hour earlier than predicted, and they finished early as well. I honestly donā€™t have any complaints about this company. I will definitely continue to use them.I had all four of my rental units. Serviced for the second time this year. The service man arrived on time and finished quickly. Still no complaints.One of my rental homes was having problems with the heat coming on. Yesterday we installed a new thermostat, but that did not make the unit come on, so I called Warren, heat and air. Naturally I did pay a Bigger service charge because I was asking them to come out on a Sunday but they arrived at 8 oā€™clock this morning and had the problem under control within 10 minutes. It was worth the extra money to me because I didnā€™t want my tenants freezing tonight as the temperatures think well below freezing.Sunday, January 5, 2025

    Warrens is doing everything right. Their office staff is friendly and flexible, their technicians are knowledgeable and helpful, and most importantly, on time! Thanks warrens!Update: Ive been using Warrens for a couple of years now to do routine maintenance on my system. They are absolutely fabulous and our technician Justin is so friendly. The only thing that keeps them from being PERFECT is that they often run hours earlier than the window they scheduled you for, meaning that you can miss them unless you have a full day at home. Instead of coming back during the promised window, they just call to reschedule. Thats tough, especially when you cant take a while day off work just for your A/C!

I highly recommend them for any reason if you have issues with your unit! They are extremely reasonable with their prices too! I live on a every tight budget and wasnt looking forward to having to come out with hundreds of dollars for this, but it was under $100 for the service call!!!     I was praying for help with a broken water pipe on Memorial Weekend and didnā€™t have much hope until I contacted Warren and they sent out a great plumber who not only fixed the broke pipe but also put on a valve to turn water off near the house.     Thank you Warren for having professional and kind people on your staff. They are exceptional! Bradley is the best. He is very knowledgeable and explains things clearly. I purchased a new larger unit to better fit the size of my house. Juan and Canin worked hard and were thorough. They cleaned up well too. I really like that they always take pictures for the file. When the supervisor Bradley looked at the pictures he saw a major issue. He came out and gave me an overnight fix. First thing the next morning Bradley came back with James and Eric to correct the issue. They corrected the issue and everything is perfect. Bradley always goes above and beyond what is expected.     So, I bought a house in Palestine, TX, that had a Federal Pacific panel in it. I had Warren Service Companyā€™s electricians replace it in the late summer of 2023.I had to get the power shut off, and they performed the work. When it came time for Oncor to come and turn the power back on, Oncor said they couldnā€™t do it that day.The people at Warren Service company offered to get me a hotel room. It wasnā€™t their fault. They had no responsibility to me. Itā€™s the single most compassionate thing a company has ever offered to do.It stuck with me. I think about it every once in awhile. I havenā€™t needed a plumber, electrician, or AC repair technician since then, but when I do Iā€™m gonna call Warren Service Company.

    I recently had my unit replaced by another company and immediately started to have humidity issues inside that we never had prior. That company came back out two more times to no avail. These guys came out and knew what the issue was and were able to correct the issue on one service call. They also made a recommendation on our thermostat which we trust so we will have that replaced as well.Warren is our new go to and I would highly recommend.

    Travis Carver came out and had both units working properly and trained me about how heat pumps work and we had 1 replaced by ACR in 2018. I have lived here for 15 yrs and I know my 100 yr old father who lived here 45 years did not know about Em or aux mode for days colder than 20 degrees. Also had to change both filters.

    Jacob was fantastic! He was super friendly. He was early arriving and called to see if that was ok. He fixed a clogged drain at one home, worked on and repaired washer and dryer hook up, and then installed my garbage disposal and repaired a leak in the other drain. He didnā€™t have to do the garbage disposal because I asked him if he could do it when he was finished with the washer and dryer hook up. He saved me from having to do it and saved me time! I highly recommend this company for their responsiveness. I called yesterday and they had me on the schedule today. Like I said, Jacob was awesome!

Ms. Barbie in the office was very nice and flexible around my schedule especially when I needed a hot water tank installed. Jacob and Kelton are absolutely the best. They were on time, nice and respectful. They made sure to clean up everything that needed to be hauled away. When I had a backed up sewer line they came out to take care of that as well. They explained everything to me and what steps they needed to take to correct the problem. Customers need that!!! I truly thank them for all of their help and should I have any plumbing issues in the future theyll be the first ones I call. TRULY SATISFIED !!

    Installed Panel and ground wire with whole home surge protection and hooked up mini-split A/C. Great service and quick response to get the job done. They also did great with overcoming equipment failure and still got the job done in a timely manner. Will definitely use again and refer them to others.11/30/2021: We used their services again to Install a Well Water Whole Home and Iron Filtration system. The Lead Plumber came out to give an estimate and proceeded to start the job. There were a few issues but they were quickly resolved and the job was completed with success. The job did take longer than originally quoted and he adjusted the cost to compensate for that. Another great experience with a company that provides multiple services under one roof. UPDATE: The system wasnt set up quite right to function as it should. The plumber was able to make it out the next day and reroute the lines in a timely manner at no extra cost.

    Jacob Stoval and Kelton Horn both came and took out an old hot water heater and installed a new one. They also installed a water filter that we had ordered from Amazon so that we can drink our tap water. They did an amazing job. Our original water heater was incorrectly installed by an unknown plumber before we purchased the home and these young men correctly installed this one. We had to call them back the next day because there was a leak in one of the filters of the water purifier. Jacob fixed it in no time and it was not anything that they failed to do. There are several filters but the one leaking was one that was already connected to the hose and you would think the factory would have made sure it was tight. When he finished I was ready to pay and he said this was part of the installation. No charge. We highly recommend this business. The office administrator, Barbie, was also very helpful and efficient in getting the appointments set up. We canā€™t say enough about the professionalism, knowledge of their job and courtesy of the workers.

    Recently had a new HVAC system installed. From the outset, communications were excellent and timely. Each time an appointment was scheduled they were right on time. Messages were sent when service techs were en route with an estimated arrival time. Front office is very responsive.The whole system was installed in less than half a day and the job site was left clean. The install team was well coordinated and efficient.Follow-up calls have been answered quickly and informatively.Our experience with Warren HVAC has been excellent so far and they are a pleasure to deal with. We were actually using them as a second opinion. 2 winters ago our heater went out, we were told the warranty was out and would have to have a whole new heating unit for a few thousand dollars we didnt have the money so we brought a wood burning stove and suffered through the cold. Well a few days ago out a/c went out (blower). We called Warrens and they let us know that the parts are still under warranty, we would just have to pay labor. Guess what ? They not olny fixed our a/c but the heater too for $300. Not thousands like we were originally told. They definitely deserve a shout out. Thank-you so much warren im am pleased we can keep our family warm this winter.

    We contacted Warren A/C initially for technical consultation during the construction phase of our large commercial grade restrooms. We own The Barn At Cypress Ridge Wedding and event center and are very particular about price and appearance .We followed the technical recommendations that his technicians gave and called them back to install the mini split units after the construction phase was completed. Again just like our first encounter with them , they arrived when they said they would and installed the units in a timely manner and accomplished a very professional look. Sure the air conditioners worked as expected ! Its the human component of a job that often concerns people.I must say that the technicians were completely professional , they took pride in their craft and cleaned the units with a towel after completion of the installation .
